⁸ Let destruction come upon him unawares; And let his net that he hath hid catch himself: With destruction let him fall therein.

⁹ And my soul shall be joyful in Jehovah: It shall rejoice in his salvation.

¹⁰ All my bones shall say, Jehovah, who is like unto thee, Who deliverest the poor from him that is too strong for him, Yea, the poor and the needy from him that robbeth him?

¹¹ Unrighteous witnesses rise up; They ask me of things that I know not.

⁸ How hast thou multiplied thy mercy, O God! so the children of men shall trust in the shelter of thy wings.

⁹ They shall be fully satisfied with the fatness of thine house; and thou shalt cause them to drink of the full stream of thy delights.

¹⁰ For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light we shall see light.

¹¹ Extend thy mercy to them that know thee; and thy righteousness to the upright in heart.

⁹ Then I will be joyful about what you, Yahweh, have done for me, I will be glad that you have rescued me.

¹⁰ With my whole inner being SYN I will say, “There is no one like Yahweh RHQ! No one else can rescue helpless people from powerful people RHQ. No one else can rescue weak and needy people from those who want to rob them.”

¹¹ People who tell lies stand in court and falsely accuse me of doing things that I do not know anything about.

¹¹ False witnesses got up: they put questions to me about crimes of which I had no knowledge.

¹⁰ All my bones shall say, Jehovah, who is like unto thee, who deliverest the afflicted from one stronger than he, yea, the afflicted and the needy from him that spoileth him!

¹¹ Unrighteous witnesses rise up; they lay to my charge things which I know not.

⁸ O how hast thou multiplied thy mercy, O God! But the children of men shall put their trust under the covert of thy wings.

⁹ They shall be inebriated with the plenty of thy house; and thou shalt make them drink of the torrent of thy pleasure.

¹⁰ For with thee is the fountain of life; and in thy light we shall see light.

¹¹ Extend thy mercy to them that know thee, and thy justice to them that are right in heart.

⁸ Let disaster come on them suddenly; let the net they set catch them instead; let the pit they dug trap them instead.

⁹ Then I will be glad in the Lord; I will be happy in his salvation.

¹⁰ Every part of me will say, Who can compare to you, Lord? You rescue the weak from the strong; the poor and needy from robbers.

¹¹ Hostile witnesses stand up to testify against me, accusing me of crimes I don't know anything about.

⁸ Let destruction come vpon him at vnwares, and let his net, that he hath laid priuilie, take him: let him fall into the same destruction.

⁹ Then my soule shalbe ioyfull in the Lord: it shall reioyce in his saluation.

¹⁰ All my bones shall say, Lord, who is like vnto thee, which deliuerest the poore from him, that is too strong for him! yea, the poore and him that is in miserie, from him that spoyleth him!

¹¹ Cruell witnesses did rise vp: they asked of me things that I knewe not.

¹⁰ All my bones shall say, Who, O LORD! is like thee, Who dost rescue the afflicted from the oppressor, The afflicted and destitute from the spoiler?

¹¹ False witnesses have risen up; They charge me with that which has not entered my mind.

⁸ Upon them may ruin come unawares; may the net which they hid catch themselves, and into the pit may they fall.

⁹ Then I will exult in the Lord, and be joyful because of his help;

¹⁰ and all my being will say, “Who, O Lord, is like you, who save the helpless from those too strong for them, the poor and the helpless from those who despoil them?”

¹¹ Violent witnesses rise, and ask of me things that I know not.

⁸ Upon them may ruin come unawares; may the net which they hid catch themselves, and into the pit may they fall.

⁹ Then I will exult in the Lord, and be joyful because of his help;

¹⁰ and all my being will say, “Who, O Lord, is like you, who save the helpless from those too strong for them, the poor and the helpless from those who despoil them?”

¹¹ Violent witnesses rise, and ask of me things that I know not.

¹¹ Malicious witnesses come forward. They ask me about things about which I know nothing.

⁸ Let destruction overtake them by surprise. Let the net that they have set catch them. Let them fall into it, to their destruction.

⁹ But I will be joyful in Yahweh and rejoice in his salvation.

¹⁰ All my bones will say, “Yahweh, who is like you, who rescues the oppressed from those who are too strong for them and the poor and needy from those who try to rob them?”

¹¹ Unrighteous witnesses rise up; they accuse me falsely.

⁸ Let destruction come on him unawares. Let his net that he has hidden catch himself. Let him fall into that destruction.

⁹ My soul shall be joyful in Yahweh. It shall rejoice in his salvation.

⁹ But my soul shall fully have joy in the Lord; and shall delight on his health.

¹⁰ All my bones shall say, Lord, who is like thee? Thou deliverest a poor man from the hand of his stronger; a needy man and poor from them that diversely ravish him.

¹¹ Wicked witnesses rising asked me things, which I knew not.

⁸ The snare which he knoweth not come to him, and the taking which he hid take him; and fall he into the snare in that thing. (But let the snare catch him unawares, or by surprise, yea, let the trap which he himself hid, catch him; and let him fall to his own destruction in that thing.)

⁹ But my soul shall fully have joy in the Lord; and shall delight on his health. (But my soul shall have full out joy, or shall rejoice, in the Lord; and it shall delight in his salvation, or in his deliverance.)

¹⁰ All my bones shall say, Lord, who is like thee? Thou deliverest a poor man from the hand of his stronger; a needy man and poor from them that diversely ravish him. (All my bones said, Lord, who is like thee? Thou rescuest the poor from the hands of those who be stronger; yea, the poor and the needy from those who oppress them.)

¹¹ Wicked witnesses rising (up) asked me things, which I knew not.

⁸ Meet him doth desolation — he knoweth not, And his net that he hid catcheth him, For desolation he falleth into it.

⁹ And my soul is joyful in Jehovah, It rejoiceth in His salvation.

¹⁰ All my bones say, 'Jehovah, who is like Thee, Delivering the poor from the stronger than he, And the poor and needy from his plunderer.'

¹¹ Violent witnesses rise up, That which I have not known they ask me.
