¹⁹ When therefore it was evening, on that day, the first day of the week, and when the doors were shut where the disciples were, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.

²⁰ And when he had said this, he showed unto them his hands and his side. The disciples therefore were glad, when they saw the Lord.

²¹ Jesus therefore said to them again, Peace be unto you: as the Father hath sent me, even so send I you.

²² And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Spirit:

²³ whose soever sins ye forgive, they are forgiven unto them; whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.

²⁴ But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came.

²⁵ The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.

¹⁹ Then, that same first day of the week, at evening, although the doors were locked where the disciples were assembled (for fear of the Jews), Jesus came and stood in their midst. He said to them, “Peace be with you.”

²⁰ When He had said this, He showed them His hands and His side. Then the disciples rejoiced when they saw the Lord.

²¹ So Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, so I send you.”

²² When he had said this, he breathed on them and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit.

²³ If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them. If you retain the sins of any, they are retained.”

²⁴ Now Thomas, called the Twin, one of the twelve, wasn’t with them when Jesus came.

²⁵ Therefore the other disciples were telling him, “We have seen the Lord!” But he told them, “Unless I see the imprint of the nails in His hands, put my finger into the nail prints, and put my hand into His side, I won’t believe.”

¹⁹ Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.

²⁰ And when he had so said, he shewed unto them his hands and his side. Then were the disciples glad, when they saw the Lord.

²¹ Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.

¹⁹ On that Sunday evening we disciples gathered together. The doors were locked { We locked the doors} because we were afraid that the Jewish leaders SYN might arrest us. Suddenly Jesus appeared miraculously and stood among us! He said to us, “May God give you inner peace!”

²⁰ After he said that, he showed us the wounds in his hands and his side. We were very happy when we saw the Lord!

²¹ Jesus said to us again, “May God give you peace! Just like my Father sent me, now I am sending you to proclaim my message.”

²² After saying that, he breathed on us and said, “Receive the Holy Spirit!

²³ If you forgive people for their having sinned, God will already have forgiven them. If you do not forgive them, God has not forgiven them.”

²⁴ One of us disciples, Thomas, the one whom we called The Twin, was not with us when Jesus appeared to us.

²⁵ When the rest of us told him that we had seen the Lord, he said to us, “If I do not see the marks of the nails in his hands and put my fingers in the place where the nails were, and put my hands into the place in his side where the soldier thrust the spear, I will certainly not believe that he was the one you saw!”

²² And when he had said this, breathing on them, he said to them, Let the Holy Spirit come on you:

²³ Any to whom you give forgiveness, will be made free from their sins; and any from whom you keep back forgiveness, will still be in their sins.

²⁴ Now Thomas, one of the twelve, named Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came.

²⁵ So the other disciples said to him, We have seen the Lord. But he said to them, If I do not see in his hands the print of the nails and put my finger into the print of the nails, and if I do not put my hand into his side, I will never have belief.

²⁰ And having said this, he shewed to them his hands and his side. The disciples rejoiced therefore, having seen the Lord.

²² And having said this, he breathed into them, and says to them, Receive the Holy Spirit:

¹⁹ Then at evening on that first day of the week, the doors being locked where the disciples were assembled, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the middle, and He says to them, “Peace to you!”

²⁰ And upon saying this He showed them His hands and His side. Well, the disciples were overjoyed when they saw the Lord!

²¹ So Jesus said to them again: “Peace to you! Just as the Father sent me, I also send you.”

²² Upon saying this He breathed on them and said: “Receive Holy Spirit!

²³ To whomever you forgive the sins, they are forgiven to them; to whomever you retain, they have been retained.”

²⁴ Now one of the twelve, Thomas (called Twin), was not with them when Jesus came.

²⁵ So the other disciples said to him, “We have seen the Lord!” But he said to them, “If I do not see the nail prints in His hands and put my finger into the nail prints, and put my hand into His side, I will not believe!”

¹⁹ That evening, on the first day of the week, as the disciples were meeting together behind locked doors because they were afraid of the Jews, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “May you have peace.”

²⁰ After this greeting he showed them his hands and his side. The disciples were full of joy to see the Lord.

²¹ “May you have peace!” Jesus told them again. “In the same way the Father sent me, so I'm sending you.”

²² Saying this, he breathed on them, and told them, “Receive the Holy Spirit.

²³ If you forgive anyone's sins, they are forgiven; if you hold them unforgiven, unforgiven they remain.”

²⁴ One of the twelve disciples, Thomas, who was called the Twin, wasn't with them when Jesus came.

²⁵ So the other disciples told him, “We've seen the Lord.” But he replied, “I won't believe it unless I see the nail marks in his hands and put my finger in them, and put my hand in his side.”

¹⁹ The same day then at night, which was the first day of the weeke, and when the doores were shut where the disciples were assembled for feare of the Iewes, came Iesus and stoode in the middes, and saide to them, Peace be vnto you.

²⁰ And when he had so saide, he shewed vnto them his handes, and his side. Then were the disciples glad when they had seene the Lord.

²¹ Then saide Iesus to them againe, Peace be vnto you: as my Father sent me, so sende I you.

²² And when he had saide that, he breathed on them, and saide vnto them, Receiue the holy Ghost.

²³ Whosoeuers sinnes ye remit, they are remitted vnto them: and whosoeuers sinnes ye reteine, they are reteined.

²⁴ But Thomas one of the twelue, called Didymus, was not with them when Iesus came.

²⁵ The other disciples therefore saide vnto him, We haue seene the Lord: but he said vnto them, Except I see in his handes the print of the nailes, and put my finger into the print of the nailes, and put mine hand into his side, I will not beleeue it.

²⁰ When he had said this, he showed them his hands and his side. The disciples therefore were glad when they saw the Lord.

²¹ Yeshua Salvation therefore said to them again, “ Shalom aleikhem! ·Complete peace my family·! As Abba ·Father familiar, Dear Dad· has sent me, even so I send you.”

²² When he had said this, he breathed on them, and said to them, “Receive Ruach haKodesh Spirit of the Holiness!

²³ If you forgive anyone’s sins, they have been forgiven them. If you retain anyone’s sins, they have been retained.”

²⁴ But Thomas Seeker of truth, one of the twelve, called Didymus Twin, was not with them when Yeshua Salvation came.

²⁵ The other disciples therefore said to him, “We have seen the Lord!” But he said to them, “Unless I see in his hands the print of the nails, put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.”

¹⁹ The same daye at nyght which was the morowe after the saboth daye when the dores were shut where the disciples were assembled to geder for feare of the Iewes came Iesus and stode in the myddes and sayd to the: peace be with you.

²⁰ And when he had so sayde he shewed vnto them his hondes and his syde. Then were the disciples glad when they sawe the Lorde.

²¹ Then sayde Iesus to them agayne: peace be with you. As my father sent me even so sende I you.

²² And when he had sayde that he brethed on them and sayde vnto the: Receave the holy goost.

²³ Whosoevers synnes ye remyt they are remitted vnto the. And whosoevers synnes ye retayne they are retayned.

²⁴ But Thomas one of the twelve called Didymus was not with the when Iesus came.

²⁵ The other disciples sayd vnto him: we have sene the lorde. And he sayde vnto the: except I se in his hondes the prent of the nayles and put my fynger in the holes of the nayles and thrust my honde into his syde I will not beleve.

²⁰ And when he had said this, he showed to them his hands and side; therefore the disciples joyed, for the Lord was seen.

²¹ And he saith to them again, Peace to you; as the Father sent me, I send you.

²² When he had said this, he blew on them, and said, Take ye the Holy Ghost;

²³ whose sins ye forgive, those be forgiven to them; and whose sins ye withhold, those be withheld.

²⁴ But Thomas, one of the twelve, that is said Didymus, was not with them, when Jesus came.

²⁵ Therefore the other disciples said, We have seen the Lord. And he said to them, But I see in his hands the printing of the nails, and put my finger into the place of the nails, and put mine hand into his side, I shall not believe.

¹⁹ Therefore when it was even(ing) in that day, in one of the sabbaths, and the gates were shut, where the disciples were gathered, for dread of the Jews, Jesus came, and stood in the middle of the disciples, and he saith to them, Peace be to you. (And so when it was evening on that day, on one of the Sabbaths (or on the first day of the week), and the doors were shut, where the disciples were gathered, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came, and stood in the midst of the disciples, and he said to them, Peace be to you.)

²⁰ And when he had said this, he showed to them his hands and side; therefore the disciples joyed (or and so the disciples rejoiced), for the Lord was seen.

²¹ And he saith to them again, Peace (be) to you; as the Father sent me, I send you.

²² When he had said this, he blew on them, and said, Take ye the Holy Ghost (or and said, Receive the Holy Spirit);

²³ whose sins ye forgive, those be forgiven to them; and whose sins ye withhold, those be withheld.

²⁴ But Thomas, one of the twelve, that is said Didymus (or who is called the Twin), was not with them, when Jesus came.

²⁵ Therefore the other disciples said, We have seen the Lord. And he said to them, No But I see in his hands the printing of the nails, (or And he said to them, Unless I see the scarring, or the marks, from the nails in his hands), and put my finger into the place of the nails, and put mine hand into his side, I shall not believe (it).

¹⁹ Therfor whanne it was eue in that dai, oon of the sabatis, and the yatis weren schit, where the disciplis weren gaderid, for drede of the Jewis, Jhesus cam, and stood in the myddil of the disciplis, and he seith to hem, Pees to you.

²⁰ And whanne he hadde seid this, he schewide to hem hondis and side; therfor the disciplis ioieden, for the Lord was seyn.

²¹ And he seith to hem eft, Pees to you; as the fadir sente me, Y sende you.

²² Whanne he had seid this, he blewe on hem, and seide, Take ye the Hooli Goost;

²³ whos synnes ye foryyuen, tho ben foryouun to hem; and whos ye withholden, tho ben withholdun.

²⁴ But Thomas, oon of the twelue, that is seid Didimus, was not with hem, whanne Jhesus cam.

²⁵ Therfor the othere disciplis seiden, We han seyn the Lord. And he seide to hem, But Y se in hise hondis the fitchinge of the nailis, and putte my fyngur in to the places of the nailis, and putte myn hond in to his side, Y schal not bileue.

²³ if of any ye may loose the sins, they are loosed to them; if of any ye may retain, they have been retained.'

²⁴ And Thomas, one of the twelve, who is called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came;

²⁵ the other disciples, therefore, said to him, 'We have seen the Lord;' and he said to them, 'If I may not see in his hands the mark of the nails, and may put my finger to the mark of the nails, and may put my hand to his side, I will not believe.'
