⁶ Better is the poor that walketh in his integrity, Than he that is perverse in his ways, though he be rich.

⁷ Whoso keepeth the law is a wise son; But he that is a companion of gluttons shameth his father.

⁸ He that augmenteth his substance by interest and increase, Gathereth it for him that hath pity on the poor.

⁹ He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, Even his prayer is an abomination.

¹⁰ Whoso causeth the upright to go astray in an evil way, He shall fall himself into his own pit; But the perfect shall inherit good.

⁶ A poor man walking in truth is better than a rich liar.

⁷ A wise son keeps the law: but he that keeps up debauchery dishonours his father.

⁸ He that increases his wealth by usuries and unjust gains, gathers it for him that pities the poor.

⁸ When people become very rich by charging very high interest DOU, their money will eventually go to someone who does kind things for the poor.

⁹ If people do not obey MTY God's laws, God ◄detests their prayers/considers that their prayers stink►.

¹⁰ Those who cause honest/good people to do what is evil will fall into their own pits/traps, but good things will happen to those who ◄are innocent/have not done what is wrong►.

⁸ He that gathereth together riches by usuries, and free(ly) (made) increases, gathereth those together against poor men. (He who gathereth together riches from high interest rates, and exorbitant increases, gathereth them together for him who will give them to the poor.)

⁹ His prayer shall be made cursed, that boweth away his ear (or who turneth away his ear), (so) that he hear not the law.

¹⁰ He that deceiveth just men in an evil way, shall fall in his perishing; and just men shall wield his goods. (He who deceiveth the righteous in an evil way, shall fall in his perishing; and the righteous shall possess his goods.)
