2And Bileam lifted up his eyes, and beheld Israel dwelling by his tribes; and the Spirit of prophecy rested upon him from before the Lord.
3And he took up his parable, and said: Bileam, the son of Beor, hath said, The man who saw the Beautiful hath said,
