Antioch was the place where the believers had asked God to kindly help Paul and Barnabas in the work that they had now completed.

Some time before that, the Christians at Antioch asked God to look after those 2 men and be good to them, and after that they sent them out to tell people about Jesus. So, after Paul and Barnabas finished that work, they went back to the Christians at Antioch.
