Numbers 21:14-15 in English

¹⁴ Wherefore it is said in the book of the Wars of Jehovah, Vaheb in Suphah, And the valleys of the Arnon,

¹⁵ And the slope of the valleys That inclineth toward the dwelling of Ar, And leaneth upon the border of Moab.

¹⁴ Therefore it is said in a book, A war of the Lord has set on fire Zoob, and the brooks of Arnon.

¹⁵ And he has appointed brooks to cause Er to dwell there; and it lies near to the coasts of Moab.

¹⁴ Wherefore it is said in the book of the wars of the LORD, What he did in the Red sea, and in the brooks of Arnon,

¹⁵ And at the stream of the brooks that goeth down to the dwelling of Ar, and lieth upon the border of Moab.

¹⁴ Wherefore it is said in the book of the wars of the LORD, What he did in the Red sea, and in the brooks of Arnon,

¹⁵ And at the stream of the brooks that goeth down to the dwelling of Ar, and lieth upon the border of Moab.

¹⁴ Therefore it is said in a book, A war of the Lord has set on fire Zoob, and the brooks of Arnon.

¹⁴ Wherefore it is said in the book of the Wars of the LORD, Vaheb in Suphah, And the valleys of Arnon,

¹⁴ That is why in the book called ❛The Book of the Wars of Yahweh❜ it tells about “Waheb town in the Suphah area, and the ravines there; and the Arnon River

¹⁵ and the ravines there, which extend as far as Ar village on the border of Moab.”

¹⁴ Therefore it is said in a book, A war of the Lord has set on fire Zoob, and the brooks of Arnon.

¹⁵ And he has appointed brooks to cause Er to dwell there; and it lies near to the coasts of Moab.

¹⁴ Therefore it is said in The Book of the Wars of Yahweh, “Vaheb in Suphah, the valleys of the Arnon,

¹⁵ the slope of the valleys that incline toward the dwelling of Ar, leans on the border of Moab.”

¹⁴ Therefore it is said in The Book of the Wars of Yahweh, “Vaheb in Suphah, the valleys of the Arnon,

¹⁵ the slope of the valleys that incline toward the dwelling of Ar, leans on the border of Moab.”

¹⁴ Therefore it is said in The Book of the Wars of the LORD, “Vaheb in Suphah, the valleys of the Arnon,

¹⁵ the slope of the valleys that incline towards the dwelling of Ar, leans on the border of Moab.”

¹⁴ As it says in the book of the Wars of the Lord, Vaheb in Suphah, and the valley of the Amon;

¹⁵ The slope of the valleys going down to the tents of Ar and touching the edge of Moab.

¹⁴ Therefore it is said in the book of the wars of Jehovah, Vaheb in Suphah, and the brooks of Arnon;

¹⁵ And the stream of the brooks which turneth to the dwelling of Ar, And inclineth toward the border of Moab.

¹⁴ Wherefore it is said in the book of the wars of the Lord: As he did in the Red Sea, so will he do in the streams of Amen.

¹⁵ The rocks of the torrents were bowed down that they might rest in Ar, and lie down in the borders of the Moabites.

¹⁴ That's why the Book of the Wars of the Lord refers to “the town of Waheb in Suphah and the canyon of the Arnon,

¹⁵ the canyon slopes that reach the village of Ar that lies on the border with Moab.”

¹⁴ Wherefore it shall be spoken in the booke of the battels of the Lord, what thing he did in the red sea, and in the riuers of Arnon,

¹⁵ And at the streame of the riuers that goeth downe to the dwelling of Ar, and lieth vpon the border of Moab.

¹⁴ wherefore it is said in the book of the Wars of the LORD: Vaheb in Suphah, and the valleys of Arnon,

¹⁵ And the slope of the valleys that inclineth toward the seat of Ar, and leaneth upon the border of Moab. —

¹⁴ Wherefore it is said in the book of the wars of the Lord, What he did in the Red sea, And in the brooks of Arnon,

¹⁵ And at the stream of the brooks that goeth down to the dwelling of Ar, And lieth upon the border of Moab.

¹⁴ Therefore mention is made in the book of the wars of the Lord, of Vaheb in Supha, and of the brooks of Arnon,

¹⁵ And the descent of the brooks, that turneth toward Shebeth-'Ar, and leaneth upon the border of Moab;

¹⁴ Therefore it is said in a book, A war of the Lord has set on fire Zoob, And the brooks of Arnon.

¹⁵ And he has appointed brooks to cause Ar to dwell there; And it lies near to the coasts of Moab.

¹⁴ Wherefore it is said in the Book of the Wars, That which the Lord did by the Sea of Suph, and the great deeds which (He wrought) by the torrents of Arnon,

¹⁵ And at the flowing of the streams which lead towards Lechayath, and are joined at the confine of Moab.

¹⁴ Therefore it is said in the book of the Wars of Adonai , “Vaheb in Suphah, the valleys of the Arnon,

¹⁵ the slope of the valleys that incline toward the dwelling of Ar, leans on the border of Moab From father.”

¹⁴ That is why it says in the scroll of the Wars of Yahweh, “... Waheb in Suphah, and the valleys of the Arnon,

¹⁵ the slope of the valleys that lead toward the town of Ar and lie along the border of Moab.”

¹⁴ Therefore it is said in The Book of the Wars of Yahweh, “Vaheb in Suphah, the valleys of the Arnon,

¹⁵ the slope of the valleys that incline toward the dwelling of Ar, leans on the border of Moab.”

¹⁴ Therefore it is said in The Book of the Wars of the LORD, “Vaheb in Suphah, the valleys of the Arnon,

¹⁵ the slope of the valleys that incline towards the dwelling of Ar, leans on the border of Moab.”

¹⁴ Wherefore it is said in the book of the wars of the LORD, What he did in the Red sea, and in the brooks of Arnon,

¹⁵ And at the stream of the brooks that goeth down to the dwelling of Ar, and lieth upon the border of Moab.

¹⁴ Wherefore it is said in the book of battles of the Lord, As he did in the Red Sea, so he shall do in the strands of Arnon;

¹⁵ the hard rocks of the strands were bowed down, that they shall rest in Ar, or abide there, and should lie in the coasts of Moabites.

¹⁴ Wherefore it is said in the book of battles of the Lord, As he did in the Red Sea, so he shall do in the strands of (the) Arnon; (And so it is said in the Book of the Battles of the Lord, As he did at the Red Sea, so he also did at the Arnon River,)

¹⁵ the hard rocks of the strands were bowed down, that they shall rest in Ar, or abide there, and should lie in the coasts of Moabites. (and from the cliffs of the river, down to the city of Ar, that sitteth on the border of Moab.)

¹⁴ Wherfor it is seid in the book of batels of the Lord, As he dide in the reed see, so he schal do in the strondis of Arnon;

¹⁵ the harde rochis of the strondis weren bowid, that tho schulen reste in Arnon, and schulden ligge in the coostis of Moabitis.

¹⁴ therefore it is said in a book, 'The wars of Jehovah,' — 'Waheb in Suphah, And the brooks of Arnon;

¹⁵ And the spring of the brooks, Which turned aside to the dwelling of Ar, And hath leaned to the border of Moab.'
