²⁷ There is little Benjamin their ruler, The princes of Judah and their council, The princes of Zebulun, the princes of Naphtali.

²⁸ Thy God hath commanded thy strength: Strengthen, O God, that which thou hast wrought for us.

²⁹ Because of thy temple at Jerusalem Kings shall bring presents unto thee.

³⁰ Rebuke the wild beast of the reeds, The multitude of the bulls, with the calves of the peoples, Trampling under foot the pieces of silver: He hath scattered the peoples that delight in war.

³¹ Princes shall come out of Egypt; Ethiopia shall haste to stretch out her hands unto God.

²⁷ because they persecuted him whom thou hast smitten; and they have added to the grief of my wounds.

²⁸ Add iniquity to their iniquity; and let them not come into thy righteousness.

²⁹ Let them be blotted out of the book of the living, and let them not be written with the righteous.

³⁰ I am poor and sorrowful; but the salvation of thy countenance has helped me.

³¹ I will praise the name of my God with a song, I will magnify him with praise;

²⁷ First come the people of the tribe of Benjamin, the smallest tribe, and following them come the leaders of the tribe of Judah and their group, and following them come the leaders of the tribes of Zebulun and Naphtali.

²⁸ God, show people that you are very powerful; show people the power with which you have helped us previously.

²⁹ Show that power from your temple in Jerusalem, where kings bring gifts to you.

³⁰ Rebuke your enemies, such as those in Egypt who are like wild hippopotamuses/animals that live in the reeds; and powerful nations that are like bulls that are among their calves MET; rebuke/trample them until they bow down and give you gifts of silver. Scatter the people who enjoy making wars.

³¹ Then people will bring gifts of bronze (OR, of cloth) to you from Egypt; the people in Ethiopia will lift up their hands to praise you.

³⁰ Say sharp words to the beast among the water-plants, the band of strong ones, with the lords of the peoples, put an end to the people whose delight is in war.

³¹ Kings will give you offerings, they will come out of Egypt; from Pathros will come offerings of silver; Ethiopia will be stretching out her hands to God.

²⁷ Because they have persecuted him whom thou hast smitten; and they have added to the grief of my wounds.

²⁸ Add thou iniquity upon their iniquity: and let them not come into thy justice.

²⁹ Let them be blotted out of the book of the living; and with the just let them not be written.

³¹ I will praise the name of God with a canticle: and I will magnify him with praise.

²⁷ There is the little tribe of Benjamin, followed by the many leaders from Judah; then come the leaders of Zebulun and Naphtali.

²⁸ Display your power, God! Reveal your strength, Lord, as you have done for us in the past.

²⁹ Because of your Temple in Jerusalem, kings bring tribute to you.

³⁰ Condemn the beasts of the reeds, the bulls and calves! May they be humbled and bring bars of silver in tribute! Scatter the war-loving nations!

³¹ Let Egypt come with bronze gifts; let Ethiopia come quickly and hand over their tributes to God!

²⁷ There was litle Beniamin with their ruler, and the princes of Iudah with their assemblie, the princes of Zebulun, and the princes of Naphtali.

²⁸ Thy God hath appointed thy strength: stablish, O God, that, which thou hast wrought in vs,

²⁹ Out of thy Temple vpon Ierusalem: and Kings shall bring presents vnto thee.

³⁰ Destroy the company of the spearemen, and multitude of the mightie bulles with the calues of the people, that tread vnder feete pieces of siluer: scatter the people that delite in warre.

³¹ Then shall the princes come out of Egypt: Ethiopia shall hast to stretche her hands vnto God.

²⁹ (68:30) Because of thy temple over Jerusalem shall kings bring presents unto thee.

³⁰ (68:31) Rebuke the wild beasts hiding among the reeds, the troops of steers among the calves of nations, that hasten along with presents of silver. He scattereth nations that are eager for the fight.

³¹ (68:32) Nobles will come out of Egypt: Ethiopia will stretch forth eagerly her hands unto God.

³⁰ Rebuke the wild animal of the reeds, the multitude of the bulls, with the calves of the peoples. Being humbled, may it bring bars of silver. Scatter the nations that delight in war.

³¹ Princes shall come out of Egypt Abode of slavery. Ethiopia shall hurry to stretch out her hands to God.

²⁷ There is first Benjamin, the smallest tribe, then the leaders of Judah and their multitudes, the leaders of Zebulun and the leaders of Naphtali.

²⁸ Your God, Israel, has decreed your strength; reveal to us your power, God, as you have revealed it in times past.

²⁹ Reveal your power to us from your temple at Jerusalem, where kings bring gifts to you.

³⁰ Shout in battle against the wild beasts in the reeds, against the peoples, that multitude of bulls and calves. Humiliate them and make them bring you gifts; scatter the peoples who love to wage war.

³⁰ Blame thou the wild beasts of the reed, the gathering together of bulls is among the kine of peoples; that they exclude them that be proved by silver. Destroy thou folks that will or desire battles,

³¹ legates shall come from Egypt; Ethiopia shall come before the hands thereof to God.

²⁸ God, command thou to thy virtue; God, confirm thou this thing, which thou hast wrought in us. (God, command thou to thy strength, or thy power; God, show thy strength, in what thou has wrought for us.)

²⁹ From thy temple, which is in Jerusalem; kings shall offer gifts to thee. (For thy Temple, which is in Jerusalem, kings shall offer gifts to thee.)

³⁰ Blame thou the wild beasts of the reed, the gathering together of bulls is among the kine of peoples; that they exclude them that be proved by silver. Destroy thou folks that will battles, (Rebuke thou the wild beasts of the reeds, that gathering together of bulls, that herd of peoples; until they all bow low, and offer thee their silver. Yea, destroy thou the nations that delight in battles.)

³¹ legates shall come from Egypt; Ethiopia shall come before the hands thereof to God. (Ambassadors shall come from Egypt; Ethiopia shall raise up her hands to God.)
