John 4:51-54 in English

⁵¹ And as he was now going down, his servants met him, saying, that his son lived.

⁵² So he inquired of them the hour when he began to amend. They said therefore unto him, Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.

⁵³ So the father knew that it was at that hour in which Jesus said unto him, Thy son liveth: and himself believed, and his whole house.

⁵⁴ This is again the second sign that Jesus did, having come out of Judæa into Galilee.

⁵¹ As he was still going down the road, his servants met him, saying that his son was living.

⁵² So he asked them the hour when he began to recover, and they told him, “Yesterday at the seventh hour, the fever left him.”

⁵³ The father realized that it was at that hour that Jesus told him, “Your son lives,” and he himself believed, along with his whole household.

⁵⁴ This was the second sign that Jesus did, when He had come from out of Judea to Galilee.

⁵¹ And as he was now going down, his servants met him, and told him, saying, Thy son liveth.

⁵¹ The next day while he was on the way home, his servants met him. They told him, “Your child is going to live!”

⁵² He asked them, “At what time did my son start to become well?” They said to him, “His fever ceased yesterday afternoon at one o'clock.”

⁵³ Then the boy's father realized that this was the time Jesus told him, “Your son will ◄live/not die►.” So he and all the people in his house believed that Jesus was the Messiah.

⁵⁴ That was the second miracle that Jesus performed in Galilee district, after he had returned from Judea district.

⁵¹ As he was going down, his servants met him and reported, saying “Your child lives!”

⁵² So he inquired of them the hour when he began to get better. They said therefore to him, “Yesterday at the seventh hour, the fever left him.”

⁵³ So the father knew that it was at that hour in which Jesus said to him, “Your son lives.” He believed, as did his whole house.

⁵² So he put a question to them as to the hour when he became better; and they said to him, The disease went from him yesterday at the seventh hour.

⁵³ It was clear then to the father that this was the very time at which Jesus said to him, Your son is living. And he had faith in Jesus, he and all his family.

⁵⁴ Now this is the second sign which Jesus did after he had come out of Judaea into Galilee.

⁵¹ But already, as he was going down, his servants met him and brought him word saying, Thy child lives.

⁵² He inquired therefore from them the hour at which he got better. And they said to him, Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.

⁵³ The father therefore knew that it was in that hour in which Jesus said to him, Thy son lives; and he believed, himself and his whole house.

⁵⁴ This second sign again did Jesus, being come out of Judaea into Galilee.

⁵¹ And as he was going down, his servants met him; and they brought word, saying, that his son lived.

⁵² He asked therefore of them the hour wherein he grew better. And they said to him: Yesterday, at the seventh hour, the fever left him.

⁵³ The father therefore knew, that it was at the same hour that Jesus said to him, Thy son liveth; and himself believed, and his whole house.

⁵⁴ This is again the second miracle that Jesus did, when he was come out of Judea into Galilee.

⁵¹ And already as he was going, his servants met him and reported, saying, “Your child lives!”

⁵² So he inquired of them the hour in which he got better. And they said to him, “Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.”

⁵³ So the father knew that it was at the exact hour in which Jesus told him, “Your son lives.” Both he himself and his whole household believed.

⁵⁴ Again, coming out of Judea into Galilee, Jesus performed this second miraculous sign.

⁵¹ While he was on his way, his servants met him with the news that his son was alive and recovering.

⁵² He asked them what time it was when his son began to get better. “Yesterday at one p.m. the fever left him,” they told him.

⁵³ Then the father realized this was the precise time when Jesus had told him, “Your son will live!” So he and everyone in his household trusted in Jesus.

⁵⁴ This was the second miraculous sign Jesus did after coming from Judea to Galilee.

⁵¹ And as he was nowe going downe, his seruants met him, saying, Thy sonne liueth.

⁵² Then enquired he of them the houre when he began to amend. And they said vnto him, Yesterday the seuenth houre the feuer left him.

⁵³ Then the father knew, that it was the same houre in the which Iesus had said vnto him, Thy sonne liueth. And he beleeued, and all his houshold.

⁵⁴ This second miracle did Iesus againe, after he was come out of Iudea into Galile.

⁵¹ And as he was now going down, his servants met him, and told him, saying, Thy son liveth.

⁵² Then inquired he of them the hour when he began to amend. And they said unto him, Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.

⁵³ So the father knew that it was at the same hour, in the which Jesus said unto him, Thy son liveth: and himself believed, and his whole house.

⁵² So he asked them at what time the boy began to get better. “It was yesterday, about one o'clock,” they said, “that the fever left him.”

⁵³ By this the father knew that it was at the very time when Jesus had said to him ‘Your son is living’; and he himself, with all his household, believed in Jesus.

⁵⁴ This was the second occasion on which Jesus gave a sign of his mission on coming from Judea to Galilee.

⁵¹ and, while he was on his way down, his servants met him, and told him that his child was living.

⁵³ By this the father knew that it was at the very time when Jesus had said to him ‘Your son is living’; and he himself, with all his household, believed in Jesus.

⁵³ So the Abba Father knew that it was at that hour in which Yeshua Salvation said to him, “Your son lives.” He believed, as did his whole house.

⁵⁴ This is again the second sign that Yeshua Salvation did, having come out of Judea Praise into Galilee District, Circuit.

⁵¹ And anone as he went on his waye his servantes met him and tolde him sayinge: thy chylde liveth.

⁵² Then enquyred he of the the houre when he begane to amende. And they sayde vnto him: Yester daye the sevethe houre the fever lefte him.

⁵³ And the father knew that it was the same houre in which Iesus sayde vnto him: Thy sonne liveth. And he beleved and all his housholde.

⁵⁴ Thys is agayne the seconde myracle that Iesus dyd after he was come oute of Iewry into Galile.

⁵¹ And now when he came down (or was close to home), the servants came to meet him, and told to him, and said, That his son lived.

⁵² And he asked of them the hour, in which he was amended. And they said to him, For yesterday in the seventh hour the fever left him.

⁵³ Therefore the father knew, that that hour it was, in which Jesus said to him, Thy son liveth; and he believed, and all his house.

⁵⁴ Jesus did again this second token (or Jesus did this second sign or miracle), when he came from Judea into Galilee.

⁵¹ And now whanne he cam doun, the seruauntis camen ayens hym, and telden to hym, and seiden, That his sone lyuede.

⁵² And he axide of hem the our, in which he was amendid. And thei seiden to hym, For yistirdai in the seuenthe our the feuer lefte him.

⁵³ Therfor the fadir knewe, that thilke our it was, in which Jhesus seide to hym, Thi sone lyueth; and he bileuede, and al his hous.

⁵⁴ Jhesus dide eft this secounde tokene, whanne he cam fro Judee in to Galilee.

⁵¹ and he now going down, his servants met him, and told, saying — 'Thy child doth live;'

⁵² he inquired then of them the hour in which he became better, and they said to him — 'Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him;'

⁵³ then the father knew that it was in that hour in which Jesus said to him — 'Thy son doth live,' and he himself believed, and his whole house;

⁵⁴ this again a second sign did Jesus, having come out of Judea to Galilee.
