¹² Let her not, I pray, be as one dead, of whom the flesh is half consumed when he cometh out of his mother’s womb.

¹³ And Moses cried unto Jehovah, saying, Heal her, O God, I beseech thee.

¹⁴ And Jehovah said unto Moses, If her father had but spit in her face, should she not be ashamed seven days? let her be shut up without the camp seven days, and after that she shall be brought in again.

¹⁵ And Miriam was shut up without the camp seven days: and the people journeyed not till Miriam was brought in again.

¹² Let her not be as it were like death, as an abortion coming out of his mother's womb, when the disease devours the half of the flesh.

¹³ And Moses cried to the Lord, saying, O God, I beseech thee, heal her.

¹⁴ And the Lord said to Moses, If her father had only spit in her face, would she not be ashamed seven days? let her be set apart seven days without the camp, and afterwards she shall come in.

¹⁵ And Mariam was separated without the camp seven days; and the people moved not forward till Mariam was cleansed.

¹³ So Moses/I cried out to Yahweh, saying, “God, I plead with you to heal her!”

¹⁴ But Yahweh replied, “If her father had rebuked her for doing something wrong by spitting in her face, she would have been ashamed for seven days. She should be ashamed because of what she has done. So send her outside the camp for seven days. Then she will not have leprosy anymore, and she may return to the camp.”

¹⁵ So they sent her outside the camp for seven days. ◄The people/We► did not move to another location until she returned.

¹³ And Moses, crying to the Lord, said, Let my prayer come before you, O God, and make her well.

¹⁴ And the Lord said to Moses, If her father had put a mark of shame on her, would she not be shamed for seven days? Let her be shut up outside the tent-circle for seven days, and after that she may come in again.

¹⁵ So Miriam was shut up outside the tent-circle for seven days: and the people did not go forward on their journey till Miriam had come in again.

¹² Let her not be as one stillborn, half of whose flesh is consumed when he comes out of his mother's womb.

¹³ And Moses cried to Jehovah, saying, O God, heal her, I beseech thee!

¹⁴ And Jehovah said to Moses, But had her father anyways spat in her face, should she not be shamed seven days? She shall be shut outside the camp seven days, and afterwards she shall be received in again.

¹⁵ And Miriam was shut outside the camp seven days; and the people did not journey till Miriam was received in again.

¹² Let her not be as one dead, and as an abortive that is cast forth from the mother’s womb. Lo, now one half of her flesh is consumed with the leprosy.

¹³ And Moses cried to the Lord, saying: O God, I beseech thee heal her.

¹⁴ And the Lord answered him: If her father had spitten upon her face, ought she not to have been ashamed for seven days at least? Let her be separated seven days without the camp, and after wards she shall be called again.

¹⁵ Mary therefore was put out of the camp seven days: and the people moved not from that place until Mary was called again.

¹² Please don't let her become like a stillborn baby whose flesh is already decaying when they're born!”

¹³ Moses called out to the Lord, “God, please heal her!”

¹⁴ But the Lord replied to Moses, “If her father had spit in her face wouldn't she have been disgraced for seven days? Keep her in isolation outside the camp for seven days, and then she can be taken back in.”

¹⁵ Miriam was kept in isolation outside the camp for seven days, and the people did not move on until she was taken back in.

¹² Let her not, I pray thee, be as one dead, of whome the flesh is halfe consumed, when he commeth out of his mothers wombe.

¹³ Then Moses cryed vnto the Lord, saying, O God, I beseech thee, heale her nowe.

¹⁴ And the Lord said vnto Moses, If her father had spit in her face, shoulde she not haue bene ashamed seuen dayes? let her be shut out of the hoste seuen dayes, and after she shall bee receiued.

¹⁵ So Miriam was shut out of the hoste seuen dayes, and the people remooued not, till Miriam was brought in againe.

¹² Let her not, I pray, be as one dead, of whom the flesh is half consumed when he cometh out of his mother's womb.'

¹³ And Moses cried unto the LORD, saying: 'Heal her now, O God, I beseech Thee.'

¹⁴ And the LORD said unto Moses: 'If her father had but spit in her face, should she not hide in shame seven days? let her be shut up without the camp seven days, and after that she shall be brought in again.'

¹⁵ And Miriam was shut up without the camp seven days; and the people journeyed not till Miriam was brought in again.

¹³ And Mosheh prayed before the Lord, saying: O God, I beseech Thee, heal her now.

¹⁴ But the Lord said to Mosheh, If her father, correcting, had corrected her, ought she not to have been ashamed seven days? Let her be shut up seven days without the camp, and afterward be admitted.

¹⁵ And Miriam was shut up without the camp seven days; and the people journeyed not until Miriam was brought in.

¹² Let her not, I pray, be as one dead, of whom the flesh is half consumed when he comes out of his mother’s womb.”

¹³ Moses Drawn out cried to Adonai , saying, “Heal her, God, I beg you!” (Maftir ·Conclusion·)

¹⁴ Adonai said to Moses Drawn out, “If her father had but spit in her face, should not she be ashamed seven days? Let her be shut up outside of the camp seven days, and after that she shall be brought in again.”

¹⁵ Miriam was shut up outside of the camp seven days, and the people didn’t travel until Miriam was brought in again.

¹² Please do not let her be like a dead newborn whose flesh is half consumed when it emerges from its mother's womb.”

¹³ So Moses called out to Yahweh. He said, “Please heal her, God, please.”

¹⁴ Yahweh said to Moses, “If her father had spit in her face, she would be disgraced for seven days. Shut her outside the camp for seven days. After that bring her in again.”

¹⁵ So Miriam was shut outside the camp for seven days. The people did not journey until she had returned to the camp.

¹² that this woman be not made as dead, and as a dead-born thing that is cast out of the mother’s womb; lo! now the half of her flesh is devoured, or over-covered, with leprosy.

¹³ And Moses cried to the Lord, and said, Lord, I beseech thee, heal thou her.

¹⁴ To whom the Lord answered, If her father had spit into her face, whether she ought not to be full-filled with shame, namely seven days? Therefore be she separated out of the tents by seven days, and afterward she shall be called again.

¹⁵ And so Marie was excluded or put out of the tents by seven days; and the people was not moved from that place, till Marie was called again.

¹² (and) that this woman be not made as dead, and as a dead born thing that is cast out of the mother’s womb; lo! now the half of her flesh is devoured, or over-covered, with leprosy, (or behold! now half of her flesh hath been devoured by the leprosy!).

¹³ And Moses cried to the Lord, and said, Lord, I beseech thee, heal thou her.

¹⁴ To whom the Lord answered, If her father had spit into her face, whether she ought not to be full-filled with shame, namely seven days? Therefore be she separated out of the tents by seven days, and afterward she shall be called again, (or And so let her be set apart from the tents for seven days, and then she shall be called back again).

¹⁵ And so Marie was excluded, or put, out of the tents by seven days; and the people was not moved from that place, till Marie was called again. (And so Miriam was sent away from the tents for seven days; and the people did not move from that place, until Miriam was called back again.)

¹² which we diden folili, that this womman be not maad as deed, and as a deed borun thing which is cast out of the `wombe of his modir; lo! now the half of hir fleisch is deuourid with lepre.

¹³ And Moises criede to the Lord, and seide, Lord, Y biseche, heele thou hir.

¹⁴ To whom the Lord answerid, If hir fadir hadde spet in to hir face, where sche ouyte not to be fillid with schame, nameli in seuene daies? Therfor be sche departid out of the tentis bi seuen daies, and aftirward sche schal be clepid ayen.

¹⁵ And so Marie was excludid out of the tentis bi seuene daies; and the puple was not mouyd fro that place, til Marie was clepid ayen.

¹² let her not, I pray thee, be as one dead, when in his coming out from the womb of his mother — the half of his flesh is consumed.'

¹³ And Moses crieth unto Jehovah, saying, 'O God, I pray Thee, give, I pray Thee, healing to her.'

¹⁴ And Jehovah saith unto Moses, 'And her father had but spat in her face — is she not ashamed seven days? she is shut out seven days at the outside of the camp, and afterwards she is gathered.'

¹⁵ And Miriam is shut out at the outside of the camp seven days, and the people hath not journeyed till Miriam is gathered;
