¹ A Psalm. Oh sing unto Jehovah a new song; For he hath done marvellous things: His right hand, and his holy arm, hath wrought salvation for him.

² Jehovah hath made known his salvation: His righteousness hath he openly showed in the sight of the nations.

³ He hath remembered his lovingkindness and his faithfulness toward the house of Israel: All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.

⁴ Make a joyful noise unto Jehovah, all the earth: Break forth and sing for joy, yea, sing praises.

⁵ Sing praises unto Jehovah with the harp; With the harp and the voice of melody.

⁶ With trumpets and sound of cornet Make a joyful noise before the King, Jehovah.

⁷ Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof; The world, and they that dwell therein;

⁸ Let the floods clap their hands; Let the hills sing for joy together

⁹ Before Jehovah; for he cometh to judge the earth: He will judge the world with righteousness, And the peoples with equity.

⁸ O Lord our God, thou heardest them; O God, thou becamest propitious to them, though thou didst take vengeance on all their devices.

⁹ Exalt ye the Lord our God, and worship at his holy mountain; for the Lord our God is holy.

¹ Sing to Yahweh a new song, because he has done wonderful things! By his power MTY and his great strength DOU he has defeated his enemies.

² Yahweh has declared to people that he has defeated his enemies; he has revealed that he has punished them, and people in all the world have seen that he has done it.

³ Like he promised to us Israeli people MTY, he has faithfully loved us and ◄been loyal to/not abandoned► us. People who live in very remote places in all the earth have seen that our God has defeated his enemies.

⁴ All you people MTY everywhere should sing joyfully to Yahweh; praise him while you sing and shout joyfully!

⁵ Praise Yahweh while you play the lyres/harps, playing delightful music.

⁶ Some of you should blow trumpets and other horns, while others shout joyfully to Yahweh, our king.

⁷ The oceans and all the creatures that are in the oceans should roar to praise Yahweh. Everyone on the earth should sing!

⁸ It should seem as though the rivers are clapping their hands to praise Yahweh and that the hills are singing together joyfully in front of Yahweh,

⁹ because he will come to judge everyone on MTY the earth! He will judge all the people-groups in the world justly and fairly DOU.

⁴ Let all the earth send out a glad cry to the Lord; sounding with a loud voice, and praising him with songs of joy.

⁵ Make melody to the Lord with instruments of music; with a corded instrument and the voice of song.

⁶ With wind instruments and the sound of the horn, make a glad cry before the Lord, the King.

⁷ Let the sea be thundering, with all its waters; the world, and all who are living in it;

⁸ Let the streams make sounds of joy with their hands; let the mountains be glad together,

⁹ Before the Lord, for he has come as judge of the earth; judging the world in righteousness, and giving true decisions for the peoples.

³ Let them give praise to thy great name: for it is terrible and holy:

⁴ And the king’s honour loveth judgment. Thou hast prepared directions: thou hast done judgment and justice in Jacob.

⁵ Exalt ye the Lord our God, and adore his footstool, for it is holy.

⁶ Moses and Aaron among his priests: and Samuel among them that call upon his name. They called upon the Lord, and he heard them:

⁷ He spoke to them in the pillar of the cloud. They kept his testimonies, and the commandment which he gave them.

⁸ Thou didst hear them, O Lord our God: thou wast a merciful God to them, and taking vengeance on all their inventions.

⁹ Exalt ye the Lord our God, and adore at his holy mountain: for the Lord our God is holy.

¹ A psalm. Sing the Lord a new song, for he has done wonderful things: by his powerful right hand and his strong arm he has won the victory.

² The Lord has revealed his salvation to the nations, and shown them his goodness.

³ He has not forgotten to show his trustworthy love and faithfulness to the descendants of Israel. Our God has made his salvation clear to the ends of the earth.

⁴ Everyone on earth, shout in triumph to the Lord; break out in joyful songs of praise!

⁵ Sing praises to the Lord with the harp, with the harp and melodious voices;

⁶ with trumpets and the sound of the ram's horn sing in happiness before the Lord, the King.

⁷ Let the sea and everything in it shout with praise, together with the earth and everything living in it.

⁸ Let the rivers celebrate, let the hills join in the celebration

⁹ before the Lord, for he is coming to judge the earth. He will judge the world justly, and the nations fairly.

⁸ Let the rivers clap their hands. Let the mountains sing for joy together.

⁹ Let them sing before the LORD, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with equity.

¹ A Psalm. Sing to the LORD a new song, for he has done marvellous things! His right hand and his holy arm have worked salvation for him.

² The LORD has made known his salvation. He has openly shown his righteousness in the sight of the nations.

³ He has remembered his loving kindness and his faithfulness towards the house of Israel. All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.

⁴ Make a joyful noise to the LORD, all the earth! Burst out and sing for joy, yes, sing praises!

⁵ Sing praises to the LORD with the harp, with the harp and the voice of melody.

⁶ With shofars and sound of the ram’s horn, make a joyful noise before the King, the LORD.

⁷ Let the sea roar with its fullness; the world, and those who dwell therein.

⁹ for the sight of the Lord; for he cometh to deem the earth. He shall deem the world in rightfulness or rightwiseness; and peoples in equity.

⁵ Sing ye to the Lord in an harp, in harp and in voice of psalm; (Sing ye to the Lord on a harp, yea, on a harp, and with the words of a song or and with the strains of a lute;)

⁶ in trumps beaten out with hammer, and in voice of a trump of (a) horn. Heartily sing ye in the sight of the Lord, the king; (and with trumpets beaten out with a hammer, yea, with the sound of trumpets and horns. Heartily sing ye before the Lord, the King;)

⁷ the sea and the fullness thereof be moved; the world, and they that dwell therein. (let the sea roar, and all the creatures in it; yea, the whole world, and all that live in it!)

⁸ Floods shall make joy with hand; together hills shall make full out joy, (The rivers make joy, or clap, with their hands; the hills rejoice together,)

⁹ for the sight of the Lord; for he cometh to deem the earth. He shall deem the world in rightfulness; and peoples in equity. (before the Lord; for he cometh to judge the earth. He shall judge the world with righteousness; and the peoples with justice, or with fairness.)

² Jehovah hath made known His salvation, Before the eyes of the nations, He hath revealed His righteousness,

³ He hath remembered His kindness, And His faithfulness to the house of Israel, All ends of earth have seen the salvation of our God.

⁴ Shout to Jehovah, all the earth, Break forth, and cry aloud, and sing.

⁵ Sing to Jehovah with harp, With harp, and voice of praise,

⁶ With trumpets, and voice of a cornet, Shout ye before the king Jehovah.

⁷ Roar doth the sea and its fulness, The world and the inhabitants in it.
