¹⁰ And all that have not fins and scales in the seas, and in the rivers, of all that move in the waters, and of all the living creatures that are in the waters, they are an abomination unto you,

¹¹ and they shall be an abomination unto you; ye shall not eat of their flesh, and their carcasses ye shall have in abomination.

¹⁰ And all things which have not fins or scales in the water, or in the seas, and in the brooks, of all which the waters produce, and of every soul living in the water, are an abomination; and they shall be abominations to you.

¹¹ Ye shall not eat of their flesh, and ye shall abhor their carcases.

¹⁰ And all that have not fins and scales in the seas, and in the rivers, of all that move in the waters, and of any living thing which is in the waters, they shall be an abomination unto you:

¹¹ They may not be used for food, and their dead bodies are disgusting to you.

¹⁰ but all that have not fins and scales in seas and in rivers, of all that swarm in the waters, and of every living soul which is in the waters — they shall be an abomination unto you.

¹¹ They shall be even an abomination unto you: of their flesh shall ye not eat, and their carcase ye shall have in abomination.

¹⁰ But whatsoever hath not fins and scales, of those things that move and live in the waters, shall be an abomination to you,

¹¹ And detestable: their flesh you shall not eat, and their carcasses you shall avoid.

¹⁰ But you are not allowed to eat any of the many creatures that don't have fins and scales that live in the water, whether in the sea or in fresh water.

¹¹ They are repulsive. You must not eat their meat, and you must treat their dead bodies as repulsive.

¹⁰ But all that haue not finnes nor skales in the seas, or in the riuers, of all that moueth in the waters, and of al liuing things that are in the waters, they shalbe an abomination vnto you.

¹¹ They, I say, shalbe an abomination to you: ye shall not eate of their flesh, but shall abhorre their carkeis.

¹¹ and they shall be a detestable thing unto you; ye shall not eat of their flesh, and their carcasses ye shall have in detestation.

¹⁰ But all living creatures that do not have fins and scales in the ocean or rivers, including all that move in the water and all the living creatures that are in the water— they must be detested by you.

¹¹ Since they must be detested, you must not eat of their meat; also, their carcasses must be detested.

¹⁰ ye schulen ete al thing that hath fynnes and scalis, as wel in the see, as in floodis and stondynge watris; sotheli what euer thing of tho that ben moued and lyuen in watris, hath not fynnes and scalis, schal be abhominable, and wlatsum to you;

¹¹ ye schulen not ete the fleischis of tho, and ye schulen eschewe the bodies deed bi hem silf.

¹⁰ and any one that hath not fins and scales in the seas, and in the brooks, of any teeming creature of the waters, and of any creature which liveth, which is in the waters — an abomination they are to you;

¹¹ yea, an abomination they are to you; of their flesh ye do not eat, and their carcase ye abominate.
