8 Is his lovingkindness clean gone for ever? Doth his promise fail for evermore?
9 Hath God forgotten to be gracious? Hath he in anger shut up his tender mercies? Selah
10 And I said, This is my infirmity; But I will remember the years of the right hand of the Most High.
11 I will make mention of the deeds of Jehovah; For I will remember thy wonders of old.
12 I will meditate also upon all thy work, And muse on thy doings.
13 Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary: Who is a great god like unto God?
14 Thou art the God that doest wonders: Thou hast made known thy strength among the peoples.
15 Thou hast with thine arm redeemed thy people, The sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah
16 The waters saw thee, O God; The waters saw thee, they were afraid: The depths also trembled.
17 The clouds poured out water; The skies sent out a sound: Thine arrows also went abroad.
18 The voice of thy thunder was in the whirlwind; The lightnings lightened the world: The earth trembled and shook.
19 Thy way was in the sea, And thy paths in the great waters, And thy footsteps were not known.

9 The children of Ephraim, bending and shooting with the bow, turned back in the day of battle.
10 They kept not the covenant of God, and would not walk in his law.
11 And they forgot his benefits, and his miracles which he had shewed them;
12 the miracles which he wrought before their fathers, in the land of Egypt, in the plain of Tanes.
13 He clave the sea, and led them through: he made the waters to stand as in a bottle.
14 And he guided them with a cloud by day, and all the night with a light of fire.
15 He clave a rock in the wilderness, and made them drink as in a great deep.
16 And he brought water out of the rock, and caused waters to flow down as rivers.
17 And they sinned yet more against him; they provoked the Most High in the wilderness.
18 And they tempted God in their hearts, in asking meat for the desire of their souls.
19 They spoke also against God, and said, Will God be able to prepare a table in the wilderness?
20 Forasmuch as he smote the rock, and the waters flowed, and the torrents ran abundantly; will he be able also to give bread, or prepare a table for his people?

11 But then, Yahweh, I recall/remember your great deeds; I remember the wonderful things that you did in the past.
12 I meditate on all that you have done, and I think about your mighty acts.
13 God, everything that you do is holy; there is certainly no god RHQ who is great like you are!
14 You are God, the one who performs miracles; you showed to people of many people-groups that you are powerful.
15 By your power MTY you rescued your people from Egypt; you saved those who were descendants of Jacob and his son Joseph.
16 It was as though the waters of the Red Sea saw you and became very afraid, and even the deepest part of the water shook.
17 Rain poured down from the clouds PRS; it thundered very loudly PRS, and lightning flashed in all directions.
