¹ Jehovah reigneth; he is clothed with majesty; Jehovah is clothed with strength; he hath girded himself therewith: The world also is established, that it cannot be moved.

² Thy throne is established of old: Thou art from everlasting.

³ The floods have lifted up, O Jehovah, The floods have lifted up their voice; The floods lift up their waves.

⁴ Above the voices of many waters, The mighty breakers of the sea, Jehovah on high is mighty.

¹ A Psalm of David for the fourth day of the week. The Lord is a God of vengeance; the God of vengeance has declared himself.

² Be thou exalted, thou that judgest the earth: render a reward to the proud.

³ How long shall sinners, O Lord, how long shall sinners boast?

⁴ They will utter and speak unrighteousness; all the workers of iniquity will speak so.

¹ The LORD reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the LORD is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.

¹ Yahweh, you are the King! You are majestic, and the power that you have is like MET a robe that a king wears. You put the world firmly in place, and it will never be moved/shaken.

² You ruled as king a very long time ago; you have always existed.

³ Yahweh, when you created the world, you separated the water from the chaotic mass and formed oceans, and the waves of the waters of those oceans still roar,

⁴ but you are greater than the roar of those oceans, more powerful than the ocean waves! You are Yahweh, the one who is greater than any other god!

¹ The Lord is King; he is clothed with glory; the Lord is clothed with strength; power is the cord of his robe; the world is fixed, so that it may not be moved.

² The seat of your power has been from the past; you are eternal.

³ The rivers send up, O Lord, the rivers send up their voices; they send them up with a loud cry.

⁴ The Lord in heaven is stronger than the noise of great waters, yes, he is stronger than the great waves of the sea.

⁴ Jehovah on high is mightier than the voices of many waters, than the mighty breakers of the sea.

¹ The Lord is the God to whom revenge belongeth: the God of revenge hath acted freely.

² Lift up thyself, thou that judgest the earth: render a reward to the proud.

³ How long shall sinners, O Lord: how long shall sinners glory?

⁴ Shall they utter, and speak iniquity: shall all speak who work injustice?

¹ The Lord reigns, clothed in majesty! He wears his royal robes, with his power worn like a belt. The world is held together firmly—it cannot be broken apart.

² Your throne has existed from ages past; you are from eternity.

³ The floods have raised up, Lord; the floods have raised their voices; the floods have raised up their crashing waves.

⁴ But greater than the most violent ocean, greater than the largest waves of the sea, the greatest is the Lord above.

¹ The Lord reigneth, and is clothed with maiestie: the Lord is clothed, and girded with power: the world also shall be established, that it cannot be mooued.

² Thy throne is established of olde: thou art from euerlasting.

³ The floodes haue lifted vp, O Lord: the floodes haue lifted vp their voyce: the floods lift vp their waues.

⁴ The waues of ye sea are marueilous through the noyse of many waters, yet the Lord on High is more mightie.

⁴ But more than the noise of great waters, than the mighty billows of the sea, is the Lord excellent on high.

⁴ Mightier than the voice of many waters, Yea, than the mighty waves of the sea, Is the LORD in his lofty habitation.

¹ The Lord has taken his seat on the throne, clothed with majesty, armed with might. Now the world stands firm, to be shaken no more,

² firm stands your throne from all eternity. You are from everlasting.

³ The floods, O Lord, have lifted, the floods have lifted their voice, the floods lift up their roar.

⁴ But more grand than the great roaring waters, more grand than the ocean waves, grand on the height stands the Lord.

¹ The Lord has taken his seat on the throne, clothed with majesty, armed with might. Now the world stands firm, to be shaken no more,

² firm stands your throne from all eternity. You are from everlasting.

³ The floods, O Lord, have lifted, the floods have lifted their voice, the floods lift up their roar.

⁴ But more grand than the great roaring waters, more grand than the ocean waves, grand on the height stands the Lord.

¹ Adonai reigns! He is clothed with majesty! Adonai is armed with strength. The world also is established. It can’t be moved.

⁴ Above the voices of many waters, the mighty breakers of the sea, Adonai on high is mighty.

¹ Yahweh reigns; he is robed in majesty; Yahweh has clothed and girded himself with strength. The world is firmly established; it cannot be moved.

² Your throne is established from ancient times; you are from everlasting.

³ The oceans rise, Yahweh; they have lifted up their voice; the oceans' waves crash and roar.

⁴ Above the crashing of many waves, the mighty breakers of the sea, Yahweh on high is mighty.

¹ Yahweh reigns! He is clothed with majesty! Yahweh is armed with strength. The world also is established. It can’t be moved.

² Your throne is established from long ago. You are from everlasting.

⁴ The raisings of the sea be wonder-ful; the Lord is wonderful in high things.

¹ The Lord hath reigned, he is clothed with fairness; the Lord is clothed with strength, and hath girded himself. For he made steadfast the world; that shall not be moved. (The Lord reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the Lord is clothed with strength, and hath girded himself. He hath fixed the world in its place; so that it shall not be moved.)

² God, thy seat was made ready from that time; thou art from the world. (God, thy throne was prepared from that time; thou art from before the beginning.)

³ Lord, the floods have raised; the floods have raised their voice. Floods have raised their waves; of the voices of many waters. (Lord, the oceans have raised, the oceans have raised up their roar. The oceans have raised up their roaring waves.)

⁴ The raisings of the sea be wonderful; the Lord is wonderful in high things. (But the Lord on high, thundereth more than the roar of many waters; he is mightier than the waves of the sea.)

¹ Jehovah hath reigned, Excellency He hath put on, Jehovah put on strength, He girded Himself, Also — established is the world, unmoved.

² Established is Thy throne since then, From the age Thou art.
