1At that time, many people were asking Jesus to baptize them. He did not baptize people; it was we his disciples who were doing the baptizing. But when some of the Pharisee religious group heard people say that Jesus was making more disciples than John the Baptizer and was baptizing them, they became very jealous.
3When the Lord Jesus heard about that, so that the Pharisees would not cause trouble for him, he left Judea district, and went again with us disciples to Galilee district.
1Now when it was clear to the Lord that word had come to the ears of the Pharisees that Jesus was making more disciples than John and was giving them baptism
2(Though, in fact, it was his disciples who gave baptism, not Jesus himself),
1Therefore when the Lord knew that the Pharisees Separated had heard that Yeshua Salvation was making and baptizing more disciples than John Yah is gracious
2(although Yeshua Salvation himself didn’t baptize, but his disciples),
3he left Judea Praise, and departed into Galilee District, Circuit.
