⁶ For who in the skies can be compared unto Jehovah? Who among the sons of the mighty is like unto Jehovah,

⁷ A God very terrible in the council of the holy ones, And to be feared above all them that are round about him?

⁸ O Jehovah God of hosts, Who is a mighty one, like unto thee, O Jehovah? And thy faithfulness is round about thee.

⁹ Thou rulest the pride of the sea: When the waves thereof arise, thou stillest them.

¹⁰ Thou hast broken Rahab in pieces, as one that is slain; Thou hast scattered thine enemies with the arm of thy strength.

¹¹ The heavens are thine, the earth also is thine: The world and the fulness thereof, thou hast founded them.

¹² The north and the south, thou hast created them: Tabor and Hermon rejoice in thy name.

¹³ Thou hast a mighty arm; Strong is thy hand, and high is thy right hand.

¹⁴ Righteousness and justice are the foundation of thy throne: Lovingkindness and truth go before thy face.

¹⁵ Blessed is the people that know the joyful sound: They walk, O Jehovah, in the light of thy countenance.

¹⁶ In thy name do they rejoice all the day; And in thy righteousness are they exalted.

⁶ In the morning let it flower, and pass away: in the evening let it droop, let it be withered and dried up.

⁷ For we have perished in thine anger, and in thy wrath we have been troubled.

⁸ Thou hast set our transgressions before thee: our age is in the light of thy countenance.

⁹ For all our days are gone, and we have passed away in thy wrath: our years have spun out their tale as a spider.

¹⁰ As for the days of our years, in them are seventy years; and if men should be in strength, eighty years: and the greater part of them would be labour and trouble; for weakness overtakes us, and we shall be chastened.

¹¹ Who knows the power of thy wrath?

¹² and who knows how to number his days because of the fear of thy wrath? So manifest thy right hand, and those that are instructed in wisdom in the heart.

¹³ Return, O Lord, how long? and be intreated concerning thy servants.

¹⁴ We have been satisfied in the morning with thy mercy; and we did exult and rejoice:

¹⁵ let us rejoice in all our days, in return for the days wherein thou didst afflict us, the years wherein we saw evil.

¹⁶ And look upon thy servants, and upon thy works; and guide their children.

⁷ God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints, and to be had in reverence of all them that are about him.

⁸ O LORD God of hosts, who is a strong LORD like unto thee? or to thy faithfulness round about thee?

⁸ O LORD God of hosts, who is a strong LORD like unto thee? or to thy faithfulness round about thee?

⁶ There is no one RHQ in heaven who can be compared with you, Yahweh. There are no angels RHQ in heaven who are equal to you.

⁷ When your holy angels gather together, they declare that you must be revered; they say that you are more awesome than all the angels that surround your throne!

⁸ O Yahweh, God Almighty, there is no one RHQ who is powerful like you are; your faithfully doing all that you promise is like a cloak that MET always surrounds you.

⁹ You rule over the powerful seas; when their waves rise up, you calm them.

¹⁰ You are the one who crushed and killed the great sea monster named Rahab. You defeated and scattered your enemies with your great power MTY.

¹¹ The heavens are yours, and the earth is yours; and everything on the earth is yours, because you created it all.

¹² You created everything from the north to the south. Mount Tabor and Mount Hermon joyfully praise you MTY.

¹³ ◄You/Your arms► are very powerful; ◄you/your hands► are extremely strong.

¹⁴ ◄Your rule MTY over us is based on/As you rule over us, you are always► treating people fairly and justly, and on/are always faithfully loving us and doing what you promised.

¹⁵ Yahweh, happy are the people who worship you with joyful shouts, who live knowing that you are always watching over them.

¹⁶ Every day, throughout the day, they rejoice in what you MTY have done, and they praise you for being very good to them.

⁶ In the morning let it flower, and pass away: in the evening let it droop, let it be withered and dried up.

⁸ O Lord God of armies, who is strong like you, O Jah? and your unchanging faith is round about you.

⁹ You have rule over the sea in storm; when its waves are troubled, you make them calm.

¹⁰ Rahab was crushed by you like one wounded to death; with your strong arm you put to flight all your haters.

¹¹ Yours are the heavens, and the earth is yours; you have made the world, and everything which is in it.

¹² You have made the north and the south; Tabor and Hermon are sounding with joy at your name.

¹³ Yours is an arm of power; strong is your hand and high your right hand.

¹⁴ The seat of your kingdom is resting on righteousness and right judging: mercy and good faith come before your face.

¹⁵ Happy are the people who have knowledge of the holy cry: the light of your face, O Lord, will be shining on their way.

¹⁶ In your name will they have joy all the day: in your righteousness will they be lifted up.

⁶ For who in the heaven can be compared to Jehovah? who among the sons of the mighty shall be likened to Jehovah?

⁷ God is greatly to be feared in the council of the saints, and terrible for all that are round about him.

⁸ Jehovah, God of hosts, who is like unto thee, the strong Jah? And thy faithfulness is round about thee.

⁹ Thou rulest the pride of the sea: when its waves arise, thou stillest them.

¹⁰ Thou hast crushed Rahab as one that is slain; thou hast scattered thine enemies with the arm of thy strength.

¹¹ Thine are the heavens, the earth also is thine; the world and its fulness, thou hast founded them.

¹² The north and the south, thou hast created them: Tabor and Hermon triumph in thy name.

¹³ Thine is the arm of might: strong is thy hand, high is thy right hand.

¹⁴ Righteousness and judgment are the foundation of thy throne; loving-kindness and truth go before thy face.

¹⁵ Blessed is the people that know the shout of joy: they walk, O Jehovah, in the light of thy countenance.

¹⁶ In thy name are they joyful all the day, and in thy righteousness are they exalted.

⁶ In the morning man shall grow up like grass; in the morning he shall flourish and pass away: in the evening he shall fall, grow dry, and wither.

⁷ For in thy wrath we have fainted away: and are troubled in thy indignation.

⁸ Thou hast set our iniquities before thy eyes: our life in the light of thy countenance.

⁹ For all our days are spent; and in thy wrath we have fainted away. Our years shall be considered as a spider:

¹⁰ The days of our years in them are threescore and ten years. But if in the strong they be fourscore years: and what is more of them is labour and sorrow. For mildness is come upon us: and we shall be corrected.

¹¹ Who knoweth the power of thy anger, and for thy fear

¹² Can number thy wrath? So make thy right hand known: and men learned in heart, in wisdom.

¹³ Return, O Lord, how long? and be entreated in favour of thy servants.

¹⁴ We are filled in the morning with thy mercy: and we have rejoiced, and are delighted all our days.

¹⁵ We have rejoiced for the days in which thou hast humbled us: for the years in which we have seen evils.

¹⁶ Look upon thy servants and upon their works: and direct their children.

⁶ For who in heaven can compare to the Lord? Who is like the Lord even among the angels?

⁷ The heavenly council are in awe of God; all who surround him are overwhelmed by him.

⁸ Lord God Almighty, who is as powerful as you? In all this, Lord, you are completely trustworthy.

⁹ You rule the restless seas; you calm their stormy waves.

¹⁰ You crushed Rahab the sea-monster to death; by your power you scattered your enemies.

¹¹ The heavens belong to you, and the earth too; you made the world and everything in it.

¹² You created north and south; Mount Tabor and Mount Hermon celebrate you.

¹³ Your arm is powerful. Your hand is strong. Your right hand is held up high in command.

¹⁴ Your character of goodness and fairness is the basis for the way you rule; dependable love and trustworthiness are always with you.

¹⁵ How happy are those who know how to shout your praises, Lord. They live in the light of your presence.

¹⁶ They celebrate the person you are all day long, so glad that you do what's right.

⁶ For who is equall to the Lord in the heauen? and who is like the Lord among the sonnes of the gods?

⁷ God is very terrible in the assemblie of the Saints, and to be reuerenced aboue all, that are about him.

⁸ O Lord God of hostes, who is like vnto thee, which art a mightie Lord, and thy trueth is about thee?

⁹ Thou rulest the raging of the sea: when the waues thereof arise, thou stillest them.

¹⁰ Thou hast beaten downe Rahab as a man slaine: thou hast scattered thine enemies with thy mightie arme.

¹¹ The heauens are thine, the earth also is thine: thou hast layde the foundation of the world, and all that therein is.

¹² Thou hast created the North and the South: Tabor and Hermon shall reioyce in thy Name.

¹³ Thou hast a mightie arme: strong is thine hand, and high is thy right hand.

¹⁴ Righteousnesse and equitie are the stablishment of thy throne: mercy and trueth goe before thy face.

¹⁵ Blessed is the people, that can reioyce in thee: they shall walke in the light of thy countenance, O Lord.

¹⁶ They shall reioyce continually in thy Name, and in thy righteousnes shall they exalt them selues.

⁶ (89-7) For who in the skies can be compared unto the LORD, who among the sons of might can be likened unto the LORD,

⁷ (89-8) A God dreaded in the great council of the holy ones, and feared of all them that are about Him?

⁸ (89-9) O LORD God of hosts, who is a mighty one, like unto Thee, O LORD? And Thy faithfulness is round about Thee.

⁹ (89-10) Thou rulest the proud swelling of the sea; when the waves thereof arise, Thou stillest them.

¹⁰ (89-11) Thou didst crush Rahab, as one that is slain; Thou didst scatter Thine enemies with the arm of Thy strength.

¹¹ (89-12) Thine are the heavens, Thine also the earth; the world and the fulness thereof, Thou hast founded them.

¹² (89-13) The north and the south, Thou hast created them; Tabor and Hermon rejoice in Thy name.

¹³ (89-14) Thine is an arm with might; strong is Thy hand, and exalted is Thy right hand.

⁹ (89:10) Thou rulest over the pride of the sea: when its waves are lifted up, thou assuagest them.

¹⁰ (89:11) Thou didst crush Rahab as one that is slain: with thy strong arm didst thou scatter thy enemies.

¹¹ (89:12) Thine are the heavens, also thine is the earth: as for the world and what filleth it, thou hast founded them.

¹² (89:13) The north and the south—these hast thou created: Tabor and Chermon shall rejoice in thy name.

¹³ (89:14) Thine is the powerful arm, with might: strong is thy hand, and exalted is thy right hand.

¹⁴ (89:15) Righteousness and justice are the prop of thy throne: kindness and truth precede thy presence.

¹⁵ (89:16) Happy is the people that know the cornet's sound: O Lord, in the light of thy countenance will they ever walk firmly.

¹⁶ (89:17) In thy name will they be glad all the day, and in thy righteousness will they be exalted.

¹⁵ Happy the people that know the trumpet's sound! They walk, O LORD! in the light of thy countenance;

¹⁶ In thy name they daily rejoice, And in thy righteousness they glory!

⁶ For who in the skies may compare with the Lord? Who is like the Lord amongst the gods?

⁷ A God to be feared in the holy assembly, awful and great above all who are round him.

⁸ O Lord God of hosts, who is mighty as you? Your strength and faithfulness, Lord, surround you.

⁹ You are the Lord of the raging sea: when its waves surge, it is you who still them.

¹⁰ It was you who did pierce and crush Rahab in pieces, and scatter your foes by your mighty arm.

¹¹ Yours are the heavens, yours also the earth, the world and its fulness, it's you who did found them.

¹² The north and the south, it's you have created them; Tabor and Hermon shout praise to your name.

¹³ You have an arm with the might of a hero; strong is your hand, high uplifted your right hand.

¹⁴ Justice and right are the base of your throne, kindness and faithfulness ever attend you.

¹⁵ Happy the people who know the glad shout, who walk, O Lord, in the light of your face.

¹⁶ They exult in your name all the day, and your righteousness they extol.

⁶ For who in the skies may compare with the Lord? Who is like the Lord among the gods?

⁷ A God to be feared in the holy assembly, awful and great above all who are round him.

⁸ O Lord God of hosts, who is mighty as you? Your strength and faithfulness, Lord, surround you.

⁹ You are the Lord of the raging sea: when its waves surge, it is you who still them.

¹⁰ It was you who did pierce and crush Rahab in pieces, and scatter your foes by your mighty arm.

¹¹ Yours are the heavens, yours also the earth, the world and its fulness, it's you who did found them.

¹⁶ They exult in your name all the day, and your righteousness they extol.

⁶ For who in the skies can be compared to Adonai ? Who among the sons of the heavenly beings is like Adonai ,

⁷ a very awesome God in the council of the holy ones, to be feared above all those who are around him?

⁸ Adonai , Elohim Tzva'ot Yahweh, God Commander of heaven’s armies, who is a mighty one, like you? Yah, your faithfulness is around you.

⁹ You rule the pride of the sea. When its waves rise up, you calm them.

¹⁰ You have broken Rahab in pieces, like one of the slain. You have scattered your enemies with your mighty arm.

¹¹ The heavens are yours. The earth also is yours; the world and its fullness. You have founded them.

¹² The north and the south, you have created them. Tabor and Hermon Devoted to destruction rejoice in your name.

¹⁶ and in thy name they shall make full out joy all day; and they shall be enhanced in thy rightfulness or right-wiseness.

⁶ For who in the clouds shall be made even to the Lord; shall be like God among the sons of God? (For who in heaven shall be made equal to the Lord? who shall be like God among the heavenly beings? or who shall be like God in the council of heaven?)

⁸ Lord God of virtues, who is like thee? Lord, thou art mighty, and thy truth is in thy compass. (Lord God of hosts, who is like thee? Lord, thou art mighty, and thy faithfulness surroundeth thee.)

¹⁴ rightfulness and doom is the making ready of thy seat. Mercy and truth shall go before thy face; (Righteousness and judgement be the foundations of thy throne; love and faithfulness go forth before thee.)

¹⁵ blessed is the people that know (a) hearty song. Lord, they shall go in the light of thy cheer; (Happy be the people who know a hearty song; Lord, they shall go forth by the light of thy face.)

¹⁶ and in thy name they shall make full out joy all day; and they shall be enhanced in thy rightfulness. (And in thy name, they shall make full out joy, or shall rejoice, all day long; and they shall be exalted, or shall be lifted up, by thy righteousness.)

⁶ For who in the sky, Compareth himself to Jehovah? Is like to Jehovah among sons of the mighty?

⁷ God is very terrible, In the secret counsel of His holy ones, And fearful over all surrounding Him.

⁸ O Jehovah, God of Hosts, Who is like Thee — a strong Jah? And Thy faithfulness is round about Thee.

⁹ Thou art ruler over the pride of the sea, In the lifting up of its billows Thou dost restrain them.

¹⁰ Thou hast bruised Rahab, as one wounded. With the arm of Thy strength Thou hast scattered Thine enemies.

¹¹ Thine are the heavens — the earth also is Thine, The habitable world and its fulness, Thou hast founded them.

¹² North and south Thou hast appointed them, Tabor and Hermon in Thy name do sing.

¹³ Thou hast an arm with might, Strong is Thy hand — high Thy right hand.

¹⁴ Righteousness and judgment Are the fixed place of Thy throne, Kindness and truth go before Thy face.

¹⁵ O the happiness of the people knowing the shout, O Jehovah, in the light of Thy face they walk habitually.

¹⁶ In Thy name they rejoice all the day, And in Thy righteousness they are exalted,
