¹⁰ And Moses took the anointing oil, and anointed the tabernacle and all that was therein, and sanctified them.

¹¹ And he sprinkled thereof upon the altar seven times, and anointed the altar and all its vessels, and the laver and its base, to sanctify them.

¹² And he poured of the anointing oil upon Aaron’s head, and anointed him, to sanctify him.

¹³ And Moses brought Aaron’s sons, and clothed them with coats, and girded them with girdles, and bound head-tires upon them; as Jehovah commanded Moses.

¹⁴ And he brought the bullock of the sin-offering: and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the bullock of the sin-offering.

¹⁵ And he slew it; and Moses took the blood, and put it upon the horns of the altar round about with his finger, and purified the altar, and poured out the blood at the base of the altar, and sanctified it, to make atonement for it.

¹⁶ And he took all the fat that was upon the inwards, and the caul of the liver, and the two kidneys, and their fat; and Moses burned it upon the altar.

¹⁷ But the bullock, and its skin, and its flesh, and its dung, he burnt with fire without the camp; as Jehovah commanded Moses.

¹⁸ And he presented the ram of the burnt-offering: and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the ram.

¹⁹ And he killed it; and Moses sprinkled the blood upon the altar round about.

²⁰ And he cut the ram into its pieces; and Moses burnt the head, and the pieces, and the fat.

²¹ And he washed the inwards and the legs with water; and Moses burnt the whole ram upon the altar: it was a burnt-offering for a sweet savor: it was an offering made by fire unto Jehovah; as Jehovah commanded Moses.

²² And he presented the other ram, the ram of consecration: and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the ram.

²³ And he slew it; and Moses took of the blood thereof, and put it upon the tip of Aaron’s right ear, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot.

²⁴ And he brought Aaron’s sons; and Moses put of the blood upon the tip of their right ear, and upon the thumb of their right hand, and upon the great toe of their right foot: and Moses sprinkled the blood upon the altar round about.

²⁵ And he took the fat, and the fat tail, and all the fat that was upon the inwards, and the caul of the liver, and the two kidneys, and their fat, and the right thigh:

²⁶ and out of the basket of unleavened bread, that was before Jehovah, he took one unleavened cake, and one cake of oiled bread, and one wafer, and placed them on the fat, and upon the right thigh:

²⁷ and he put the whole upon the hands of Aaron, and upon the hands of his sons, and waved them for a wave-offering before Jehovah.

²⁸ And Moses took them from off their hands, and burnt them on the altar upon the burnt-offering: they were a consecration for a sweet savor: it was an offering made by fire unto Jehovah.

²⁹ And Moses took the breast, and waved it for a wave-offering before Jehovah: it was Moses’ portion of the ram of consecration; as Jehovah commanded Moses.

³⁰ And Moses took of the anointing oil, and of the blood which was upon the altar, and sprinkled it upon Aaron, upon his garments, and upon his sons, and upon his sons’ garments with him, and sanctified Aaron, his garments, and his sons, and his sons’ garments with him.

³¹ And Moses said unto Aaron and to his sons, Boil the flesh at the door of the tent of meeting: and there eat it and the bread that is in the basket of consecration, as I commanded, saying, Aaron and his sons shall eat it.

³² And that which remaineth of the flesh and of the bread shall ye burn with fire.

³³ And ye shall not go out from the door of the tent of meeting seven days, until the days of your consecration be fulfilled: for he shall consecrate you seven days.

³⁴ As hath been done this day, so Jehovah hath commanded to do, to make atonement for you.

³⁵ And at the door of the tent of meeting shall ye abide day and night seven days, and keep the charge of Jehovah, that ye die not: for so I am commanded.

¹⁰ And Moses took of the anointing oil,

¹¹ and sprinkled of it seven times on the altar; and anointed the altar, and hallowed it, and all things on it, and the laver, and its foot, and sanctified them; and anointed the tabernacle and all its furniture, and hallowed it.

¹² And Moses poured of the anointing oil on the head of Aaron; and he anointed him and sanctified him.

¹³ And Moses brought the sons of Aaron near, and put on them coats and girded them with girdles, and put on them bonnets, as the Lord commanded Moses.

¹⁴ And Moses brought near the calf for the sin-offering, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the calf of the sin-offering.

¹⁵ And he slew it; and Moses took of the blood, and put it on the horns of the altar round about with his finger; and he purified the altar, and poured out the blood at the bottom of the altar, and sanctified it, to make atonement upon it.

¹⁶ And Moses took all the fat that was upon the inwards, and the lobe on the liver, and both the kidneys, and the fat that was upon them, and Moses offered them on the altar.

¹⁷ But the calf, and his hide, and his flesh, and his dung, he burnt with fire without the camp, as the Lord commanded Moses.

¹⁸ And Moses brought near the ram for a whole-burnt-offering, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram. And Moses slew the ram: and Moses poured the blood on the altar round about.

¹⁹ And he divided the ram by its limbs, and Moses offered the head, and the limbs, and the fat; and he washed the belly and the feet with water.

²⁰ And Moses offered up the whole ram on the altar: it is a whole-burnt-offering for a sweet-smelling savour; it is a burnt-offering to the Lord, as the Lord commanded Moses.

²¹ And Moses brought the second ram, the ram of consecration, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram, and he slew him;

²² and Moses took of his blood, and put it upon the tip of Aaron's right ear, and on the thumb of his right hand, and on the great toe of his right foot.

²³ And Moses brought near the sons of Aaron; and Moses put of the blood on the tips of their right ears, and on the thumbs of their right hands, and on the great toes of their right feet, and Moses poured out the blood on the altar round about.

²⁴ And he took the fat, and the rump, and the fat on the belly, and the lobe of the liver, and the two kidneys, and the fat that is upon them, and the right shoulder.

²⁵ And from the basket of consecration, which was before the Lord, he also took one unleavened loaf, and one loaf made with oil, and one cake; and put them upon the fat, and the right shoulder:

²⁶ and put them all on the hands of Aaron, and upon the hands of his sons, and offered them up for a wave-offering before the Lord.

²⁷ And Moses took them at their hands, and Moses offered them on the altar, on the whole-burnt-offering of consecration, which is a smell of sweet savour: it is a burnt-offering to the Lord.

²⁸ And Moses took the breast, and separated it for a heave-offering before the Lord, from the ram of consecration; and it became Moses' portion, as the Lord commanded Moses.

²⁹ And Moses took of the anointing oil, and of the blood that was on the altar, and sprinkled it on Aaron, and on his garments, and his sons, and the garments of his sons with him.

³⁰ And he sanctified Aaron and his garments, and his sons, and the garments of his sons with him.

³¹ And Moses said to Aaron and to his sons, Boil the flesh in the tent of the tabernacle of witness in the holy place; and there ye shall eat it and the loaves in the basket of consecration, as it has been appointed me, the Lord saying, Aaron and his sons shall eat them.

³² And that which is left of the flesh and of the loaves burn ye with fire.

³³ And ye shall not go out from the door of the tabernacle of witness for seven days, until the day be fulfilled, the day of your consecration; for in seven days shall he consecrate you,

³⁴ as he did in this day on which the Lord commanded me to do so, to make an atonement for you.

³⁵ And ye shall remain seven days at the door of the tabernacle of witness, day and night; ye shall observe the ordinances of the Lord, that ye die not; for so has the Lord God commanded me.

¹⁰ Then Moses/I took the olive oil and anointed the sacred tent and everything in it, and dedicated them to Yahweh.

¹¹ He/I sprinkled some of the oil on the altar seven times. He/I anointed the altar and all the things used with it, and its huge washbasin and its stand, to dedicate them to Yahweh.

¹² He/I poured some of the oil on Aaron's head and anointed him to dedicate him to Yahweh.

¹³ Then he/I brought forward Aaron's sons. He/I put tunics/shirts on them, tied sashes/waistbands around them, and wrapped turbans around their heads, like Yahweh had commanded Moses/me.

¹⁴ Then he/I brought the bull for the offering to cause people to be forgiven for the sins that have committed. Then Aaron and his sons put their hands on the bull's head.

¹⁵ Then Moses/I slaughtered the bull, caught some of its blood in a bowl, and with his/my finger put some of it on the projections at the corners of the altar, to purify the altar. He/I poured the rest of the blood at the base of the altar. By doing that, he/I caused it to be a suitable place for burning sacrifices for sin.

¹⁶ Moses/I took all the fat that covers the inner parts of the animal, including the liver and kidneys, and burned them on the altar.

¹⁷ He/I took the rest of the bull, including the hide and intestines, and burned them outside the camp, like Yahweh had commanded Moses/me.

¹⁸ Then he/I brought the ram for the offering that would be completely burned on the altar, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on its head.

¹⁹ Then Moses/I slaughtered the ram and sprinkled its blood on all sides of the altar.

²⁰ He/I cut the ram into pieces and washed the inner parts and hind legs.Then he/I put the head, the fat, and the other parts of the ram on the altar. As it burned, the aroma of the smoke was pleasing to Yahweh. It was an offering to Yahweh that was burned, as Yahweh had commanded Moses/me.

²² Then he/I brought the other ram, the one for consecrating the priests, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on its head.

²³ Moses/I slaughtered that ram, drained some of its blood in a bowl, and put some of that blood on the lobes of the right ears, the thumbs of the right hands, and the big toes of the right feet of Aaron and his sons to indicate that what they listened to and what they did and where they went should be directed by Yahweh.

²⁵ He/I picked up all the fat of the ram, its fat tail, the fat that covered the inner parts, including the fat that covered the liver and kidneys, and the right thigh of the ram.

²⁶ Then from the basket containing the bread that was made without yeast, the bread which had been dedicated to Yahweh, he/I picked up one loaf of bread made without olive oil, and one loaf that was made by mixing the flour with olive oil, and one wafer. He/I put those on top of the portions of fat, and put them into the hands of Aaron and his sons. Then they lifted them up in the presence of Yahweh to indicate that it was an offering that belonged to him.

²⁸ Then Moses/I took those things from their hands and burned them on the altar. That was the offering that was burned to appoint Aaron and his sons as priests. And the aroma while it burned was pleasing to Yahweh.

²⁹ Moses/I also took the breast of the second ram and lifted it up, as Yahweh had commanded. The breast was Moses'/my share of the ram that was sacrificed to dedicate the priests.

³⁰ Then Moses/I took some of the olive oil for anointing Aaron and his sons, and some of the blood that was on the altar and sprinkled it on Aaron and his sons and on their clothes. By doing that, he/I consecrated Aaron and his sons and their clothes.

³¹ Then Moses/I said to Aaron and his sons, “Boil the meat of the second ram at the entrance of the Sacred Tent, and eat it there with the bread that is in the basket, like I told you to do.

³² Burn up any of the meat and bread that remains.

³³ The time for you to be set apart as priests will be seven days, so do not leave the entrance of the Sacred Tent for seven days.

³⁴ What we have done today is what Yahweh commanded to cause that you will be forgiven for your sins.

³⁵ You must stay at the entrance of the Sacred Tent for seven days and seven nights and do what Yahweh requires, in order that you will not die because of disobeying him. I am telling you that because that is what Yahweh has commanded me to tell you.”

¹⁰ And Moses took of the anointing oil,

¹¹ and sprinkled of it seven times on the altar; and anointed the altar, and hallowed it, and all things on it, and the laver, and its foot, and sanctified them; and anointed the tabernacle and all its furniture, and hallowed it.

¹² And Moses poured of the anointing oil on the head of Aaron; and he anointed him and sanctified him.

¹³ And Moses brought the sons of Aaron near, and put on them coast and girded them with girdles, and put on them bonnets, as the Lord commanded Moses.

¹⁴ And Moses brought near the calf for the sin-offering, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the calf of the sin-offering.

¹⁵ And he killed it; and Moses took of the blood, and put it on the horns of the altar round about with his finger; and he purified the altar, and poured out the blood at the bottom of the altar, and sanctified it, to make atonement upon it.

¹⁶ And Moses took all the fat that was upon the inwards, and the lobe on the liver, and both the kidneys, and the fat that was upon them, and Moses offered them on the altar.

¹⁷ But the calf, and his hide, and his flesh, and his dung, he burnt with fire without the camp, as the Lord commanded Moses.

¹⁸ And Moses brought near the ram for a whole burnt offering, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram. And Moses killed the ram: and Moses poured the blood on the altar round about.

¹⁹ And he divided the ram by its limbs, and Moses offered the head, and the limbs, and the fat; and he washed the belly and the feet with water.

²⁰ And Moses offered up the whole ram on the altar: it is a whole burnt offering for a sweet smelling savour; it is a burnt offering to the Lord, as the Lord commanded Moses.

²¹ And Moses brought the second ram, the ram of consecration, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram, and he killed him;

²² and Moses took of his blood, and put it upon the tip of Aaron's right ear, and on the thumb of his right hand, and on the great toe of his right foot.

²³ And Moses brought near the sons of Aaron; and Moses put of the blood on the tips of their right ears, and on the thumbs of their right hands, and on the great toes of their right feet, and Moses poured out the blood on the altar round about.

²⁴ And he took the fat, and the rump, and the fat on the belly, and the lobe of the liver, and the two kidneys, and the fat that is upon them, and the right shoulder.

²⁵ And from the basket of consecration, which was before the Lord, he also took one unleavened loaf, and one loaf made with oil, and one cake; and put them upon the fat, and the right shoulder:

²⁶ and put them all on the hands of Aaron, and upon the hands of his sons, and offered them up for a wave-offering before the Lord.

²⁷ And Moses took them at their hands, and Moses offered them on the altar, on the whole burnt offering of consecration, which is a smell of sweet savour: it is a burnt offering to the Lord.

²⁸ And Moses took the breast, and separated it for a heave-offering before the Lord, from the ram of consecration; and it became Moses' portion, as the Lord commanded Moses.

²⁹ And Moses took of the anointing oil, and of the blood that was on the altar, and sprinkled it on Aaron, and on his garments, and his sons, and the garments of his sons with him.

³⁰ And he sanctified Aaron and his garments, and his sons, and the garments of his sons with him.

³¹ And Moses said to Aaron and to his sons, Boil the flesh in the tent of the tabernacle of witness in the holy place; and there you° shall eat it and the loaves in the basket of consecration, as it has been appointed me, the Lord saying, Aaron and his sons shall eat them.

³² And that which is left of the flesh and of the loaves burn you° with fire.

³³ And you° shall not go out from the door of the tabernacle of witness for seven days, until the day be fulfilled, the day of your consecration; for in seven days shall he consecrate you,

³⁴ as he did in this day on which the Lord commanded me to do so, to make an atonement for you.

³⁵ And you° shall remain seven days at the door of the tabernacle of witness, day and night; you° shall observe the ordinances of the Lord, that you° die not; for so has the Lord God commanded me.

¹⁰ And Moses took the holy oil and put it on the House and on all the things in it, to make them holy.

¹¹ Seven times he put oil on the altar and on all its vessels, and on the washing-basin and its base, to make them holy.

¹² And some of the oil he put on Aaron's head, to make him holy.

¹³ Then he took Aaron's sons, clothing them with the coats, and putting the bands round them, and the head-dresses on their heads, as the Lord had given him orders.

¹⁴ And he took the ox of the sin-offering: and Aaron and his sons put their hands on the head of the ox,

¹⁵ And he put it to death; and Moses took the blood and put it on the horns of the altar and round it with his finger, and made the altar clean, draining out the blood at the base of the altar; so he made it holy, taking away what was unclean.

¹⁶ And he took all the fat on the inside parts, and the fat on the liver, and the two kidneys with their fat, to be burned on the altar;

¹⁷ But the ox, with its skin and its flesh and its waste, was burned with fire outside the tent-circle, as the Lord gave orders to Moses.

¹⁸ And he put the male sheep of the burned offering before the Lord, and Aaron and his sons put their hands on its head,

¹⁹ And he put it to death; and Moses put some of the blood on and round the altar.

²⁰ And when the sheep had been cut into parts, the head and the parts and the fat were burned by Moses.

²¹ And the inside parts and the legs were washed with water and all the sheep was burned by Moses on the altar; it was a burned offering for a sweet smell: it was an offering made by fire to the Lord, as the Lord gave orders to Moses.

²² And he put the other sheep before the Lord, the sheep with which they were made priests; and Aaron and his sons put their hands on the head of the sheep,

²³ And he put it to death; and Moses took some of the blood and put it on the point of Aaron's right ear and on the thumb of his right hand and on the great toe of his right foot.

²⁴ Then he took Aaron's sons, and Moses put some of the blood on the point of their right ears and on the thumbs of their right hands and on the great toes of their right feet: and Moses put the blood on and round the altar.

²⁵ And he took the fat, and the fat tail, and the fat on the inside parts, and the fat on the liver, and the two kidneys with their fat, and the right leg;

²⁶ And out of the basket of unleavened bread which was before the Lord he took one unleavened cake, and one cake of bread with oil on it, and one thin cake, and put them on the fat and on the right leg:

²⁷ And he put them all on the hands of Aaron and on the hands of his sons, waving them for a wave offering before the Lord.

²⁸ And Moses took them from their hands, and they were burned on the altar on the burned offering, as a priest's offering for a sweet smell, an offering made by fire to the Lord.

²⁹ And Moses took the breast, waving it for a wave offering before the Lord; it was Moses' part of the sheep of the priest's offering, as the Lord gave orders to Moses.

³⁰ And Moses took some of the holy oil and of the blood which was on the altar and put it on Aaron and on his robes, and on his sons and on his sons' robes; and made Aaron holy, and his robes and his sons and his sons' robes with him.

³¹ And Moses said to Aaron and to his sons, The flesh is to be cooked in water at the door of the Tent of meeting, and there you are to take it as food, together with the bread in the basket, as I have given orders, saying, It is the food of Aaron and his sons.

³² And that which is over of the flesh and of the bread is to be burned with fire.

³³ And you are not to go out from the door of the Tent of meeting for seven days, till the days for making you priest are ended; for this will be the work of seven days.

³⁴ What has been done this day, has been ordered by the Lord to take away your sin.

³⁵ And you are to keep watch for the Lord at the door of the Tent of meeting day and night for seven days, so that death may not come to you: for so he has given me orders.

¹² And he poured of the anointing oil on Aaron's head, and anointed him, to hallow him.

¹³ And Moses brought Aaron's sons near and clothed them with the vests, and girded them with the girdles, and bound the high caps on them, as Jehovah had commanded Moses.

¹⁴ And he brought near the bullock for the sin-offering; and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the bullock for the sin-offering;

¹⁵ and he slaughtered it, and Moses took the blood, and put it on the horns of the altar round about with his finger, and cleansed the altar from sin, and the blood he poured at the bottom of the altar, and hallowed it, making atonement for it.

¹⁶ And he took all the fat that was on the inwards, and the net of the liver, and the two kidneys, and their fat, and Moses burned them on the altar.

¹⁷ And the bullock, and its skin, and its flesh, and its dung he burned with fire outside the camp, as Jehovah had commanded Moses.

³³ And ye shall not go out from the entrance of the tent of meeting seven days, until the day when the days of your consecration are at an end: for seven days shall ye be consecrated.

³⁴ As he hath done this day, so Jehovah hath commanded to do, to make atonement for you.

³⁵ And ye shall abide at the entrance of the tent of meeting day and night seven days, and keep the charge of Jehovah, that ye die not; for so I am commanded.

¹⁰ He took also the oil of unction, with which he anointed the tabernacle, with all the furniture thereof.

¹¹ And when he had sanctified and sprinkled the altar seven times, he anointed it, and all the vessels thereof, and the laver with the foot thereof, he sanctified with the oil.

¹² And he poured it upon Aaron’s head, and he anointed and consecrated him:

¹³ And after he had offered his sons, he vested them with linen tunicks, and girded them with girdles, and put mitres on them as the Lord had commanded.

¹⁴ He offered also the calf for sin: and when Aaron and his sons had put their hands upon the head thereof,

¹⁵ He immolated it: and took the blood, and dipping his finger in it, he touched the horns of the altar round about. Which being expiated, and sanctified, he poured the rest of the blood at the bottom thereof.

¹⁶ But the fat that was upon the entrails, and the caul of the liver, and the two little kidneys, with their fat, he burnt upon the altar:

¹⁷ And the calf with the skin, and the flesh and the dung, he burnt without the camp, as the Lord had commanded.

¹⁸ He offered also a ram for a holocaust: and when Aaron and his sons had put their hands upon its head,

¹⁹ He immolated it, and poured the blood thereof round about upon the altar.

²⁰ And cutting the ram into pieces, the head thereof, and the joints, and the fat he burnt in the fire,

²¹ Having first washed the entrails, and the feet, and the whole ram together he burnt upon the altar, because it was a holocaust of most sweet odour to the Lord, as he had commanded him.

²² He offered also the second ram, in the consecration of priests: and Aaron, and his sons put their hands upon the head thereof:

²³ And when Moses had immolated it, he took of the blood thereof, and touched the tip of Aaron’s right ear, and the thumb of his right hand, and in like manner also the great toe of his right foot.

²⁴ He offered also the sons of Aaron: and when with the blood of the ram that was immolated, he had touched the tip of the right ear of every one of them, and the thumbs of their right hands, and the great toes of their right feet, the rest he poured on the altar round about:

²⁵ But the fat, and the rump, and all the fat that covereth the entrails, and the caul of the liver, and the two kidneys with their fat, and with the right shoulder, he separated.

²⁶ And taking out of the basket; of unleavened bread, which was before the Lord, a loaf without leaven, and a cake tempered with oil and a wafer, he put them upon the fat, and the right shoulder,

²⁷ Delivering all to Aaron, and to his sons: wile having lifted them up before the Lord,

²⁸ He took them again from their hands, and burnt them upon the altar of holocaust, because it was the oblation of consecration, for a sweet odour of sacrifice to the Lord.

²⁹ And he took of the ram of consecration, the breast for his portion, elevating it before the Lord, as the Lord had commanded him.

³⁰ And taking the ointment, and the blood that was upon the altar, he sprinkled Aaron, and his vestments, and his sons, and their vestments with it.

³¹ And when he had sanctified them in their vestments, he commanded them, saying: Boil the flesh before the door of the tabernacle, and there eat it. Eat ye also the loaves of consecration, that are laid in the basket, as the Lord commanded me, saying: Aaron and his sons shall eat them:

³² And whatsoever shall be left of the flesh and the leaves, shall be consumed with fire.

³³ And you shall not go out of the door of the tabernacle for seven days, until the day wherein the time of your consecration shall be expired. For in seven days the consecration is finished:

³⁴ As at this present it hath been done, that the rite of the sacrifice might be accomplished.

³⁵ Day and night shall you remain in the tabernacle observing the watches of the Lord, lest you die: for so it hath been commanded me.

¹⁰ Then Moses took the anointing oil and anointed the Tabernacle and everything in it to dedicate it all.

¹¹ He sprinkled some of the oil on the altar seven times to anoint it and all its utensils, as well as the basin with its stand to dedicate them.

¹² Moses poured some of the anointing oil on Aaron's head to anoint him and to dedicate him.

¹³ Then Moses had Aaron's sons come forward, dressed them tunics in them, tied sashes around them, and wrapped headbands on them, as the Lord had ordered him to do.

¹⁴ Moses brought the bull over for the sin offering, and Aaron and his sons put their hands on its head.

¹⁵ Moses killed the bull and took some of the blood. He used his finger to put the blood on all four horns of the altar to dedicate it and purify it. He poured out the rest of the blood at the bottom of the altar, and consecrated the altar so that it could be used to make people right.

¹⁶ Moses took all the fat that covers the insides, the best part of the liver, both kidneys with the fat on them, burned all of it on the altar.

¹⁷ But the rest of the bull—the skin, the meat, and the waste he burned outside the camp, as the Lord had ordered him to do.

¹⁸ Moses brought the ram for the burnt offering, and Aaron and his sons put their hands on its head.

¹⁹ Moses killed the ram and sprinkled the blood on all sides of the altar.

²⁰ He divided the ram into pieces and burned the head, the pieces, and the fat.

²¹ He washed the insides and legs with water and burned the whole ram on the altar as a burnt offering, a food offering to be accepted by the Lord, as the Lord had ordered Moses to do.

²² Moses brought the second ram, the ram of ordination, and Aaron and his sons put their hands on its head.

²³ Moses killed the ram and took some of its blood. He put it on Aaron's right earlobe, on the thumb of his right hand, and on the big toe of his right foot.

²⁴ Then Moses had Aaron and his sons come forward and put some of the blood on their right earlobes, on the thumbs of their right hands, and on the big toes of their right feet. Then he sprinkled blood on all sides of the altar.

²⁵ Moses took the fat, including the fat tail, all the fat on the insides, the best part of the liver, both kidneys with the fat on them Moses took the fat—together with the right thigh.

²⁶ He took one loaf of bread without yeast, one loaf made with olive oil, and one wafer from the basket of bread without yeast that was in the presence of the Lord. He placed them on top of the portions of fat and on the right thigh.

²⁷ Then he gave them to Aaron and his sons, and waved them before the Lord as a wave offering.

²⁸ After this Moses took them back and burned them on the altar with the burnt offering. This was an ordination offering, a food offering to be accepted by the Lord.

²⁹ Moses then took the breast, his share of the ordination ram, and waved it before the Lord as a wave offering, as the Lord had ordered him to do.

³⁰ Moses then took some of the anointing oil and some of the blood from the altar. He sprinkled both of them on the clothes of Aaron and his sons. This is how he dedicated he dedicated the clothes of Aaron and his sons.

³¹ Moses told Aaron and his sons, “You are to boil the meat at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting, and then eat it there with the bread that is in the basket of offerings for the ordination, as I ordered: ‘It is for Aaron and his sons to eat.’

³² Afterwards you must burn what's left over of the meat and bread.

³³ You are not to leave the entrance to the Tent of Meeting for seven days until the ordination ceremony is completed, because your ordination will take seven days.

³⁴ What was done today was ordered by the Lord as a means of making you right.

³⁵ You must stay at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting for seven days, day and night, and follow the Lord's commands so that you will not die, for this is what I have been ordered to do.”

¹⁰ (Nowe Moses had taken the anointing oyle, and anoynted the Tabernacle, and al that was therein, and sanctified them,

¹¹ And sprinkled thereof vpon the altar seuen times, and anointed the altar and all his instruments, and the lauer, and his foote, to sanctifie them)

¹² And he powred of the anointing oyle vpon Aarons head, and anointed him, to sanctifie him.

¹³ After, Moses brought Aarons sonnes, and put coates vpon them, and girded them with girdles, and put bonets vpon their heades, as the Lord had commanded Moses.

¹⁴ Then he brought the bullocke for the sinne offring, and Aaron and his sonnes put their handes vpon the head of the bullocke for the sinne offring.

¹⁵ And Moses slew him, and tooke the blood, which he put vpon the hornes of the Altar roud about with his finger, and purified the altar, and powred the rest of the blood at the foote of ye altar: so he sanctified it, to make reconciliation vpon it.

¹⁶ Then he tooke all the fatte that was vpon the inwardes, and the kall of the liuer and the two kidneis, with their fat, which Moses burned vpon the Altar.

¹⁷ But the bullocke and his hide, and his flesh, and his doung, hee burnt with fire without the host as the Lord had commanded Moses.

¹⁸ Also hee brought the ram for the burnt offring, and Aaron and his sonnes put their hands vpon the head of the ramme.

¹⁹ So Moses killed it, and sprinkled the blood vpon the Altar round about,

²⁰ And Moses cut the ram in pieces, and burnt the head with the pieces, and the fat,

²¹ And washed the inwardes and the legges in water: so Moses burnt the ram euery whit vpon ye Altar: for it was a burnt offring for a sweete sauour, which was made by fire vnto the Lord, as the Lord had commanded Moses.

²² After, he brought the other ram, the ram of consecrations, and Aaron and his sonnes layed their handes vpon the head of the ram,

²³ Which Moses slewe, and tooke of the blood of it, and put it vpon the lappe of Aarons right eare, and vpon the thumbe of his right hand, and vpon the great toe of his right foote.

²⁴ Then Moses brought Aarons sonnes, and put of the blood on the lap of their right eares, and vpon the thumbes of their right handes, and vpon the great toes of their right feete, and Moses sprinckled the rest of the blood vpon the Altar round about.

²⁵ And he tooke the fat and the rumpe and all the fat that was vpon the inwards, and the kall of the liuer, and the two kidneis with their fat, and the right shoulder.

²⁶ Also he tooke of ye basket of ye vnleauened bread that was before the Lord, one vnleauened cake and a cake of oiled bread, and one wafer, and put them on the fat, and vpon the right shoulder.

²⁷ So hee put all in Aarons handes, and in his sonnes handes, and shooke it to and from before the Lord.

²⁸ After, Moses tooke the out of their hands, and burnt them vpon the altar for a burnt offring: for these were consecrations for a sweete sauour which were made by fire vnto the Lord.

²⁹ Likewise Moses tooke the breast of the ram of consecrations, and shooke it to and from before the Lord: for it was Moses portion, as the Lord had commanded Moses.

³⁰ Also Moses tooke of the anointing oyle, and of the blood which was vpon the Altar, and sprinkled it vpon Aaron, vpon his garments, and vpon his sonnes, and on his sonnes garments with him: so hee sanctified Aaron, his garments, and his sonnes, and his sonnes garments with him.

³¹ Afterward Moses saide vnto Aaron and his sonnes, Seethe the flesh at the doore of the Tabernacle of the Congregation, and there eate it with the bread that is in the basket of consecrations, as I commanded, saying, Aaron and his sonnes shall eate it,

³² But that which remaineth of the flesh and of the bread, shall ye burne with fire.

³³ And ye shall not depart from the doore of the Tabernacle of the Congregation seuen dayes, vntill the dayes of your consecrations bee at an ende: for seuen dayes, saide the Lord, shall hee consecrate you,

³⁴ As hee hath done this day: so the Lord hath commanded to doe, to make an atonement for you.

³⁵ Therefore shall yee abide at the doore of the Tabernacle of the Congregation day and night, seuen dayes, and shall keepe the watch of the Lord, that ye dye not: for so I am commanded.

¹⁰ And Moses took the anointing oil, and anointed the tabernacle and all that was therein, and sanctified them.

¹¹ And he sprinkled thereof upon the altar seven times, and anointed the altar and all its vessels, and the laver and its base, to sanctify them.

¹² And he poured of the anointing oil upon Aaron's head, and anointed him, to sanctify him.

¹⁴ And the bullock of the sin-offering was brought; and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the bullock of the sin-offering.

¹⁵ And when it was slain, Moses took the blood, and put it upon the horns of the altar round about with his finger, and purified the altar, and poured out the remaining blood at the base of the altar, and sanctified it, to make atonement for it.

¹⁶ And he took all the fat that was upon the inwards, and the lobe of the liver, and the two kidneys, and their fat, and Moses made it smoke upon the altar.

¹⁷ But the bullock, and its skin, and its flesh, and its dung, were burnt with fire without the camp; as the LORD commanded Moses.

¹⁸ And the ram of the burnt-offering was presented; and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the ram.

¹⁹ And when it was killed, Moses dashed the blood against the altar round about.

²⁰ And when the ram was cut into its pieces, Moses made the head, and the pieces, and the suet smoke.

²¹ And when the inwards and the legs were washed with water, Moses made the whole ram smoke upon the altar; it was a burnt-offering for a sweet savour; it was an offering made by fire unto the LORD; as the LORD commanded Moses.

²² And the other ram was presented, the ram of consecration, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the ram.

²³ And when it was slain, Moses took of the blood thereof, and put it upon the tip of Aaron's right ear, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot.

²⁴ And Aaron's sons were brought, and Moses put of the blood upon the tip of their right ear, and upon the thumb of their right hand, and upon the great toe of their right foot; and Moses dashed the blood against the altar round about.

¹⁸ And he brought near the ram of the burnt-offering; and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the ram.

²⁹ And Moses took the breast, and made therewith a waving before the Lord; from the ram of consecration was it given to Moses as his portion; as the Lord had commanded Moses.

³⁰ And Moses took some of the anointing oil, and of the blood which was upon the altar, and sprinkled the same upon Aaron, and upon his garments, and upon his sons, and his sons with sanctified upon the garments of him; and he Aaron, his garments, and his sons, and the garments of his sons with him.

³¹ And Moses said unto Aaron and to his sons, Boil ye the flesh at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation; and there shall ye eat it with the bread that is in the basket of the consecration; as I have commanded, saying, Aaron and his sons shall eat it.

³³ And from the door of the tabernacle of the congregation shall ye not go forth seven days, until the days of your consecration be at an end; for seven days shall your consecration last.

³⁴ As they have done this day, so hath the Lord commanded to do farther, to make an atonement for you.

³⁵ And at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation shall ye abide day and night seven days, and keep the charge of the Lord, that ye die not; for so have I been commanded.

¹¹ and sprinkled of it seven times on the altar; and anointed the altar, and hallowed it, and all things on it, and the laver, and its foot, and sanctified them; and anointed the tabernacle and all its furniture, and hallowed it.

¹² And Moses poured of the anointing oil on the head of Aaron; and he anointed him and sanctified him.

¹³ And Moses brought the sons of Aaron near, and put on them coats and girded them with girdles, and put on them bonnets, as the Lord commanded Moses.

¹⁴ And Moses brought near the calf for the sin offering, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the calf of the sin offering.

¹⁵ And he slew it; and Moses took of the blood, and put it on the horns of the altar round about with his finger; and he purified the altar, and poured out the blood at the bottom of the altar, and sanctified it, to make atonement upon it.

¹⁶ And Moses took all the fat that was upon the innards, and the lobe on the liver, and both the kidneys, and the fat that was upon them, and Moses offered them on the altar.

¹⁷ But the calf, and his hide, and his flesh, and his dung, he burned with fire without the camp, as the Lord commanded Moses.

¹⁸ And Moses brought near the ram for a whole burnt offering, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram. And Moses slew the ram: and Moses poured the blood on the altar round about.

¹⁹ And he divided the ram by its limbs, and Moses offered the head, and the limbs, and the fat; and he washed the belly and the feet with water.

²⁰ And Moses offered up the whole ram on the altar: it is a whole burnt offering for a sweet-smelling savor; it is a burnt offering to the Lord, as the Lord commanded Moses.

²⁶ and put them all on the hands of Aaron, and upon the hands of his sons, and offered them up for a wave offering before the Lord.

²⁷ And Moses took them at their hands, and Moses offered them on the altar, on the whole burnt offering of consecration, which is a smell of sweet savor: it is a burnt offering to the Lord.

²⁸ And Moses took the breast, and separated it for a heave offering before the Lord, from the ram of consecration; and it became Moses’ portion, as the Lord commanded Moses.

²⁹ And Moses took of the anointing oil, and of the blood that was on the altar, and sprinkled it on Aaron, and on his garments, and his sons, and the garments of his sons with him.

³⁰ And he sanctified Aaron and his garments, and his sons, and the garments of his sons with him.

³¹ And Moses said to Aaron and to his sons, Boil the flesh in the tent of the tabernacle of witness in the holy place; and there ye shall eat it and the loaves in the basket of consecration, as it has been appointed me, the Lord saying, Aaron and his sons shall eat them.

³² And that which is left of the flesh and of the loaves burn ye with fire.

³³ And ye shall not go out from the door of the tabernacle of witness for seven days, until the day be fulfilled, the day of your consecration; for in seven days shall he consecrate you,

³⁴ as he did in this day on which the Lord commanded me to do so, to make an atonement for you.

³⁵ And ye shall remain seven days at the door of the tabernacle of witness, day and night; ye shall observe the ordinances of the Lord, that ye die not; for so has the Lord God commanded me.

¹⁰ And Mosheh took the consecrating oil, and anointed the tabernacle and all that was in it, and sanctified them.

¹¹ And he sprinkled of it upon the altar seven times, and anointed the altar and all its vessels, and the laver and its base, to sanctify them.

¹² And he poured the oil of consecration upon Aharon’s head, and anointed him to consecrate him.

¹³ And Mosheh brought the sons of Aharon near, and dressed them in vestments, and girded them with girdles, and appointed them with mitres, as the Lord had commanded Mosheh.

¹⁴ And he brought the bullock near for the sin offering, and Aharon and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the bullock which was the sin offering.

³⁵ And at the door of the tabernacle of ordinance ye shall dwell seven days and nights, and watch the watches of the Word of the Lord, that you die not; for so am I commanded.

³³ You must not go out from the entrance of the tent of meeting for seven days, until the days of your ordination are fulfilled. For Yahweh will consecrate you for seven days.

³⁴ What has been done this day— Yahweh has commanded to be done to make atonement for you.

¹¹ He sprinkled it on the altar seven times, and anointed the altar and all its vessels, and the basin and its base, to sanctify them.

¹² He poured some of the anointing oil on Aaron’s head, and anointed him, to sanctify him.

¹³ Moses brought Aaron’s sons, and clothed them with tunics, and tied sashes on them, and put headbands on them, as the LORD commanded Moses.

¹⁴ He brought the bull of the sin offering, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the bull of the sin offering.

¹⁵ He killed it; and Moses took the blood, and put it around on the horns of the altar with his finger, and purified the altar, and poured out the blood at the base of the altar, and sanctified it, to make atonement for it.

¹⁶ He took all the fat that was on the innards, and the cover of the liver, and the two kidneys, and their fat; and Moses burnt it on the altar.

¹⁷ But the bull, and its skin, and its meat, and its dung, he burnt with fire outside the camp, as the LORD commanded Moses.

¹⁸ He presented the ram of the burnt offering. Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram.

¹⁹ He killed it; and Moses sprinkled the blood around on the altar.

²⁰ He cut the ram into its pieces; and Moses burnt the head, and the pieces, and the fat.

²¹ He washed the innards and the legs with water; and Moses burnt the whole ram on the altar. It was a burnt offering for a pleasant aroma. It was an offering made by fire to the LORD, as the LORD commanded Moses.

²² He presented the other ram, the ram of consecration. Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram.

²³ He killed it; and Moses took some of its blood, and put it on the tip of Aaron’s right ear, and on the thumb of his right hand, and on the great toe of his right foot.

²⁴ He brought Aaron’s sons; and Moses put some of the blood on the tip of their right ear, and on the thumb of their right hand, and on the great toe of their right foot; and Moses sprinkled the blood around on the altar.

²⁵ He took the fat, the fat tail, all the fat that was on the innards, the cover of the liver, the two kidneys and their fat, and the right thigh;

²⁶ and out of the basket of unleavened bread that was before the LORD, he took one unleavened cake, one cake of oiled bread, and one wafer, and placed them on the fat and on the right thigh.

²⁷ He put all these in Aaron’s hands and in his sons’ hands, and waved them for a wave offering before the LORD.

²⁸ Moses took them from their hands, and burnt them on the altar on the burnt offering. They were a consecration offering for a pleasant aroma. It was an offering made by fire to the LORD.

²⁹ Moses took the breast, and waved it for a wave offering before the LORD. It was Moses’ portion of the ram of consecration, as the LORD commanded Moses.

³⁰ Moses took some of the anointing oil, and some of the blood which was on the altar, and sprinkled it on Aaron, on his garments, and on his sons, and on his sons’ garments with him, and sanctified Aaron, his garments, and his sons, and his sons’ garments with him.

³¹ Moses said to Aaron and to his sons, “Boil the meat at the door of the Tent of Meeting, and there eat it and the bread that is in the basket of consecration, as I commanded, saying, ‘Aaron and his sons shall eat it.’

³² What remains of the meat and of the bread you shall burn with fire.

³³ You shall not go out from the door of the Tent of Meeting for seven days, until the days of your consecration are fulfilled: for he shall consecrate you seven days.

³⁴ What has been done today, so the LORD has commanded to do, to make atonement for you.

³⁵ You shall stay at the door of the Tent of Meeting day and night seven days, and keep the LORD’s command, that you don’t die: for so I am commanded.”

¹⁰ And he took also the oil of anointing, with which he anointed the tabernacle with all his appurtenance; and when he had hallowed,

¹¹ and had sprinkled the altar seven times, he anointed it, and hallowed with oil all the vessels thereof, and the great washing vessel with his foundament.

¹² Which oil he shedded or pouring upon Aaron’s head, and anointed him, and hallowed.

¹³ And his sons offered, or presented, Moses clothed with linen coats, and he girded them with girdles, and he set or put on their heads mitres, as the Lord commanded.

¹⁴ He offered also a calf for sin; and when Aaron and his sons had put their hands on the head of that calf,

¹⁵ he offered it, and drew up the blood; and when the finger was dipped in the blood thereof, he touched the corners of the altar by compass; when the altar was cleansed and hallowed, Moses poured the blood that was left at the altar’s foot.

¹⁶ Soothly he burnt on the altar the inner fatness that was on the entrails, and the caul of the maw, and the two little reins with their little fatnesses;

¹⁷ and he burnt without the tents the calf, with the skin, the flesh, and the dung, as the Lord commanded.

¹⁸ And he offered a ram into burnt sacrifice; and when Aaron and his sons had set or put their hands upon the head thereof,

¹⁹ he offered it, and he poured the blood thereof by compass of the altar.

²⁰ And he cutted that ram into gobbets, and he burnt with fire the head thereof, and the members, and the inner fatness,

²¹ when the entrails and the feet were washed before; and he burnt all the ram together upon the altar, for it was the burnt sacrifice of sweetest odour to the Lord, as the Lord commanded to him.

²² He offered also the second ram, into the hallowing of priests; and Aaron and his sons putted or put their hands upon the head thereof.

²³ And when Moses had offered that ram, he took of the blood, and touched therewith the last part of the right ear of Aaron, and the thumb of his right hand, and in like manner of his foot.

²⁴ He offered also the sons of Aaron. And when he had touched of the blood of the ram offered the last part of the right ears of all, and the thumbs of the right hand and foot, he poured the blood that was left upon the altar by compass.

²⁵ Soothly he separated the inner fatness, and the tail, and all the fatness that covereth the entrails, and the caul of the maw, and the two reins with their fatnesses, and with the right shoulder.

²⁶ Forsooth he took of the pannier of therf loaves, that was before the Lord, loaves without sourdough, and a cake sprinkled with oil, and he putted or put loaves first sodden in water, and afterward fried in oil, on the inner fatness, and the right shoulder;

²⁷ and he betook all these things together to Aaron, and to his sons. And after that they had raised those or them before the Lord,

²⁸ again he took them of their hands, and burnt them upon the altar of burnt sacrifice, for it was the offering of hallowing, into the odour of sweetness of sacrifice, into his part to the Lord.

²⁹ He took also the breast of the ram of consecration into his part, and raised it before the Lord, as the Lord commanded to him.

³⁰ And he took the ointment, and the blood that was in the altar, and he sprinkled them upon Aaron, and on his clothes, and upon his sons, and on their clothes. And when Moses had hallowed them in their clothing,

³¹ he commanded to them, and said, Seethe ye the flesh before the tabernacle gates, and there eat ye it; also eat ye the loaves of hallowing, that be put in the basket, as God commanded to me, and said, Aaron and his sons shall eat those loaves;

³² soothly whatever thing is left of the flesh and of the loaves, the fire shall waste it.

³³ Also ye shall not go out of the door of the tabernacle in seven days, till to the day in which the time of your hallowing shall be fulfilled; for the hallowing is ended in seven days,

³⁴ as it is done now in this present time, that the rightfulness of the sacrifice were fulfilled.

³⁵ Ye shall dwell day and night in the tabernacle, and ye shall keep the keepings of the Lord, that ye die not; for so it is commanded to me.

¹⁵ he offered it, and drew up the blood; and when the finger was dipped in the blood thereof, he touched the corners of the altar by compass (or he touched the horns all around the altar); (and) when the altar was cleansed and hallowed, Moses poured (out) the blood that was left at the altar’s foot, (or at its base).

¹⁸ And he offered a ram into burnt sacrifice (or And then he offered the ram for the burnt sacrifice); and when Aaron and his sons had set their hands upon the head thereof,

¹⁹ he offered it, and he poured the blood thereof by compass of the altar. (he offered it, and then he threw its blood against all the sides of the altar.)

²⁰ And he cutted that ram into gobbets, and he burnt with fire the head thereof, and the members, and the inner fatness, (And he cut, or carved, that ram into pieces, and he burned its head, and its members, and the inner fat,)

²¹ when the entrails and the feet were washed before; and he burnt all the ram together upon the altar, for it was the burnt sacrifice of sweetest odour to the Lord, as the Lord commanded to him. (and when the entrails and the feet were washed in water, he burned the rest of the ram on the altar, for it was the burnt sacrifice to make the sweetest odour to the Lord, as the Lord commanded to him.)

²² He offered also the second ram, into the hallowing of (the) priests; and Aaron and his sons putted their hands upon the head thereof. (And then he offered the second ram, for the installation, or the ordination, of the priests; and Aaron and his sons put their hands on its head.)

²³ And when Moses had offered that ram, he took of the blood, and touched therewith the last part of the right ear of Aaron, and the thumb of his right hand, and in like manner of his foot. (And when Moses had killed that ram, he took some of the blood, and touched with it the lobe of Aaron’s right ear, and the thumb of his right hand, and the great toe of his right foot.)

²⁴ He offered also the sons of Aaron. And when he had touched of the blood of the ram offered the last part of the right ears of all, and the thumbs of the right hand and foot, he poured the blood that was left upon the altar by compass. (And then he brought forth Aaron’s sons. And when he had touched with the blood of the offered ram the lobes of their right ears, and the thumbs of their right hands, and the great toes of their right feet, he threw the rest of the blood against all the sides of the altar.)

²⁷ and he betook all these things together to Aaron, and to his sons. And after that they had raised (up) those (things as a special gift) before the Lord,

²⁸ again he took them of their hands, and burnt them upon the altar of burnt sacrifice, for it was the offering of hallowing, into the odour of sweetness of sacrifice, into his part to the Lord. (he took them out of their hands, and burned them on the altar on top of the burnt sacrifice, for it was an installation, or an ordination, offering, to make the sweetest aroma to the Lord.)

²⁹ He took also the breast of the ram of consecration into his part, and raised it (up as a special gift) before the Lord, as the Lord commanded to him. (And he took the breast of the ram of installation, or of ordination, and raised it up as a special gift before the Lord, as the Lord commanded to him.)

³⁰ And he took the ointment, and the blood that was in the altar, and he sprinkled them upon Aaron, and on his clothes, and upon his sons, and on their clothes. And when Moses had hallowed them in their clothing, (And he took some of the anointing oil, and some of the blood that was on the altar, and he sprinkled it on Aaron, and on his clothes, and on his sons, and on their clothes. And when Moses had consecrated them, and their clothing,)

³¹ he commanded to them, and said, Seethe ye the flesh before the tabernacle gates, and there eat ye it; also eat ye the loaves of hallowing, that be put in the basket, as God commanded to me, and said, Aaron and his sons shall eat those loaves; (he commanded to them, and said, Boil ye the flesh at the entrance to the Tabernacle, and eat ye it there; also eat ye the installation, or the ordination, loaves, that be put in the basket, as God commanded to me, and said, Aaron and his sons shall eat those loaves;)

³² soothly whatever thing is left of the flesh and of the loaves, the fire shall waste it.

³³ Also ye shall not go out of the door of the tabernacle in seven days, till to the day in which the time of your hallowing shall be fulfilled; for the hallowing is ended in seven days, (And ye shall not go out of the entrance to the Tabernacle for seven days, until the day in which the time of your ordination is fulfilled; for the installation rites shall last for seven days,)

³⁴ as it is done now in this present time, that the rightfulness of the sacrifice were fulfilled. (as it is done now at this present time, so that your sin is taken away.)

³⁵ Ye shall dwell day and night in the tabernacle, and ye shall keep the keepings of the Lord (or and ye shall do the commands of the Lord), (so) that ye die not; for so it is commanded to me.

¹¹ and whanne he hadde halewid and hadde spreynt the auter seuen sithes, he anoyntide it, and halewide with oile alle the vessels therof, and the `greet waischyng vessel with his foundement.

¹² Which oile he schedde on `the heed of Aaron, and anoyntide hym, and halewide.

¹³ And he clothide with lynnun cootis, and girdide with girdils `his sones offrid, and settide on mytris, as the Lord comaundide.

¹⁴ He offeride also a calf for synne; and whanne Aaron and hise sones hadden put her hondis on `that calf,

¹⁵ he offride it, and drow up blood; and whanne the fyngur was dippid, he touchide the corneris of the auter bi cumpas; whanne the auter was clensid and halewid, he schedde the `residue blood at the `foundement therof.

¹⁶ Sotheli he brent on the auter the ynnere fatnesse that was on the entrails, and the calle of the mawe, and the twei litle reynes with her litle fatnessis;

¹⁷ and he brente without the castels the calf, with the skyn, fleischis, and dung, as the Lord comaundide.

¹⁸ He offride also a ram in to brent sacrifice; and whanne Aaron and hise sones hadden set her hondis on the heed therof,

¹⁹ he offride it, and schedde the blood therof bi the cumpas of the auter.

²⁰ And he kittide thilke ram in to gobetis, and brente with fier the heed therof, and membris,

²¹ and ynnere fatnesse, whanne the entrails and feet weren waischun bifore; and he brente al the ram togidere on the auter, for it was the brent sacrifice of swettiste odour to the Lord, as the Lord comaundide to hym.

²² He offride also the secounde ram, in to the halewyng of preestis; and Aaron and hise sones puttiden her hondis on the heed therof.

²³ And whanne Moises hadde offrid the ram, he took of the blood, and touchide the laste part of the riyt eere of Aaron, and the thombe of his riyt hond, in lijk maner and of the foot.

²⁴ He offride also `the sones of Aaron. And whanne he hadde touchid of the blood of the ram offrid the laste part of `the riyt eeris of alle, and `the thombis of the riyt hond and foot, he schedde the `tothir blood on the auter bi cumpas.

²⁵ Sotheli he departide the ynnere fatnesse, and the taile, and al the fatnesse that hilith the entrails, and the calle of the mawe, and the twey reynes with her fatnessis and with the riyt schuldur.

²⁶ Forsothe he took of the panyere of therf looues, that was bifor the Lord, looues without sour dow, and a cake spreynt with oile, and he puttide looues first sodun in watir and aftirward fried in oile on the ynnere fatnesse, and the riyt schuldur; and bitook alle thingis togidere to Aaron,

²⁷ and to hise sones. And aftir that thei `reisiden tho bifore the Lord,

²⁸ eft `he brente tho takun of her hondis, on the auter of brent sacrifice, for it was the offryng of halewyng, in to the odour of swetnesse of sacrifice `into his part to the Lord.

²⁹ He took also the brest of the ram of consecracioun in to his part, and reiside it bifor the Lord, as the Lord comaundide to hym.

³⁰ And he took the oynement, and blood that was in the auter, and `spreynte on Aaron, and hise clothis, and on `the sones of hym, and on her clothis.

³¹ And whanne he hadde halewid hem in her clothing, he comaundide to hem, and seide, Sethe ye fleischis bifor the `yatis of the tabernacle, and there ete ye tho; also ete ye the looues of halewyng, that ben put in the panyere, as God comaundide to me, `and seide, Aaron and hise sones schulen ete tho looues;

³² sotheli whateuer thing is residue of the fleisch and looues, fier schal waste.

³³ Also ye schulen not go out of the dore of the tabernacle in seuene daies, til to the day in which the tyme of youre halewyng schal be fillid; for the halewyng is endid in seuene dayes,

³⁴ as it is doon in present tyme, that the riytfulnesse of sacrifice were fillid.

³⁵ Ye schulen dwelle dai and nyyt in the tabernacle, and ye schulen kepe the kepyngis of the Lord, that ye die not; for so it is comaundid to me.

¹⁰ And Moses taketh the anointing oil, and anointeth the tabernacle, and all that is in it, and sanctifieth them;

¹¹ and he sprinkleth of it on the altar seven times, and anointeth the altar, and all its vessels, and the laver, and its base, to sanctify them;

¹² and he poureth of the anointing oil on the head of Aaron, and anointeth him to sanctify him.

¹³ And Moses bringeth near the sons of Aaron, and doth clothe them with coats, and girdeth them with girdles, and bindeth for them turbans, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.

¹⁴ And he bringeth nigh the bullock of the sin-offering, and Aaron layeth — his sons also — their hands on the head of the bullock of the sin-offering,

¹⁵ and one slaughtereth, and Moses taketh the blood, and putteth on the horns of the altar round about with his finger, and cleanseth the altar, and the blood he hath poured out at the foundation of the altar, and sanctifieth it, to make atonement upon it.

¹⁶ And he taketh all the fat that is on the inwards, and the redundance above the liver, and the two kidneys, and their fat, and Moses maketh Perfume on the altar,

¹⁷ and the bullock, and its skin, and its flesh, and its dung, he hath burnt with fire, at the outside of the camp, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.

¹⁸ And he bringeth near the ram of the burnt-offering, and Aaron and his sons lay their hands on the head of the ram,

¹⁹ and one slaughtereth, and Moses sprinkleth the blood on the altar round about;

²⁸ And Moses taketh them from off their hands, and maketh perfume on the altar, on the burnt-offering, they are consecrations for sweet fragrance; it is a fire-offering to Jehovah;

²⁹ and Moses taketh the breast, and waveth it — a wave-offering before Jehovah; of the ram of the consecrations it hath been to Moses for a portion, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.

³¹ And Moses saith unto Aaron, and unto his sons, 'Boil ye the flesh at the opening of the tent of meeting, and there ye do eat it and the bread which is in the basket of the consecrations, as I have commanded, saying, Aaron and his sons do eat it.

³² 'And the remnant of the flesh and of the bread with fire ye burn;

³³ and from the opening of the tent of meeting ye go not out seven days, till the day of the fulness, the days of your consecration — for seven days he doth consecrate your hand;

³⁴ as he hath done on this day, Jehovah hath commanded to do, to make atonement for you;

³⁵ and at the opening of the tent of meeting ye abide, by day and by night seven days, and ye have kept the charge of Jehovah, and die not, for so I have been commanded.'
