⁵ Lift not up your horn on high; Speak not with a stiff neck.

⁶ For neither from the east, nor from the west, Nor yet from the south, cometh lifting up.

⁷ But God is the judge: He putteth down one, and lifteth up another.

⁸ For in the hand of Jehovah there is a cup, and the wine foameth; It is full of mixture, and he poureth out of the same: Surely the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall drain them, and drink them.

⁹ But I will declare for ever, I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.

¹⁰ All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; But the horns of the righteous shall be lifted up.

⁵ Thou dost wonderfully shine forth from the everlasting mountains.

⁶ All the simple ones in heart were troubled; all the men of wealth have slept their sleep, and have found nothing in their hands.

⁷ At thy rebuke, O God of Jacob, the riders on horses slumbered.

⁸ Thou art terrible; and who shall withstand thee, because of thine anger?

⁹ Thou didst cause judgment to be heard from heaven; the earth feared, and was still,

¹⁰ when God arose to judgment, to save all the meek in heart. Pause.

⁶ The one who judges people does not come from the east or from the west, and he does not come from the desert.

⁷ God is the one who judges people; he says that some have sinned and must be punished, and that others have not done what is wrong.

⁸ It is as though Yahweh holds a cup in his hand; it is filled with wine that has spices mixed in it to cause those who drink it to become more drunk; and when Yahweh pours it out, he will force all the wicked people to drink it; they will drink every drop of it, which means that he will give them all the punishment that they deserve.

⁹ But as for me, I will never stop saying what the God whom Jacob worshiped has done; I will never quit singing to praise him.

¹⁰ He will destroy the power IDM of wicked people, but he will cause righteous people to become more powerful..

⁸ For in the hand of the Lord is a cup, and the wine is red; it is well mixed, overflowing from his hand: he will make all the sinners of the earth take of it, even to the last drop.

⁹ But I will ever be full of joy, making songs of praise to the God of Jacob.

¹⁰ By him will all the horns of the sinners be cut off; but the horns of the upright will be lifted up.

¹⁰ And all the horns of the wicked will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.

⁵ Thou enlightenest wonderfully from the everlasting hills.

⁶ All the foolish of heart were troubled. They have slept their sleep; and all the men of riches have found nothing in their hands.

⁷ At thy rebuke, O God of Jacob, they have all slumbered that mounted on horseback.

⁸ Thou art terrible, and who shall resist thee? from that time thy wrath.

⁹ Thou hast caused judgment to be heard from heaven: the earth trembled and was still,

¹⁰ When God arose in judgment, to save all the meek of the earth.

⁵ No, don't be proud and arrogant, insulting heaven.”

⁶ For no one, from the east to the west, or from the wilderness, should think so highly of themselves.

⁷ God is the one who decides—who he will bring down and who he will lift up.

⁸ For the Lord has a cup in his hand, full of bubbling wine mixed with spices. He pours it out, and all the wicked drink it deeply, down to the last drop.

⁹ But I will speak about you forever. I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.

¹⁰ For God says, “I will break the power of the wicked; but I will give my support to those who do what is good.”

⁶ For to come to preferment is neither from the East, nor from the West, nor from the South,

⁷ But God is the iudge: he maketh lowe and he maketh hie.

⁸ For in the hand of the Lord is a cup, and the wine is red: it is full mixt, and he powreth out of the same: surely all the wicked of the earth shall wring out and drinke the dregges thereof.

⁹ But I will declare for euer, and sing prayses vnto the God of Iaakob.

¹⁰ All the hornes of the wicked also will I breake: but the hornes of the righteous shalbe exalted.

⁵ (75-6) Lift not up your horn on high; speak not insolence with a haughty neck.

⁶ (75-7) For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the wilderness, cometh lifting up.

⁷ (75-8) For God is judge; He putteth down one, and lifteth up another.

⁸ (75-9) For in the hand of the LORD there is a cup, with foaming wine, full of mixture, and He poureth out of the same; surely the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall drain them, and drink them.

⁹ (75-10) But as for me, I will declare for ever, I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.

¹⁰ (75-11) All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be lifted up.

⁶ (75:7) For neither from the rising of the sun, nor from his setting, nor from the wilderness of mountains cometh this;

⁷ (75:8) But God is the judge: he lowereth one, and lifteth up another,

⁸ (75:9) For there is a cup in the hand of the Lord, and the wine foameth, it is full of mixture: and he poureth out of the same; but its lees they drain, they drink—all the wicked of the earth.

⁹ (75:10) But I will declare for ever, I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.

¹⁰ (75:11) And all the horns of the wicked will I hew off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.

⁹ But I will rejoice forever, singing praise to the God of Jacob.

¹⁰ I will hew all the horns of the wicked, but the horns of the just shall be lifted.

¹⁰ I will cut off all the horns of the wicked, but the horns of the upright shall be lifted up.

⁵ Do not lift up your horn to the heights; do not speak with an insolent neck.”

⁶ It is not from the east or from the west, and it is not from the wilderness that lifting up comes.

⁷ But God is the judge; he brings down and he lifts up.

⁸ for a cup of clean wine, full of meddling or mingling, is in the hand of the Lord. And he bowed of this into that; nevertheless the dregs thereof is not diminished, either made less, for all the sinners of the earth shall drink thereof.

⁹ Forsooth I shall tell into the world; I shall sing to God of Jacob.

¹⁰ And I shall break all the horns of sinners; and the horns of the just or rightwise man shall be enhanced.

⁵ Do not ye raise on high your horn; do not ye speak wickedness against God. (Do not ye raise up your horn on high; do not ye speak wickedly, or proudly, against God.)

⁶ For (promotion cometh) neither from the east, neither from the west, neither from desert hills; (For judgement cometh not from the east, nor from the west, nor from the hills in the wilderness;)

⁷ for God is the judge. He meeketh this man, and enhanceth him; (for God is the judge. He humbleth this one, and raiseth up that one;)

⁸ for a cup of clean wine, full of meddling, is in the hand of the Lord, (or for there (is) a cup of clear wine, full of mixing, (or of mixture), in the Lord’s hand). And he bowed (some) of this into that; nevertheless the dregs thereof is not diminished, either made less, (for) all the sinners of the earth shall drink thereof.

⁹ Forsooth I shall tell into the world; I shall sing to God of Jacob. (And I shall tell this out forever; I shall sing to the God of Jacob.)

¹⁰ And I shall break all the horns of sinners; and the horns of the just man shall be enhanced. (And I shall break all the horns of the sinners; but the horns of the righteous shall be raised up.)

⁵ Raise not up on high your horn, (Ye speak with a stiff neck.)

⁷ But God is judge, This He maketh low — and this He lifteth up.

⁸ For a cup is in the hand of Jehovah, And the wine hath foamed, It is full of mixture, and He poureth out of it, Only its dregs wring out, and drink, Do all the wicked of the earth,

⁹ And I — I declare it to the age, I sing praise to the God of Jacob.

¹⁰ And all horns of the wicked I cut off, Exalted are the horns of the righteous!
