Leviticus 27:7-15 in English

⁷ And if it be from sixty years old and upward; if it be a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

⁸ But if he be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall be set before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to the ability of him that vowed shall the priest value him.

⁹ And if it be a beast, whereof men offer an oblation unto Jehovah, all that any man giveth of such unto Jehovah shall be holy.

¹⁰ He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy.

¹¹ And if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer an oblation unto Jehovah, then he shall set the beast before the priest;

¹² and the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as thou the priest valuest it, so shall it be.

¹³ But if he will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part thereof unto thy estimation.

¹⁴ And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto Jehovah, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand.

⁷ 15 pieces of silver for men who are more than 60 years old ten pieces of silver for women who are more than 60 years old.

⁸ If anyone who has made such a solemn promise is very poor and unable to pay to free that person from doing what he had promised, he must take that person to the priest. The priest will set the price for freeing him to be what the person who made that solemn promise is able to pay.

⁹ If someone solemnly promises to give an animal that is acceptable to be an offering to me, that animal becomes sacred and belongs to me.

¹⁰ The person who promised to give it must not give another animal instead of the one that he promised; he must not substitute a bad animal for a good one or even a better one than the one offered. If he would substitute one animal for the other, both animals would belong to me.

¹¹ If the animal that he wishes to dedicate to me is a kind that is unacceptable to be an offering to me, he must take that animal to the priest.

¹² The priest will then decide what its value is, according to the animal's good and bad points. Whatever value the priests sets will be the value of the animal, and that is the price that the priest must pay for the animal.

¹³ If the man who gave the animal later decides that he wants to buy it back, he must pay to the priest that price plus an additional 20 perent.

¹⁴ Similarly, if someone dedicates his house to be a sacred gift to belong to me, the priest will decide how much it is worth, which will depend on whether the house is in good condition. Whatever the priest says that it is worth, that will be its value and that is the price that the priest must pay for it.

¹⁵ If the man who dedicated his house to me later wants to buy it back, he must pay that price plus an additonal 20 percent, and then the house will belong to him again.

¹¹ And if it is any unclean beast, of which offerings are not made to the Lord, then let him take the beast before the priest;

¹² And let the priest put a value on it, if it is good or bad; whatever value the priest puts on it, so will it be.

¹³ But if he has a desire to get it back for himself, let him give a fifth more than your value.

¹⁴ And if a man has given his house as holy to the Lord, then the priest will put a value on it, if it is good or bad; as the priest gives decision so will the value be fixed.

¹⁵ And if the owner has a desire to get back his house, let him give a fifth more than your value, and it will be his.

⁷ And if it be from sixty years old and above, if it be a male, thy valuation shall be fifteen shekels; and for the female ten shekels.

⁸ And if he be poorer than thy valuation, he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him: according to his means that vowed shall the priest value him.

¹³ And if they will in any wise redeem it, then they shall add a fifth part thereof unto thy valuation.

¹⁴ And when any one halloweth his house, that it may be holy to Jehovah, the priest shall value it, judging between good and bad: as the priest shall value it, so shall it stand.

¹⁵ And if he that halloweth it will redeem his house, he shall add the fifth of the money of thy valuation unto it, and it shall be his.

⁷ A man that is sixty years old or upward, shall give fifteen aisles: a woman ten.

⁸ If he be poor, and not able to pay tile estimation, he shall stand before tile priest: and as much as he shall value him at, and see him able to pay, so much shall he give.

⁹ But a beast that may be sacrificed to the Lord, if ally one shall vow, shall be holy,

¹⁰ And cannot be changed, that is to say, neither a better for a worse, nor a worse for a better. And if he shall change it: both that which was changed, and that for which it was changed, shall be consecrated to the Lord.

¹¹ An unclean beast, which cannot be sacrificed to the Lord, if my man shall vow, shall be brought before the priest:

¹² Who judging whether it be good or bad, shall set the price:

¹³ Which if he that offereth it will give, he shall add above the estimation the fifth part.

¹⁴ If a man shall vow his house, and sanctify it to the Lord, the priest shall consider it, whether it be good or bad, and it shall be sold according to the price, which he shall appoint.

¹⁵ But if he that vowed, will redeem it, he shall give the fifth part of the estimation over and above, and shall have the house.

⁷ The value of someone aged sixty or older is fifteen shekels for a male and ten shekels of silver for a female.

⁸ However, if when you fulfill your promise you are poorer than the fixed value, you are to present the person before the priest, who will then set the value depending on what you can afford.

⁹ If when you fulfill your promise you bring an animal that is permitted as an offering to the Lord, the animal given to the Lord shall be considered holy.

¹⁰ You are not allowed to replace it or swap it, either for one that is better or one that is worse. However, if you do replace it then both animals become holy.

¹¹ If when you fulfill your promise you bring any unclean animal that is not permitted as an offering to the Lord, then you must show the animal to the priest.

¹² The priest will decide its value, whether high or low. Whatever value the priest places on it is final.

¹³ If you then decide to buy the animal back, you have to add one fifth to its value in payment.

¹⁴ If you dedicate your house as holy to the Lord, then the priest will decide its value, whether high or low. Whatever value the priest places on it remains final.

¹⁵ But if you want to buy back your house, you have to add one fifth to its value in payment. Then it will belong to you again.

⁷ And from sixty yeere olde and aboue, if he be a male, then thy price shalbe fifteene shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

⁸ But if he be poorer then thou hast esteemed him, then shall hee present himselfe before the Priest, and the Priest shall value him, according to the abilitie of him that vowed, so shall the Priest value him.

⁹ And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering vnto the Lord, all that one giueth of such vnto the Lord, shalbe holy.

¹⁰ He shall not alter it nor change it, a good for a badde, nor a badde for a good: and if hee change beast for beast, then both this and that, which was changed for it, shall be holy.

¹¹ And if it be any vncleane beast, of which men do not offer a sacrifice vnto the Lord, hee shall then present the beast before the Priest.

¹² And the Priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: and as thou valuest it, which art the Priest, so shall it bee.

¹³ But if he will bye it againe, then hee shall giue the fift part of it more, aboue thy valuation.

¹⁴ Also whe a man shall dedicate his house to be holy vnto the Lord, then the Priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad, and as ye Priest shall prise it, so shall the value be.

¹⁵ But if he that sanctified it, will redeeme his house, then hee shall giue thereto the fift part of money more then thy estimation, and it shalbe his.

⁹ And if it be an animal of which (some portion) will be offered an oblation before the Lord, all that he giveth of it before the Lord shall be sacred;

¹⁰ He shall not alter it or change it, good for bad, or bad for good; and if he will indeed change animal for animal, both it and that for which it is changed shall be sacred.

¹¹ And if it be any unclean animal, of which none may be offered an oblation before the Lord, he shall present the animal before the priest,

¹² And the priest shall value it, whether good or bad; according to the estimate of the priest so shall it be.

¹³ Arid if he will redeem it, then he shall add the fifth upon its value.

¹⁴ And when a man shall sanctify his house, to be consecrated before the Lord, the priest shall value it, whether good or bad; as the priest shall value it, so shall it stand.

¹⁵ And if he who had consecrated it will redeem his house, then let him add the fifth of the price of its value upon it, and it shall be his.

⁷ If the person is from sixty years old and upward; if he is a male, then your valuation shall be fifteen shekels 6 oz; 170.1 g, and for a female ten shekels 4 oz; 113.4 g.

⁸ But if he is poorer than your valuation, then he shall be set before the priest, and the priest shall assign a value to him. The priest shall assign a value according to his ability to pay.

⁹ “‘If it is an animal, of which men offer an offering to Adonai , all that any man gives of such to Adonai becomes holy.

¹⁰ He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change animal for animal, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy.

¹¹ If it is any unclean animal, of which they do not offer as an offering to Adonai , then he shall set the animal before the priest;

¹² and the priest shall value it, whether it is good or bad. As you the priest values it, so shall it be.

¹⁴ “‘When a man dedicates his house to be holy to Adonai , then the priest shall evaluate it, whether it is good or bad: as the priest shall evaluate it, so shall it stand.

¹⁵ If he who dedicates it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall be his. (RY:7, LY:5)

⁷ From sixty years old and up for a male your standard value must be fifteen shekels, and for a female ten shekels.

⁸ But if the person making the vow cannot pay the standard value, then the person being given must be presented to the priest, and the priest will value that person by the amount the one making the vow is able to afford.

⁹ If someone wants to sacrifice an animal to Yahweh, and if Yahweh accepts it, then that animal will be set apart to him.

¹⁰ The person must not alter or change such an animal, a good one for a bad one or a bad for a good. If he does at all change one animal for another, then both it and the one for which it is exchanged become holy.

¹¹ However, if what the person has vowed to give Yahweh is in fact unclean, so that Yahweh will not accept it, then the person must bring the animal to a priest.

¹² The priest will value it, by the market value of the animal. Whatever value the priest places on the animal, that will be its value.

¹³ If the owner wishes to redeem it, then a fifth of its value is to be added to its redemption price.

¹⁴ When a man sets apart his house as a holy gift to Yahweh, then the priest will set its value as either good or bad. Whatever the priest values it, so it will be.

¹⁵ But if the owner who set apart his home wishes to redeem it, he must add a fifth of its value to its redemption price, and it will belong to him.

¹⁴ If a man avowith his hows, and halewith it to the Lord, the preest schal biholde, `whether it is good ether yuel, and bi the prijs, which is ordeyned of hym, it schal be seld;

¹⁵ sotheli if he that avowide wole ayen-bie it, he schal yyue the fifthe part of the valu aboue, and he schal haue the hows.
