³⁷ And they told him, that Jesus of Nazareth passeth by.

³⁸ And he cried, saying, Jesus, thou son of David, have mercy on me.

³⁹ And they that went before rebuked him, that he should hold his peace: but he cried out the more a great deal, Thou son of David, have mercy on me.

⁴⁰ And Jesus stood, and commanded him to be brought unto him: and when he was come near, he asked him,

⁴¹ What wilt thou that I should do unto thee? And he said, Lord, that I may receive my sight.

⁴² And Jesus said unto him, Receive thy sight: thy faith hath made thee whole.

⁴³ And immediately he received his sight, and followed him, glorifying God: and all the people, when they saw it, gave praise unto God.

³⁷ And they told him, that Jesus of Nazareth passeth by.

³⁷ They told him, “Jesus, the man from Nazareth town, is passing by.”

³⁸ He shouted, “Jesus, you who are descended from King David, the Messiah, pity me!”

³⁹ Those who were walking at the front of the crowd scolded the man and told him to be quiet. But he shouted more loudly, “You who are descended from King David, the Messiah, pity me!”

⁴⁰ Jesus stopped and told people to bring the man to him. When the blind man came near, Jesus asked him,

⁴¹ “What do you (sg) want me to do for you?” He replied, “Lord, enable me to see again!”

⁴² Jesus said to him, “ Then see! Because you have trusted PRS in me, I have healed you!”

⁴³ Immediately he was able to see! And he went with Jesus, praising God. And when all the people who were going with Jesus saw it, they also praised God.

³⁷ They told him that Jesus of Nazareth was passing by.

³⁸ He cried out, “Jesus, you son of David, have mercy on me!”

³⁹ Those who led the way rebuked him, that he should be quiet; but he cried out all the more, “You son of David, have mercy on me!”

⁴⁰ Standing still, Jesus commanded him to be brought to him. When he had come near, he asked him,

⁴¹ “What do you want me to do?” He said, “Lord, that I may see again.”

⁴² Jesus said to him, “Receive your sight. Your faith has healed you.”

⁴⁰ And Jesus, stopping, gave orders that he was to come to him, and when he came near, he said to him,

⁴¹ What would you have me do for you? And he said, Lord, that I may be able to see again.

⁴² And Jesus said, See again: your faith has made you well.

⁴³ And straight away he was able to see, and he went after him, giving glory to God; and all the people when they saw it gave praise to God.

³⁷ And they told him that Jesus the Nazaraean was passing by.

³⁸ And he called out saying, Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me.

³⁹ And those who were going before rebuked him that he might be silent; but he cried out so much the more, Son of David, have mercy on me.

⁴⁰ And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be led to him. And when he drew nigh he asked him saying,

⁴¹ What wilt thou that I shall do to thee? And he said, Lord, that I may see.

⁴² And Jesus said to him, See: thy faith has healed thee.

⁴³ And immediately he saw, and followed him, glorifying God. And all the people when they saw it gave praise to God.

³⁷ And they told him, that Jesus of Nazareth was passing by.

⁴⁰ And having stopped, Jesus commanded him to be brought to Him. And when he drew near, He asked him,

⁴¹ saying, “What do you desire that I should do for you?” And he said, “Lord, that I may receive my sight.”

⁴² Then Jesus said to him, “Receive your sight; your faith has made you well.”

⁴³ And immediately he received his sight, and was following Him, glorifying God. And all the people, when they saw this, gave praise to God.

³⁷ So they told him that Jesus the Natsorean was passing by.

³⁸ Well he shouted, saying, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!”

³⁹ Those who led the way started reproving him, to shut him up; but he kept calling out all the more, “Son of David, have mercy on me!”

⁴⁰ So Jesus stopped and ordered that he be brought to Him. When he got close He asked him, saying,

⁴¹ “What do you want me to do for you?” So he said, “Lord, that I may see again!”

⁴² Then Jesus said to him: “See again! Your faith has made you well.”

⁴³ And immediately he did! and he followed Him, glorifying God. And all who witnessed it gave praise to God.

³⁷ They told him, “Jesus of Nazareth is passing by.”

³⁸ He called out, “Jesus, son of David, please have mercy on me!”

³⁹ Those at the front of the crowd told him to stop shouting and be quiet, but he only shouted louder, “Son of David, please have mercy on me!”

⁴⁰ Jesus stopped and told them to bring the blind man to him. As he came over, Jesus asked him,

⁴¹ “What do you want me to do for you?” “Lord, please, I want to see,” he pleaded.

⁴² “Then see!” Jesus told him. “Your trust in me has healed you.”

⁴³ Immediately the man could see. He followed Jesus, praising God. Everyone there who saw what happened also praised God.

³⁷ And they saide vnto him, that Iesus of Nazareth passed by.

³⁸ Then hee cried, saying, Iesus the Sonne of Dauid, haue mercie on me.

³⁹ And they which went before, rebuked him that he shoulde holde his peace, but he cried much more, O Sone of Dauid, haue mercie on me.

⁴⁰ And Iesus stoode stil, and commanded him to be brought vnto him. And when he was come neere, he asked him,

⁴¹ Saying, What wilt thou that I doe vnto thee? And he said, Lord, that I may receiue my sight.

⁴² And Iesus said vnto him, Receiue thy sight: thy faith hath saued thee.

⁴³ Then immediatly he receiued his sight, and followed him, praysing God: and all the people, when they sawe this, gaue praise to God.

⁴² And Jesus said to him, Receive thy sight; thy faith hath saved thee.

⁴³ And immediately he received his sight, and followed him, giving glory to God; and all the people on seeing it gave praise to God.

³⁷ and, when people told him that Jesus of Nazareth was passing,

³⁸ he shouted out, “Jesus, Son of David, take pity on me!”

³⁹ Those who were in front kept telling him to be quiet, but he continued to call out the louder, “Son of David, take pity on me!”

⁴⁰ Then Jesus stopped and ordered the man to be brought to him. And, when he had come close up to him, Jesus asked him,

⁴¹ “What do you want me to do for you?” “Master,” he said, “I want to recover my sight.”

⁴² And Jesus said, “Recover your sight, your faith has delivered you.”

⁴³ Instantly he recovered his sight, and began to follow Jesus, praising God. And all the people, on seeing it, gave glory to God.

⁴² And Jesus said, “Recover your sight, your faith has delivered you.”

³⁹ Those who led the way rebuked him, that he should be quiet; but he cried out all the more, “You son of David Beloved, have mercy on me!”

⁴⁰ Standing still, Yeshua Salvation commanded him to be brought to him. When he had come near, he asked him,

⁴¹ “What do you want me to do?” He said, “Lord, that I may see again.”

⁴² Yeshua Salvation said to him, “Receive your sight. Your trusting faith has healed you.”

⁴³ Immediately he received his sight, and followed him, glorifying God. All the people, when they saw it, praised God.

³⁷ And they sayde vnto him that Iesus of Nazareth passed by.

³⁸ And he cryed sayinge: Iesus the sonne of David have thou mercy on me.

³⁹ And they which went before rebuked him that he shuld holde his peace. But he cryed so moche the moare thou sonne of David have mercy on me.

⁴⁰ And Iesus stode styll and commaunded him to be brought vnto him. And when he was come neare he axed him

⁴¹ sayinge: What wilt thou that I do vnto the? And he sayde: Lorde that I maye receave my sight.

⁴² Iesus sayde vnto him: receave thy sight: thy faith hath saved the.

⁴³ And immediatly he sawe and folowed him praysinge God. And all the people when they sawe it gave laude to God.

³⁷ They told him that Jesus of Nazareth was passing by.

³⁸ So the blind man cried out, saying, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me.”

³⁹ The ones who were walking ahead rebuked the blind man, telling him to be quiet. But he cried out all the more, “Son of David, have mercy on me.”

⁴⁰ Jesus stood still and commanded that the man be brought to him. Then when the blind man was near, Jesus asked him,

⁴¹ “What do you want me to do for you?” He said, “Lord, I want to receive my sight.”

⁴² Jesus said to him, “Receive your sight. Your faith has healed you.”

⁴² And Jesus said to him, Behold; thy faith hath made thee safe.

⁴³ And anon he saw, and pursued him, and magnified God. And all the people, as it saw, gave praising to God.

³⁷ And they said to him, that Jesus of Nazareth passed (by).

³⁸ And he cried, and said, Jesus, the son of David, have mercy on me.

³⁹ And they that went before, blamed him, that he should be still, (or And they who went ahead of Jesus, rebuked him, saying that he should be quiet); but he cried much the more or soothly he cried much more, Thou son of David, have mercy on me.

⁴⁰ And Jesus stood, and commanded him to be brought forth to him. And when he came nigh, he asked him, and said,

⁴¹ What wilt thou that I shall do to thee? (or What desirest thou that I shall do for thee?) And he said, Lord, that I see.

⁴² And Jesus said to him, Behold; thy faith hath made thee safe, (or Behold; thy faith hath saved thee, or thy faith hath healed thee).

⁴³ And anon he saw, and (pur)sued him, and magnified God. And all the people, as it saw, gave praising to God. (And at once he saw, and followed him, and praised God. And all the people, who saw it happen, also praised God.)

³⁷ And thei seiden to hym, that Jhesus of Nazareth passide.

³⁸ And he criede, and seide, Jhesu, the sone of Dauyd, haue mercy on me.

³⁹ And thei that wenten bifor blamyden hym, that he schulde be stille; but he criede myche the more, Thou sone of Dauid, haue mercy on me.

⁴⁰ And Jhesus stood, and comaundide hym to be brouyt forth to hym. And whanne he cam nyy, he axide hym,

⁴¹ and seide, What wolt thou that Y schal do to thee? And he seide, Lord, that Y se.

⁴² And Jhesus seide to hym, Biholde; thi feith hath maad thee saaf.

⁴³ And anoon he say, and suede hym, and magnyfiede God. And al the puple, as it say, yaf heriyng to God.

³⁷ and they brought him word that Jesus the Nazarene doth pass by,

³⁸ and he cried out, saying, 'Jesus, Son of David, deal kindly with me;'

³⁹ and those going before were rebuking him, that he might be silent, but he was much more crying out, 'Son of David, deal kindly with me.'

⁴⁰ And Jesus having stood, commanded him to be brought unto him, and he having come nigh, he questioned him,

⁴¹ saying, 'What wilt thou I shall do to thee?' and he said, 'Sir, that I may receive sight.'

⁴² And Jesus said to him, 'Receive thy sight; thy faith hath saved thee;'

⁴³ and presently he did receive sight, and was following him, glorifying God; and all the people, having seen, did give praise to God.
