²³ He that rebuketh a man shall afterward find more favor Than he that flattereth with the tongue.

²⁴ Whoso robbeth his father or his mother, and saith, It is no transgression, The same is the companion of a destroyer.

²⁵ He that is of a greedy spirit stirreth up strife; But he that putteth his trust in Jehovah shall be made fat.

²⁶ He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool; But whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered.

²⁷ He that giveth unto the poor shall not lack; But he that hideth his eyes shall have many a curse.

²⁸ When the wicked rise, men hide themselves; But when they perish, the righteous increase.

²⁵ Greedy people cause trouble/strife; those who trust in Yahweh will prosper IDM.

²⁶ Those who believe that what they think is always right are foolish; those who act wisely will ◄escape danger/be safe►.

²⁷ Those who give things to poor people will not become poor, but many people will curse those who refuse to help IDM poor people.

²⁸ When wicked people become rulers, people hide because they are afraid of what those wicked people will do; but when wicked people are no longer rulers, good/righteous people will become the rulers.

²⁷ He that giveth to a poor man, shall not be needy; he that despiseth a poor man beseeching, shall suffer neediness.

²³ He that reproveth a man, shall find grace afterward with him, (or He who rebuketh someone, shall find favour afterward with him); more than he that deceiveth by flatterings of (the) tongue.

²⁴ He that withdraweth anything from his father and from his mother, and saith that this is no sin, is partner of a man-queller (or is the partner of, or no better than, a murderer).

²⁵ He that avaunteth himself, and alargeth, raiseth up strives; but he that hopeth in the Lord, shall be saved. (He who vaunteth, and enlargeth, himself, raiseth up arguments, or contention; but he who trusteth in the Lord, shall be saved.)

²⁶ He that trusteth in his (own) heart, is a fool; but he that goeth wisely, shall be praised.

²⁷ He that giveth to a poor man, shall not be needy; he that despiseth a poor man beseeching, shall suffer neediness. (He who giveth to the poor, shall not be needy; but he who despiseth the pleading of the poor, shall suffer want, or lack.)

²⁸ When unpious men rise, men shall be hid; and when they have perished, just men shall be multiplied. (When the wicked rise up, people shall be hidden; but when they have perished, the righteous shall be multiplied.)
