¹⁰ And Moses and Aaron went in unto Pharaoh, and they did so, as Jehovah had commanded: and Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh and before his servants, and it became a serpent.

¹¹ Then Pharaoh also called for the wise men and the sorcerers: and they also, the magicians of Egypt, did in like manner with their enchantments.

¹² For they cast down every man his rod, and they became serpents: but Aaron’s rod swallowed up their rods.

¹⁰ And Moses and Aaron went in before Pharao, and before his servants, and they did so, as the Lord commanded them; and Aaron cast down his rod before Pharao, and before his servants, and it became a serpent.

¹¹ But Pharao called together the wise men of Egypt, and the sorcerers, and the charmers also of the Egyptians did likewise with their sorceries.

¹² And they cast down each his rod, and they became serpents, but the rod of Aaron swallowed up their rods.

¹⁰ So Aaron and Moses/I went to the king and did what Yahweh had commanded them/us to do. Aaron threw his stick down in front of the king and his officials, and it became a snake.

¹¹ Then the king summoned his sorcerers and men who performed magic. They did the same thing, using their magic.

¹² They all threw down their sticks, and they became snakes. But Aaron's stick, which had become a snake, swallowed up all their sticks!

¹⁰ And Moses and Aaron went in before Pharao, and before his servants, and they did so, as the Lord commanded them; and Aaron cast down his rod before Pharao, and before his servants, and it became a serpent.

¹² For every one of them put down his rod on the earth, and they became snakes: but Aaron's rod made a meal of their rods.

¹⁰ And Moses and Aaron went in to Pharaoh, and did so, as Jehovah had commanded; and Aaron cast down his staff before Pharaoh, and before his bondmen, and it became a serpent.

¹¹ And Pharaoh also called the sages and the sorcerers; and they too, the scribes of Egypt, did so with their enchantments:

¹² they cast down every man his staff, and they became serpents; but Aaron's staff swallowed up their staves.

¹⁰ So Moses and Aaron went in unto Pharao, and did as the Lord had commanded. And Aaron took the rod before Pharao, and his servants, and it was turned into a serpent.

¹¹ And Pharao called the wise men and the magicians: and they also by Egyptian enchantments and certain secrets did in like manner.

¹² And they every one cast down their rods, and they were turned into serpents: but Aaron’s rod devoured their rods.

¹⁰ Moses and Aaron went to Pharaoh and did what the Lord had ordered. Aaron threw down his staff in front of Pharaoh and his officials, and it turned into a snake.

¹¹ But Pharaoh called in wise men and sorcerers, and these Egyptian magicians did the same thing using their magic arts.

¹² Each of them threw down their walking sticks and they also turned into snakes, but Aaron's walking stick swallowed up all their walking sticks.

¹⁰ Then went Moses and Aaron vnto Pharaoh, and did euen as the Lord had commanded: and Aaron cast forth his rod before Pharaoh and before his seruants, and it was turned into a serpent.

¹¹ Then Pharaoh called also for the wise men and sorcerers: and those charmers also of Egypt did in like maner with their enchantmens,

¹² For they cast downe euery man his rod, and they were turned into serpents: but Aarons rodde deuoured their rods.

¹⁰ Moses Drawn out and Aaron Light-bringer went in to Pharaoh, and they did so, as Adonai had enjoined: and Aaron Light-bringer cast down his rod before Pharaoh and before his servants, and it became a serpent.

¹¹ Then Pharaoh also called for the wise men and the sorcerers. They also, the magicians of Egypt Abode of slavery, did the same thing with their enchantments.

¹² For they each cast down their rods, and they became serpents: but Aaron Light-bringer’s rod swallowed up their rods.

¹⁰ Then Moses and Aaron went to Pharaoh, and they did just as Yahweh had commanded. Aaron threw down his staff before Pharaoh and his servants, and it became a snake.

¹¹ Then Pharaoh also called for his wise men and sorcerers. They did the same thing by their magic.

¹² Each man threw down his staff, and the staffs became snakes. But Aaron's staff swallowed up their snakes.

¹⁰ Moses and Aaron went in to Pharaoh, and they did so, as Yahweh had commanded. Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh and before his servants, and it became a serpent.

¹² and all casted forth their rods, which were turned into dragons; but the rod of Aaron devoured their rods.

¹⁰ And so Moses and Aaron entered to Pharaoh, and did as the Lord commanded; and Aaron took the rod, and cast forth it before Pharaoh and his servants, the which rod was turned into a serpent. (And so Moses and Aaron came before Pharaoh, and did as the Lord commanded; and Aaron took his staff, and threw it down before Pharaoh and his servants, and the staff was turned into a serpent.)

¹¹ Forsooth Pharaoh called forth wise men, and witches, and they also did by enchantments of Egypt, and by some privy things, in like manner; (And Pharaoh called forth Egypt’s wise men, and witches, and they did likewise with their enchantments, and their secret words;)

¹² and all casted forth their rods, which were turned into dragons; but the rod of Aaron devoured their rods. (and they all threw down their staffs, and they turned into serpents; but Aaron’s staff devoured their staffs.)

¹⁰ And so Moises and Aaron entriden to Farao, and diden as the Lord comaundide; and Aaron took the yeerde, and castide forth bifore Farao and hise seruauntis, which yerde was turned in to a serpent.

¹¹ Forsothe Farao clepide wise men, and witchis, and thei also diden bi enchauntementis of Egipt, and bi summe priuy thingis in lijk maner;

¹² and alle castiden forth her yerdis, whiche weren turned in to dragouns; but the yerde of Aaron deuouride `the yerdis of hem.

¹⁰ And Moses goeth in — Aaron also — unto Pharaoh, and they do so as Jehovah hath commanded; and Aaron casteth his rod before Pharaoh, and before his servants, and it becometh a monster.

¹¹ And Pharaoh also calleth for wise men, and for sorcerers; and the scribes of Egypt, they also, with their flashings, do so,

¹² and they cast down each his rod, and they become monsters, and the rod of Aaron swalloweth their rods;
