¹⁶ But if the sacrifice of his oblation be a vow, or a freewill-offering, it shall be eaten on the day that he offereth his sacrifice; and on the morrow that which remaineth of it shall be eaten:

¹⁷ but that which remaineth of the flesh of the sacrifice on the third day shall be burnt with fire.

¹⁸ And if any of the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace-offerings be eaten on the third day, it shall not be accepted, neither shall it be imputed unto him that offereth it: it shall be an abomination, and the soul that eateth of it shall bear his iniquity.

¹⁹ And the flesh that toucheth any unclean thing shall not be eaten; it shall be burnt with fire. And as for the flesh, every one that is clean shall eat thereof:

²⁰ but the soul that eateth of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace-offerings, that pertain unto Jehovah, having his uncleanness upon him, that soul shall be cut off from his people.

²⁵ For whosoever eateth the fat of the beast, of which men offer an offering made by fire unto Jehovah, even the soul that eateth it shall be cut off from his people.

²⁶ And ye shall eat no manner of blood, whether it be of bird or of beast, in any of your dwellings.

²⁷ Whosoever it be that eateth any blood, that soul shall be cut off from his people.

²⁸ And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,

²⁹ Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, He that offereth the sacrifice of his peace-offerings unto Jehovah shall bring his oblation unto Jehovah out of the sacrifice of his peace-offerings:

³⁰ his own hands shall bring the offerings of Jehovah made by fire; the fat with the breast shall he bring, that the breast may be waved for a wave-offering before Jehovah.

¹⁶ And if it be a vow, or he offer his gift of his own will, on whatsoever day he shall offer his sacrifice, it shall be eaten, and on the morrow.

¹⁷ And that which is left of the flesh of the sacrifice till the third day, shall be consumed with fire.

¹⁸ And if he do at all eat of the flesh on the third day, it shall not be accepted for him that offers: it shall not be reckoned to him, it is pollution; and whatsoever soul shall eat of it, shall bear his iniquity.

¹⁹ And whatsoever flesh shall have touched any unclean thing, it shall not be eaten, it shall be consumed with fire; every one that is clean shall eat the flesh.

²⁰ And whatsoever soul shall eat of the flesh of the sacrifice of the peace-offering which is the Lord's, and his uncleanness be upon him, that soul shall perish from his people.

²¹ And whatsoever soul shall touch any unclean thing, either of the uncleanness of a man, or of unclean quadrupeds, or any unclean abominable thing, and shall eat of the flesh of the sacrifice of the peace-offering, which is the Lord's, that soul shall perish from his people.

²² And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,

²³ Speak to the children of Israel, saying, Ye shall eat no fat of oxen or sheep or goats.

²⁴ And the fat of such animals as have died of themselves, or have been seized of beasts, may be employed for any work; but it shall not be eaten for food.

²⁵ Every one that eats fat off the beasts, from which he will bring a burnt-offering to the Lord—that soul shall perish from his people.

²⁶ Ye shall eat no blood in all your habitations, either of beasts or of birds.

²⁷ Every soul that shall eat blood, that soul shall perish from his people.

²⁸ And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,

²⁹ Thou shalt also speak to the children of Israel, saying, He that offers a sacrifice of peace-offering, shall bring his gift to the Lord also from the sacrifice of peace-offering.

³⁰ His hands shall bring the burnt-offerings to the Lord; the fat which is on the breast and the lobe of the liver, he shall bring them, so as to set them for a gift before the Lord.

²⁴ For I have taken the wave-breast and shoulder of separation from the children of Israel from the sacrifices of your peace-offerings, and I have given them to Aaron the priest and his sons, a perpetual ordinance due from the children of Israel.

²⁵ This is the anointing of Aaron, and the anointing of his sons, their portion of the burnt offerings of the Lord, in the day in which he brought them forward to minister as priests to the Lord;

²⁶ as the Lord commanded to give to them in the day in which he anointed them of the sons of Israel, a perpetual statute through their generations.

²⁷ This is the law of the whole burnt offerings, and of sacrifice, and of sin-offering, and of offering for transgression, and of the sacrifice of consecration, and of the sacrifice of peace-offering;

²⁸ as the Lord commanded Moses in the mount Sina, in the day in which he commanded the children of Israel to offer their gifts before the Lord in the wilderness of Sina.

¹⁶ However, if your offering is the result of a solemn promise that you made to Yahweh, or if it is an offering that you make ◄voluntarily/without being required to►, you are permitted to eat some of the meat on the day it is offered, but anything that is left may be eaten on the next day.

¹⁷ But any meat that is left until the third day must be completely burned.

¹⁸ If any meat from the offering to maintain fellowship with Yahweh is eaten on the third day, Yahweh will not accept that offering; it will be useless to offer it, because Yahweh will consider that it is worthless. Anyone who eats some of it will have to pay a penalty to Yahweh.

¹⁹ Meat that touches something that God considers to be impure must not be eaten; it must be completely burned. Anyone who has performed the rituals to become acceptable to God is allowed to eat other meat which has been offered as a sacrifice.

²⁰ But if anyone who has not performed those rituals eats some of the meat of the offering to maintain fellowship with Yahweh, meat that belongs to Yahweh, he must no longer be allowed to associate with God's people.

²¹ If anyone touches something that God considers to be impure and very displeasing to him, whether it is from a human or from an animal, and then he eats any of the meat of the offering to maintain fellowship with Yahweh, meat that belongs to Yahweh, he must no longer be allowed to associate with God's people.”

²² Yahweh also said to Moses/me:

²³ “Say this to the Israeli people: Do not eat any of the fat of cattle or sheep or goats.

²⁴ The fat of an animal that is found dead or that has been killed by a wild animal may be used for other purposes, but you must not eat it.

²⁵ Anyone who eats the fat of an animal from which an offering has been made to Yahweh must no longer be allowed to associate with God's people.

²⁶ And wherever you live, you must not eat the blood of any bird or animal.

²⁷ If anyone eats blood, he must no longer be allowed to associate with God's people.”

²⁸ Yahweh also said to Moses/me,

²⁹ “Tell the Israeli people this: Anyone who brings an offering to maintain fellowship with Yahweh must bring part of it to be a sacrifice to Yahweh.

³⁰ He himself must bring the offering that will be burned in the fire. He must bring the fat along with the breast of the animal and lift it up in front of Yahweh to indicate that it is an offering to him.

¹⁶ But if his offering is made because of an oath or given freely, it may be taken as food on the day when it is offered; and the rest may be used up on the day after:

¹⁷ But if any of the flesh of the offering is still unused on the third day, it is to be burned with fire.

¹⁸ And if any of the flesh of the peace-offering is taken as food on the third day, it will not be pleasing to God and will not be put to the account of him who gives it; it will be unclean and a cause of sin to him who takes it as food.

¹⁹ And flesh touched by any unclean thing may not be taken for food: it is to be burned with fire; and as for the flesh of the peace-offerings, everyone who is clean may take it as food:

²⁰ But he who is unclean when he takes as food the flesh of the peace-offerings, which are the Lord's, will be cut off from his people.

²¹ And anyone who, after touching any unclean thing of man or an unclean beast or any unclean and disgusting thing, takes as food the flesh of the peace-offerings, which are the Lord's, will be cut off from his people.

²² And the Lord said to Moses,

²³ Say to the children of Israel: You are not to take any fat, of ox or sheep or goat, for food.

²⁴ And the fat of that which comes to a natural death, and the fat of that which is attacked by beasts, may be used for other purposes, but not in any way for food.

²⁵ For anyone who takes as food the fat of any beast of which men make an offering by fire to the Lord, will be cut off from his people.

²⁶ And you are not to take for food any blood, of bird or of beast, in any of your houses.

²⁷ Whoever takes any blood for food will be cut off from his people.

²⁸ And the Lord said to Moses,

²⁹ Say to the children of Israel: He who makes a peace-offering to the Lord, is to give an offering to the Lord out of his peace-offering:

³⁰ He himself is to take to the Lord the offering made by fire, even the fat with the breast, so that the breast may be waved for a wave offering before the Lord.

²⁶ And no blood shall ye eat in any of your dwellings, whether it be of fowl or of cattle.

²⁷ Whatever soul it be that eateth any manner of blood, that soul shall be cut off from his peoples.

²⁸ And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

²⁹ Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, He that presenteth the sacrifice of his peace-offering to Jehovah shall bring his offering to Jehovah of the sacrifice of his peace-offering.

³⁰ His own hands shall bring Jehovah's offerings by fire, the fat with the breast shall he bring: the breast, that it may be waved as a wave-offering before Jehovah.

¹⁶ If any man by vow, or of his own accord offer a sacrifice, it shall in like manner be eaten the same day: and if any of it remain until the morrow, it is lawful to eat it:

¹⁷ But whatsoever shall be found on the third day shall be consumed with fire.

¹⁸ If any man eat of the flesh of the victim of peace offerings on the third day, the oblation shall be of no effect, neither shall it profit the offerer: yea rather whatsoever soul shall defile itself with such meat, shall be guilty of transgression.

¹⁹ The flesh that hath touched any unclean thing, shall not be eaten, but shall be burnt with fire: he that is clean shall eat of it.

²⁰ If any one that is defiled shall eat of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace offerings, which is offered to the Lord, he shall be cut off from his people.

²¹ And he that hath touched the uncleanness of man, or of beast, or of any thing that can defile, and shall eat of such kind of flesh, shall be cut off from his people.

²² And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:

²³ Say to the children of Israel: The fat of a sheep, and of an ox, and of a goat you shall not eat.

²⁴ The fat of a carcass that hath died of itself, and of a beast that was caught by another beast, you shall have for divers uses.

²⁵ If any man eat the fat that should be offered for the burnt sacrifice of the Lord, he shall perish out of his people.

²⁶ Moreover you shall not eat the blood of any creature whatsoever, whether of birds or beasts.

²⁷ Every one that eateth blood, shall perish from among the people.

²⁸ And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:

²⁹ Speak to the children of Israel, saying: He that offereth a victim of peace offerings to the Lord, let him offer therewith a sacrifice also, that is, the libations thereof.

³⁰ He shall hold in his hands the fat of the victim, and the breast: and when he hath offered and consecrated both to the Lord, he shall deliver them to the priest,

¹⁶ If the sacrifice you're offering is to pay a vow or a freewill offering, it shall be eaten on the day you present your sacrifice, but what's left can be eaten the next day.

¹⁷ However, any meat of the sacrifice still remaining on the third day must be burned.

¹⁸ If you eat any of the meat from your peace offering on the third day, it won't be accepted. You won't receive credit for offering it. In fact it will be treated as something disgusting, and anyone who eats it will bear responsibility for their guilt.

¹⁹ If this meat touches anything unclean it must not be eaten; it must be burned. This meat may be eaten by those who are ceremonially clean.

²⁰ If anyone who is unclean eats meat from the peace offering given to the Lord, they must be expelled from their people.

²¹ Anyone who touches anything unclean, whether it's from a person, an unclean animal, or an unclean revolting thing, and then eats meat from the peace offering given to the Lord, they must be expelled from their people.”

²² The Lord told Moses,

²³ “Give these instructions to the Israelites. Tell them, ‘You must not eat any of the fat of a bull, a sheep, or a goat.

²⁴ You can use the fat of an animal found dead or killed by wild beasts for whatever purpose you want, but you must not eat it.

²⁵ Anyone who eats the fat of an animal from a food offering presented to the Lord must be expelled from their people.

²⁶ You must not eat the blood of any bird or animal in any of your homes.

²⁷ Anyone who eats blood must be expelled from their people.’”

²⁸ The Lord told Moses,

²⁹ “Give these instructions to the Israelites. Tell them that if you present a peace offering to the Lord you must bring part of it as a special gift to the Lord.

³⁰ You must personally bring the food offerings to the Lord; bring the fat as well as the breast, and wave the breast as a wave offering before the Lord.

¹⁶ But if the sacrifice of his offring be a vow, or a free offering, it shalbe eaten the same day that he offreth his sacrifice: and so in the morning the residue thereof shalbe eaten.

¹⁷ But as much of the offered flesh as remaineth vnto the third day, shalbe burnt with fire.

¹⁸ For if any of the flesh of his peace offrings be eaten in the third day, he shall not be accepted that offereth it, neither shall it be reckoned vnto him, but shalbe an abomination: therefore ye person that eateth of it shall beare his iniquitie.

¹⁹ The flesh also that toucheth any vncleane thing, shall not be eaten, but burnt with fire: but of this flesh all that be cleane shall eate thereof.

²⁰ But if any eate of the flesh of the peace offerings that pertaineth to the Lord, hauing his vncleannesse vpon him, euen the same person shalbe cut off from his people.

²¹ Moreouer, whe any toucheth any vncleane thing, as the vncleannesse of man, or of an vncleane beast, or of any filthie abomination, and eate of the flesh of the peace offrings, which pertaineth vnto the Lord, euen that person shalbe cut off from his people.

²² Againe ye Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,

²³ Speake vnto the children of Israel, and say, Ye shall eate no fat of beeues, nor of sheepe, nor of goates:

²⁴ Yet the fat of the dead beast, and the fat of that, which is torne with beastes, shalbe occupied to any vse, but ye shall not eate of it.

²⁵ For whosoeuer eateth the fat of the beast, of the which he shall offer an offering made by fire to the Lord, euen the person that eateth, shalbe cut off from his people.

²⁶ Neither shall ye eate any blood, either of foule, or of beast in all your dwellings.

²⁷ Euery person that eateth any blood, euen the same person shall be cut off from his people.

²⁸ And the Lord talked with Moses, saying,

²⁹ Speake vnto the children of Israel, and say, Hee that offereth his peace offerings vnto the Lord, shall bring his gifte vnto the Lord of his peace offerings:

³⁰ His handes shall bring the offerings of the Lord made by fire: euen the fatte with the breast shall he bring, that the breast may be shaken to and from before the Lord.

¹⁶ But if the sacrifice of his offering be a vow, or a freewill-offering, it shall be eaten on the day that he offereth his sacrifice; and on the morrow that which remaineth of it may be eaten.

¹⁷ But that which remaineth of the flesh of the sacrifice on the third day shall be burnt with fire.

¹⁸ And if any of the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace-offerings be at all eaten on the third day, it shall not be accepted, neither shall it be imputed unto him that offereth it; it shall be an abhorred thing, and the soul that eateth of it shall bear his iniquity.

¹⁹ And the flesh that toucheth any unclean thing shall not be eaten; it shall be burnt with fire. And as for the flesh, every one that is clean may eat thereof.

¹⁷ But what is left of the flesh of the sacrifice, on the third day shall it be burnt with fire.

¹⁸ And if the intention was to eat of the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace-offering on the third day, it shall not be favorably received; to him who offereth it shall it not be accounted; it shall be an abomination, and the person that eateth of it shall bear his iniquity.

¹⁹ And the flesh, that toucheth any unclean thing, shall not be eaten, with fire shall it be burnt: and as for the flesh, every one that is clean may eat thereof.

²⁰ But the person that eateth the flesh of the sacrifice of peace-offering, that pertaineth unto the Lord, having his uncleanness upon him, even that person shall be cut off from his people.

²¹ And any person that toucheth any unclean thing, as the uncleanness of man, or any unclean beast, or any abominable unclean thing, and eateth of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace-offering, which pertaineth unto the Lord, even that person shall be cut off from his people.

¹⁶ And if it be a vow, or he offer his gift of his own will, on whatsoever day he shall offer his sacrifice, it shall be eaten, and on the morrow.

¹⁷ And that which is left of the flesh of the sacrifice till the third day, shall be consumed with fire.

¹⁸ And if he do at all eat of the flesh on the third day, it shall not be accepted for him that offers: it shall not be reckoned to him, it is pollution; and whatsoever soul shall eat of it, shall bear his iniquity.

¹⁹ And whatsoever flesh shall have touched any unclean thing, it shall not be eaten, it shall be consumed with fire; everyone that is clean shall eat the flesh.

²⁰ And whatsoever soul shall eat of the flesh of the sacrifice of the peace offering which is the Lord’s, and his uncleanness be upon him, that soul shall perish from his people.

²¹ And whatsoever soul shall touch any unclean thing, either of the uncleanness of a man, or of unclean quadrupeds, or any unclean abominable thing, and shall eat of the flesh of the sacrifice of the peace offering, which is the Lord’s, that soul shall perish from his people.

²² And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,

²³ Speak to the children of Israel, saying, Ye shall eat no fat of oxen or sheep or goats.

²⁴ And the fat of such animals as have died of themselves, or have been seized of beasts, may be employed for any work; but it shall not be eaten for food.

²⁵ Every one that eats fat off the beasts, from which he will bring a burnt offering to the Lord—that soul shall perish from his people.

²⁶ Ye shall eat no blood in all your habitations, either of beasts or of birds.

²⁷ Every soul that shall eat blood, that soul shall perish from his people.

²⁸ And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,

²⁹ Thou shalt also speak to the children of Israel, saying, He that offers a sacrifice of peace offering, shall bring his gift to the Lord also from the sacrifice of peace offering.

³⁰ His hands shall bring the burnt offerings to the Lord; the fat which is on the breast and the lobe of the liver, he shall bring them, so as to set them for a gift before the Lord.

¹⁶ But if the offering of his oblation be a vow, or a voluntary gift, it may be eaten (partly) on the day that his sacrifice is offered, and that which remaineth of it may be eaten on the day after it,

¹⁷ But what remaineth of the flesh of the sacrifice on the third day shall be burned with fire.

¹⁸ If the flesh of his consecrated sacrifice be indeed eaten on the third day, it shall not be accepted form him who offered it, neither shall it be reckoned to him; it is an abomination, and the man who ate of it shall bear his sin.

¹⁹ And if flesh that is consecrated touch anything unclean, it shall not be eaten, but he burned with fire. Everyone who is clean by sanctification to eat the consecrated flesh may eat the flesh that is consecrated.

²⁰ But the man who eateth of the flesh of sacrifices consecrated before the Lord with his uncleanness upon him, that man shall be destroyed from his people.

²¹ And the man who toucheth anything unclean, whether the uncleanness of man or the uncleanness of beast, or of any unclean reptile, and eateth of the flesh of sacrifices consecrated before the Lord, that man shall perish form his people.

²² And the Lord spake with Mosheh, saying:

²³ Speak with the sons of Israel, saying: You may not eat the fat of the ox or sheep or goat.

²⁴ But the fat of a dead carcase and the fat of an animal torn by a wild beast may be used in any manner of work, but of it you shall not eat.

²⁵ For whosoever eateth the fat of an animal that they offer as an oblation before the Lord, the man who eateth shall perish from his people.

¹⁶ “‘But if the sacrifice of his offering is a vow, or a free will offering, it shall be eaten on the day that he offers his sacrifice; and on the next day what remains of it shall be eaten:

¹⁷ but what remains of the meat of the sacrifice on the third day shall be burned with fire.

¹⁸ If any of the meat of the sacrifice of his peace offerings is eaten on the third day, it will not be accepted, and it shall not be credited to him who offers it. It will be an abomination, and the soul who eats any of it will bear his iniquity.

²¹ When anyone touches any unclean thing, the uncleanness of man, or an unclean animal, or any unclean abomination, and eats some of the meat of the sacrifice of peace offerings, which belong to Adonai , that soul shall be cut off from his people.’”

²² Adonai spoke to Moses Drawn out, saying,

²³ “Speak to the children of Israel God prevails, saying, ‘You shall eat no fat, of bull, or sheep, or goat.

²⁴ The fat of that which dies of itself, and the fat of that which is torn of animals, may be used for any other service, but you shall in no way eat of it.

²⁵ For whoever eats the fat of the animal, of which men offer an offering made by fire to Adonai , even the soul who eats it shall be cut off from his people.

²⁸ Adonai spoke to Moses Drawn out, saying,

²⁹ “Speak to the children of Israel God prevails, saying, ‘He who offers the sacrifice of his peace offerings to Adonai shall bring his offering to Adonai out of the sacrifice of his peace offerings.

³⁰ With his own hands he shall bring the offerings of Adonai made by fire. He shall bring the fat with the breast, that the breast may be waved for a wave offering before Adonai .

¹⁶ But if the sacrifice of his offering is for the purpose of a vow, or for the purpose of a freewill offering, the meat must be eaten on the day that he offers his sacrifice, but whatever remains of it may be eaten on the next day.

¹⁷ However, whatever meat of the sacrifice remains on the third day must be burned.

¹⁸ If any of the meat of the sacrifice of one's peace offering is eaten on the third day, it will not be accepted, neither will it be credited to the one who offered it. It will be a disgusting thing, and the person who eats it will carry the guilt of his sin.

¹⁹ Any meat that touches an unclean thing must not be eaten. It must be burned. As for the rest of the meat, anyone who is clean may eat it.

²⁰ However, an unclean person who eats any meat from the sacrifice of a peace offering that belongs to Yahweh—that person must be cut off from his people.

²¹ If anyone touches any unclean thing—whether uncleanness of man, or of unclean beast, or of some unclean and disgusting thing, and if he then eats some of the meat of a sacrifice of peace offering that belongs to Yahweh, that person must be cut off from his people.'”

²² Then Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

²³ “Speak to the people of Israel and say, 'You must eat no fat of an ox or a sheep or a goat.

²⁴ The fat of an animal that died without being a sacrifice, or the fat of an animal torn by wild animals, may be used for other purposes, but you must certainly not eat it.

²⁵ Whoever eats the fat of an animal that men can offer as a sacrifice by fire to Yahweh, that person must be cut off from his people.

²⁶ You must eat no blood whatsoever in any of your houses, whether it is from a bird or an animal.

²⁷ Whoever eats any blood, that person must be cut off from his people.'”

²⁸ So Yahweh spoke to Moses and said,

²⁹ “Speak to the people of Israel and say, 'He who offers the sacrifice of a peace offering to Yahweh must bring part of his sacrifice to Yahweh.

³⁰ The offering for Yahweh to be made by fire, his own hands must bring it. He must bring the fat with the breast, so that the breast may be waved as a wave offering before Yahweh.

¹⁶ “‘But if the sacrifice of his offering is a vow, or a free will offering, it shall be eaten on the day that he offers his sacrifice. On the next day what remains of it shall be eaten,

²¹ Moreover, the soul that shall touch any unclean thing , as the uncleanness of man, or any unclean beast, or any abominable unclean thing , and eat of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace-offerings which pertain to the LORD, even that soul shall be cut off from his people.

²² And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

²³ Speak to the children of Israel, saying, Ye shall eat no manner of fat, of ox, or of sheep, or of goat.

²⁴ And the fat of the beast that dieth of itself, and the fat of that which is torn with beasts, may be used for any other purpose; but ye shall in no wise eat of it.

²⁵ For whoever eateth the fat of the beast, of which men offer an offering made by fire to the LORD, even the soul that eateth it shall be cut off from his people.

²⁶ Moreover, ye shall eat no manner of blood, whether of fowl or of beast, in any of your dwellings.

²⁷ Whatever soul it may be that eateth any manner of blood, even that soul shall be cut off from his people.

²⁸ And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

²⁹ Speak to the children of Israel, saying, He that offereth the sacrifice of his peace-offerings to the LORD, shall bring his oblation to the LORD of the sacrifice of his peace-offerings.

³⁰ His own hands shall bring the offerings of the LORD made by fire, the fat with the breast, that shall he bring, that the breast may be waved for a wave-offering before the LORD.

¹⁶ “‘But if the sacrifice of his offering is a vow, or a free will offering, it shall be eaten on the day that he offers his sacrifice. On the next day what remains of it shall be eaten,

¹⁷ but what remains of the meat of the sacrifice on the third day shall be burned with fire.

¹⁸ If any of the meat of the sacrifice of his peace offerings is eaten on the third day, it will not be accepted, and it shall not be credited to him who offers it. It will be an abomination, and the soul who eats any of it will bear his iniquity.

¹⁹ “‘The meat that touches any unclean thing shall not be eaten. It shall be burned with fire. As for the meat, everyone who is clean may eat it;

²⁰ but the soul who eats of the meat of the sacrifice of peace offerings that belongs to the LORD, having his uncleanness on him, that soul shall be cut off from his people.

²¹ When anyone touches any unclean thing, the uncleanness of man, or an unclean animal, or any unclean abomination, and eats some of the meat of the sacrifice of peace offerings which belong to the LORD, that soul shall be cut off from his people.’”

²² The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

²⁸ The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

¹⁹ The Flesh that toucheth any unclean thing shall not be eaten, but it shall be burnt by fire; he that is clean, shall eat it.

²⁰ A polluted soul, that is, a defouled man, that eateth of the flesh of the sacrifice of peaceable things, which is offered to the Lord, shall perish from his peoples.

²¹ And he that toucheth the uncleanness of man, either of beast, either of all thing that may defoul, and eateth of such fleshes, shall perish from his peoples.

²² And the Lord spake to Moses, and said,

²³ Speak thou to the sons of Israel, Ye shall not eat the inner fatness of a sheep, of an ox, and of a goat;

²⁴ ye shall have into diverse uses the inner fatness of a carcass dead by itself, and of that beast which is taken, or slain, of a ravenous beast.

²⁵ If any man eateth the inner fatness, that oweth to be offered into incense to the Lord, he shall perish from his people.

²⁶ Also ye shall not take in meat the blood of any beast, as well of birds, as of beasts;

²⁷ each man that eateth blood shall perish from his peoples.

²⁸ And the Lord spake to Moses, and said,

²⁹ Speak thou to the sons of Israel, He that offereth a sacrifice of peaceable things to the Lord, offer he together also a sacrifice, that is, the flowing offerings thereof.

³⁰ He shall hold in his hands the inner fatness of the sacrifice, and the breast; and when he hath hallowed both these offered to the Lord, he shall take them to the priest,

¹⁶ If a man offereth a sacrifice by a vow, either by free will, it shall be eaten in like manner in the same day; but also if anything dwelleth into the morrow, it is leaveful to eat it; (If someone offereth an offering to fulfill a vow, or by free will, it shall be eaten in like manner on the same day; and if anything dwelleth into the next day, it is lawful to eat it;)

¹⁷ soothly the fire shall waste whatever thing the third day shall find.

¹⁸ If any man eateth in the third day of the flesh of the sacrifice of peaceable things (or If anyone eateth the flesh of the peace offering on the third day), his offering shall be made void, neither it shall profit to the offerer; but rather, whatever soul defouleth himself with such meat, he shall be guilty of breaking of the law.

¹⁹ The Flesh that toucheth any unclean thing shall not be eaten, but it shall be burnt by fire (or but it shall be burned in the fire); (then) he that is clean, shall eat it.

(A polluted soul, that is, any defiled person, who eateth the flesh of the peace offering that is offered to the Lord, shall be cut off from his people.)

(And anyone who toucheth the uncleanness of man, or of beast, or of anything that can defile someone, and eateth such flesh, shall be cut off from his people.)

²² And the Lord spake to Moses, and said,

²³ Speak thou to the sons of Israel, Ye shall not eat the inner fatness of a sheep, of an ox, and of a goat; (Say thou to the Israelites, Ye shall not eat the inner fat of a sheep, or of an ox, or of a goat;)

²⁴ ye shall have into diverse uses the inner fatness of a carcass dead by itself, and of that beast which is taken, or slain, of a ravenous beast. (ye shall put into diverse uses the inner fat of a beast that dieth naturally, or of a beast which is killed by a ravenous beast, but ye shall not eat it.)

²⁵ If any man eateth the inner fatness, that oughteth to be offered into incense to the Lord, he shall perish from his people. (If anyone eateth the inner fat, that ought to be offered as incense to the Lord, he shall be cut off from his people.)

²⁶ Also ye shall not take in meat the blood of any beast, as well of birds, as of beasts; (And ye shall not eat the blood of any beast, or any bird, wherever ye shall live;)

²⁷ each man that eateth blood shall perish from his peoples. (anyone who eateth blood shall be cut off from his people.)

²⁸ And the Lord spake to Moses, and said,

²⁹ Speak thou to the sons of Israel, He that offereth a sacrifice of peaceable things to the Lord, offer he together also a sacrifice, that is, the flowing offerings thereof. (Say thou to the Israelites, He who offereth a peace offering shall give part of it as a special gift to the Lord, which the priest shall receive.)

³⁰ He shall hold in his hands the inner fatness of the sacrifice, and the breast; and when he hath hallowed both (of) these (to be) offered to the Lord, he shall take them to the priest,

¹⁶ If a man offrith a sacrifice bi a vow, ethir bi fre wille, it schal be etun in lijk maner in the same dai; but also if ony thing dwellith `in to the morew, it is leueful to ete it;

¹⁷ sotheli fier schal waaste, whateuer thing the thridde day schal fynde.

¹⁸ If ony man etith in the thridde dai of the fleischis of sacrifice of pesible thingis, his offryng schal be maad voide, nethir it schal profite to the offerere; but rather whateuer soule defoulith hym silf with suche mete, he schal be gilti of `brekyng of the lawe.

¹⁹ Fleisch that touchith ony vnclene thing, schal not be etun, but it schal be brent bi fier; he that is clene, schal ete it.

²⁰ A pollutid soule, that etith of the fleischis of the sacrifice of pesible thingis, which is offrid to the Lord, schal perische fro hise puplis.

²¹ And he that touchith vnclennesse of man, ether of beeste, ether of alle thing that may defoule, and etith of suche fleischis, schal perische fro hise puplis.

²² And the Lord spak to Moises,

²³ and seide, Speke thou to the sones of Israel, Ye schulen not ete the ynnere fatnesse of a scheep, of an oxe, and of a geet;

²⁴ ye schulen haue in to dyuerse vsis the ynnere fatnesse of a carkeis deed by it silf, and of that beeste which is takun of a rauenus beeste.

²⁵ If ony man etith the ynnere fatnesse, that owith to be offrid in to encense of the Lord, he schal perische fro his puple.

²⁶ Also ye schulen not take in mete the blood of ony beeste, as wel of briddis as of beestis;

²⁷ ech man that etith blood schal perische fro his puplis.

²⁸ And the Lord spak to Moises,

²⁹ and seide, Speke thou to the sones of Israel, He that offrith a sacrifice of pesible thingis to the Lord, offre togidere also a sacrifice, that is, fletynge offryngis therof.

³⁰ He schal holde in the hondis the ynnere fatnesse of the sacrifice, and the brest; and whanne he hath halewid bothe offrid to the Lord, he schal yyue to the preest,

¹⁶ 'And if the sacrifice of his offering is a vow or free-will offering, in the day of his bringing near his sacrifice it is eaten; and on the morrow also the remnant of it is eaten;

¹⁷ and the remnant of the flesh of the sacrifice on the third day with fire is burnt;

¹⁸ and if any of the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace-offerings be really eaten on the third day, it is not pleasing; for him who is bringing it near it is not reckoned; it is an abominable thing, and the person who is eating of it his iniquity doth bear.

¹⁹ 'And the flesh which cometh against any unclean thing is not eaten; with fire it is burnt; as to the flesh, every clean one doth eat of the flesh;

²⁰ and the person who eateth of the flesh of the sacrifice of the peace-offerings which are Jehovah's, and his uncleanness upon him, even that person hath been cut off from his people.

²¹ 'And when a person cometh against any thing unclean, of the uncleanness of man, or of the uncleanness of beasts, or of any unclean teeming creature, and hath eaten of the flesh of the sacrifice of the peace-offerings which are Jehovah's, even that person hath been cut off from his people.'

²² And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,

²³ 'Speak unto the sons of Israel, saying, Any fat of ox and sheep and goat ye do not eat;

²⁴ and the fat of a carcase, and the fat of a torn thing is prepared for any work, but ye do certainly not eat it;

²⁵ for whoever eateth the fat of the beast, of which one bringeth near a fire-offering to Jehovah, even the person who eateth hath been cut off from his people.

²⁶ 'And any blood ye do not eat in all your dwellings, of fowl, or of beast;

²⁷ any person who eateth any blood, even that person hath been cut off from his people.'

²⁸ And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,

²⁹ 'Speak unto the sons of Israel, saying, He who is bringing near the sacrifice of his peace-offerings to Jehovah doth bring in his offering to Jehovah from the sacrifice of his peace-offerings;

³⁰ his own hands do bring in the fire-offerings of Jehovah, the fat beside the breast, it he doth bring in with the breast, to wave it — a wave-offering before Jehovah.
