Acts 14:24-28 in English

²⁴ And they passed through Pisidia, and came to Pamphylia.

²⁵ And when they had spoken the word in Perga, they went down to Attalia;

²⁶ and thence they sailed to Antioch, from whence they had been committed to the grace of God for the work which they had fulfilled.

²⁷ And when they were come, and had gathered the church together, they rehearsed all things that God had done with them, and that he had opened a door of faith unto the Gentiles.

²⁸ And they tarried no little time with the disciples.

²⁴ And after they had passed throughout Pisidia, they came to Pamphylia.

²⁵ And when they had preached the word in Perga, they went down into Attalia:

²⁶ And thence sailed to Antioch, from whence they had been recommended to the grace of God for the work which they fulfilled.

²⁷ And when they were come, and had gathered the church together, they rehearsed all that God had done with them, and how he had opened the door of faith unto the Gentiles.

²⁸ And there they abode long time with the disciples.

²⁴ And they passed through Pisidia, and came to Pamphylia.

²⁸ And they tarried no little time with the disciples.

²⁴ After Paul and Barnabas had traveled through Pisidia district, they went south to Pamphylia district.

²⁵ In that district, they arrived at Perga and preached God's message about the Lord Jesus to the people there. Then they went down to the seacoast at Attalia.

²⁶ There they got on a ship and went back to Antioch in Syria province. That was the place where Paul and Barnabas had been appointed {where believers had sent Paul and Barnabas} to go to other places and preach. Antioch was the place where the believers had asked God to kindly help Paul and Barnabas in the work that they had now completed.

²⁷ When they arrived in Antioch, they called the believers together. Then Paul and Barnabas told them all that God had helped them to do. Specifically, they told them how God had enabled IDM many non-Jewish people to believe in Jesus.

²⁸ Then Paul and Barnabas stayed in Antioch with the other believers for several months.

²⁴ They passed through Pisidia and came to Pamphylia.

²⁵ When they had spoken the word in Perga, they went down to Attalia.

²⁶ From there they sailed to Antioch, from where they had been committed to the grace of God for the work which they had fulfilled.

²⁷ When they had arrived and had gathered the assembly together, they reported all the things that God had done with them, and that he had opened a door of faith to the nations.

²⁸ They stayed there with the disciples for a long time.

²⁵ And thence they sailed to Antioch, from whence they had been delivered to the grace of God, unto the work which they accomplished.

²⁶ And when they were come, and had assembled the church, they related what great things God had done with them, and how he had opened the door of faith to the Gentiles.

²⁷ And they abode no small time with the disciples.

²⁴ And having crossed Pisidia, they came to Pamphylia.

²⁵ And having spoken the word in Perga, they went down to Attalia.

²⁶ From there they sailed to Antioch, where they were commended to the grace of God for the work which they had fulfilled.

²⁷ Now arriving and gathering the church together, they related all that God had done with them, and that He had opened the door of faith for the Gentiles.

²⁸ And they spent a long time there with the disciples.

²⁴ After going through Pisidia, they came to Pamphilia.

²⁵ When they had declared the Word in Perga, they went down to Attalia.

²⁶ From there they sailed to Antioch, from where they had been commended to the grace of God for the work that they had completed.

²⁷ So upon arriving and gathering the congregation, they reported all that God had done with them, and that He had opened the door of faith to the Gentiles.

²⁸ And they stayed there a long time with the disciples.

²⁴ They passed through Pisidia, and arrived in Pamphylia.

²⁵ They spoke God's word in Perga, and then went on to Attalia.

²⁶ From there they sailed back to Antioch where they had started out, having been dedicated there in God's grace to the work they had now accomplished.

²⁷ When they arrived, they called the church together. They reported everything God had done through them, and how he had opened a door for the foreigners to trust in him.

²⁸ They stayed there with the believers for a long time.

²⁴ Thus they went throughout Pisidia, and came to Pamphylia.

²⁵ And when they had preached the woorde in Perga, they came downe to Attalia,

²⁶ And thence sailed to Antiochia, from whence they had bene comended vnto the grace of God, to the woorke, which they had fulfilled.

²⁷ And when they were come and had gathered the Church together, they rehearsed all the things that God had done by them, and howe he had opened the doore of faith vnto the Gentiles.

²⁸ So there they abode a long time with the disciples.

²⁴ And after they had passed throughout Pisidia, they came to Pamphylia.

²⁷ After their arrival, they gathered the church together, and gave an account of all that God had helped them to do, and especially how he had opened to the Gentiles the door of faith;

²⁸ and at Antioch they stayed with the disciples for a considerable time.

²⁴ Paul and Barnabas then went through Pisidia, and came into Pamphylia,

²⁵ and, after telling the message at Perga, went down to Attaleia.

²⁶ From there they sailed to Antioch — the place where they had been committed to the gracious care of God for the work which they had now finished.

²⁷ After their arrival, they gathered the church together, and gave an account of all that God had helped them to do, and especially how he had opened to the Gentiles the door of faith;

²⁸ and at Antioch they stayed with the disciples for a considerable time.

²⁴ Then Paul and Barnabas left that place and went through that Pisidia country and they came to the country called Pamphylia.

²⁵ In a town called Perga they talked to the people about Jesus, then they went to the town called Attalia near the sea.

²⁶ They got on a ship at Attalia and went back to Antioch, in Syria country. Some time before that, the Christians at Antioch asked God to look after those 2 men and be good to them, and after that they sent them out to tell people about Jesus. So, after Paul and Barnabas finished that work, they went back to the Christians at Antioch.

²⁷ Then Paul and Barnabas got all those Christians to meet together, and they told them all about the things God helped them do. They said, “We told the people that are not Jews about Jesus and God gave them the chance to believe in him.”

²⁸ After that Paul and Barnabas stayed there a long time, with the Christians at Antioch.

²⁴ And they went thorow out Pisidia and came into Paphilia

²⁵ and when they had preached the worde of God in Perga they descended in to Attalia

²⁶ and thence departed by shippe to Antioche from whence they were delivered vnto the grace of God to the worke which they had fulfilled.

²⁷ When they were come and had gaddered the congregacion to gedder they rehersed all that God had done by them and how he had opened the dore of faith vnto the getyls.

²⁸ And ther they abode longe tyme with the disciples.

²⁷ And when they were come, and had gathered the church, they told how great or how many things God did with them, and that he had opened to heathen men the door of faith.

²⁸ And they dwelled not a little time with the disciples.

²⁴ And they passed (through) Pisidia, and came to Pamphylia;

²⁵ and they spake the word of the Lord in Perga, and came down into Italy.

²⁶ And from thence they went by boat to Antioch, from whence they were taken to the grace of God (or from where they had been committed, or delivered, unto God’s grace), into the work that they (had now) ful filled.

²⁷ And when they were come, and had gathered the church, they told how great things (that) God did with them or they told how many things (that) God did with them, and that he had opened to heathen men the door of faith (or and that he had opened the door of faith to the Gentiles).

²⁸ And they dwelled not a little time with the disciples.

²⁴ And having passed through Pisidia, they came to Pamphylia,

²⁵ and having spoken in Perga the word, they went down to Attalia,

²⁶ and thence did sail to Antioch, whence they had been given by the grace of God for the work that they fulfilled;

²⁷ and having come and gathered together the assembly, they declared as many things as God did with them, and that He did open to the nations a door of faith;

²⁸ and they abode there not a little time with the disciples.
