⁵ They shall fear thee while the sun endureth, And so long as the moon, throughout all generations.

⁶ He will come down like rain upon the mown grass, As showers that water the earth.

⁷ In his days shall the righteous flourish, And abundance of peace, till the moon be no more.

⁸ He shall have dominion also from sea to sea, And from the River unto the ends of the earth.

⁹ They that dwell in the wilderness shall bow before him; And his enemies shall lick the dust.

¹⁰ The kings of Tarshish and of the isles shall render tribute: The kings of Sheba and Seba shall offer gifts.

⁵ They are not in the troubles of other men; and they shall not be scourged with other men.

⁶ Therefore pride has possessed them; they have clothed themselves with their injustice and ungodliness.

⁷ Their injustice shall go forth as out of fatness: they have fulfilled their intention.

⁸ They have taken counsel and spoken in wickedness: they have uttered unrighteousness loftily.

⁹ They have set their mouth against heaven, and their tongue has gone through upon the earth.

¹⁰ Therefore shall my people return hither: and full days shall be found with them.

⁶ I desire that my rule will be enjoyed by the people SIM like they enjoy rain on growing crops, like they enjoy showers that fall on the land.

⁷ I hope/desire that people will live righteously during the years that I rule, and that my people will live peacefully and prosperously as long as the moon shines.

⁸ I hope/desire that the kings of Israel will rule the people in all the area from one sea in the east to another in the west, and from the Euphrates River to the most remote/distant places on earth.

⁹ I hope/desire that those who live in the desert will bow down before them, and that ttheir enemies will throw themselves on the ground in submission to them.

¹⁰ I hope/desire that the kings of Spain and of the islands in the Mediterranean Sea will bring ◄tribute money/taxes► to the kings of Israel, and that the kings of Sheba to the south and of Seba to the southwest will bring them gifts.

⁷ Their iniquity hath come forth, as it were from fatness: they have passed into the affection of the heart.

⁸ They have thought and spoken wickedness: they have spoken iniquity on high.

⁹ They have set their mouth against heaven: and their tongue hath passed through the earth.

¹⁰ Therefore will my people return here and full days shall be found in them.

⁵ May they respect him as long as the sun and the moon shine above, for all generations.

⁶ May his reign be like rain falling on new grass, like showers that water the earth.

⁷ May those who live right prosper under his rule; may there be great prosperity until the moon is no more.

⁸ May he rule from sea to sea, from the river to the ends of the earth.

⁹ Desert tribes will kneel before him; and his enemies will bite the dust.

¹⁰ The kings of Tarshish and the islands will bring him tribute; the kings of Sheba and Seba will present him with gifts.

⁵ They shall feare thee as long as the sunne and moone endureth, from generatio to generation.

⁶ He shall come downe like the rayne vpon the mowen grasse, and as the showres that water the earth.

⁷ In his dayes shall the righteous florish, and abundance of peace shalbe so long as the moone endureth.

⁹ Ethiopians shall fall down before him; and his enemies shall lick the earth.

¹⁰ The kings of Tarshish and isles shall offer gifts; the kings of Arabia and of Seba shall bring gifts.

⁵ And he shall dwell with the sun, and before the moon, that is, without beginning, and (without) end; in generation and into generation (or in all generations).

⁶ He shall come down as rain into a fleece; and as gutters dropping on the earth. (He shall come down like rain onto a field; and like showers dropping upon the earth.)

⁷ Rightfulness shall come forth in his days (or Righteousness shall come forth in his days); and the abundance of peace, till the moon be taken away.

⁸ And he shall be lord from the sea till to the sea; and from the flood till to the ends of the world. (And he shall be lord from sea to sea; and from the Euphrates River unto the ends of the earth.)

¹⁰ The kings of Tarshish and isles shall offer gifts; the kings of Arabia and of Seba shall bring gifts. (The kings of Tarshish and of the isles shall offer gifts, or tribute; the kings of Sheba and of Seba shall also bring him gifts, or tribute.)

⁵ They fear Thee with the sun, and before the moon, Generation — generations.

⁶ He cometh down as rain on mown grass, As showers — sprinkling the earth.

⁷ Flourish in his days doth the righteous, And abundance of peace till the moon is not.

⁸ And he ruleth from sea unto sea, And from the river unto the ends of earth.

⁹ Before him bow do the inhabitants of the dry places, And his enemies lick the dust.

¹⁰ Kings of Tarshish and of the isles send back a present. Kings of Sheba and Seba a reward bring near.
