¹¹ The Lord giveth the word: The women that publish the tidings are a great host.

¹² Kings of armies flee, they flee; And she that tarrieth at home divideth the spoil.

¹³ When ye lie among the sheepfolds, It is as the wings of a dove covered with silver, And her pinions with yellow gold.

¹⁴ When the Almighty scattered kings therein, It was as when it snoweth in Zalmon.

¹⁵ A mountain of God is the mountain of Bashan; A high mountain is the mountain of Bashan.

¹⁶ Why look ye askance, ye high mountains, At the mountain which God hath desired for his abode? Yea, Jehovah will dwell in it for ever.

¹⁷ The chariots of God are twenty thousand, even thousands upon thousands: The Lord is among them, as in Sinai, in the sanctuary.

¹⁸ Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led away captives; Thou hast received gifts among men, Yea, among the rebellious also, that Jehovah God might dwell with them.

¹⁹ Blessed be the Lord, who daily beareth our burden, Even the God who is our salvation. Selah

²⁰ God is unto us a God of deliverances; And unto Jehovah the Lord belongeth escape from death.

²¹ But God will smite through the head of his enemies, The hairy scalp of such a one as goeth on still in his guiltiness.

¹¹ And I bowed down my soul with fasting, and that was made my reproach.

¹² And I put on sackcloth for my covering; and I became a proverb to them.

¹³ They that sit in the gate talked against me, and they that drank wine sang against me.

¹⁴ But I will cry to thee, O Lord, in my prayer; O God, it is a propitious time: in the multitude of thy mercy hear me, in the truth of thy salvation.

¹⁵ Save me from the mire, that I stick not in it: let me be delivered from them that hate me, and from the deep waters.

¹⁶ Let not the waterflood drown me, nor let the deep swallow me up; neither let the well shut its mouth upon me.

¹⁷ Hear me, O Lord; for thy mercy is good: according to the multitude of thy compassions look upon me.

¹⁸ And turn not away thy face from thy servant; for I am afflicted: hear me speedily.

¹⁹ Draw nigh to my soul and redeem it: deliver me because of mine enemies.

²⁰ For thou knowest my reproach, and my shame, and my confusion; all that afflict me are before thee.

²¹ My soul has waited for reproach and misery; and I waited for one to grieve with me, but there was none; and for one to comfort me, but I found none.

¹¹ The Lord gave a message, and many women took that message to other places.

¹² They proclaimed, “Many kings and their armies are running away from our army!” When our army brought back to their homes the things that they captured, the women who were at home divided up those things among themselves and among their families.

¹³ Even those women who were in the pens taking care of the sheep received some of those things; they got statues of doves whose wings were covered with silver and whose feathers were covered with pure yellow gold.

¹⁴ When Almighty God scattered the enemy kings and their armies, the number of weapons that they abandoned there seemed like there had been a snowstorm on Zalmon (OR, a black) Mountain.

¹⁵ There is a very high mountain in the Bashan region, a mountain which has many peaks.

¹⁶ But the people who live near that mountain should not RHQ envy those who live near Zion, the mountain on which God chose to live! Yahweh will live there forever!

¹⁷ After we defeated all our enemies, it was as though the Lord, surrounded by many thousands of strong chariots, descended from Sinai Mountain and came into the sacred temple in Jerusalem.

¹⁸ He ascended the sacred mountain where his temple is, and took with him many people who had been captured in battles; and received gifts from the enemies whom he had defeated. He received gifts even from those who had rebelled against him, and Yahweh our God will live there in his sacred temple forever.

¹⁹ Praise the Lord, who helps us carry our heavy loads every day; he is the one who saves/rescues us.

²⁰ Our God is the God who saves us; He is Yahweh, our Lord, the one who ◄allows us to escape/prevents us► from being killed in battles.

²¹ But God will smash the heads of his enemies, the skulls of those who continue to behave sinfully.

¹¹ And I put on sackcloth for my covering; and I became a proverb to them.

¹² They that sit in the gate talked against me, and they that drank wine sang against me.

¹³ But I will cry to you, O Lord, in my prayer; O God, it is a propitious time: in the multitude of your mercy hear me, in the truth of your salvation.

¹⁶ Why do you look in envy, you rugged mountains, at the mountain where God chooses to reign? Yes, Yahweh will dwell there forever.

¹⁷ The chariots of God are tens of thousands and thousands of thousands. The Lord is among them, from Sinai, into the sanctuary.

¹⁸ You have ascended on high. You have led away captives. You have received gifts among people, yes, among the rebellious also, that Yah God might dwell there.

¹⁹ Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears our burdens, even the God who is our salvation. Selah.

¹⁴ When the Most High put the kings to flight, it was as white as snow in Salmon.

¹⁵ A hill of God is the hill of Bashan; a hill with high tops is the hill of Bashan.

¹⁶ Why are you looking with envy, you high hills, on the hill desired by God as his resting-place? truly, God will make it his house for ever.

¹⁷ The war-carriage of God is among Israel's thousands; the Lord has come from Sinai to the holy place.

¹⁸ You have gone up on high, taking your prisoners with you; you have taken offerings from men; the Lord God has taken his place on the seat of his power.

¹⁹ Praise be to the Lord, who is our support day by day, even the God of our salvation. (Selah.)

²⁰ Our God is for us a God of salvation; his are the ways out of death.

²¹ The heads of the haters of God will be crushed; even the head of him who still goes on in his evil ways.

¹¹ The Lord gives the word: great the host of the publishers.

¹⁵ As mount Bashan is the mount of God, a many-peaked mountain, as mount Bashan.

¹⁶ Why do ye look with envy, ye many-peaked mountains, upon the mount that God hath desired for his abode? yea, Jehovah will dwell there for ever.

¹⁷ The chariots of God are twenty thousand, thousands upon thousands; the Lord is among them: it is a Sinai in holiness.

¹⁸ Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts in Man, and even for the rebellious, for the dwelling there of Jah Elohim.

¹⁹ Blessed be the Lord: day by day doth he load us with good, the God who is our salvation. Selah.

²⁰ Our God is the God of salvation; and with Jehovah, the Lord, are the goings forth even from death.

²¹ Verily God will smite the head of his enemies, the hairy scalp of him that goeth on still in his trespasses.

¹¹ And I covered my soul in fasting: and it was made a reproach to me.

¹² And I made haircloth my garment: and I became a byword to them.

¹³ They that sat in the gate spoke against me: and they that drank wine made me their song.

¹⁴ But as for me, my prayer is to thee, O Lord; for the time of thy good pleasure, O God. In the multitude of thy mercy hear me, in the truth of thy salvation.

¹⁵ Draw me out of the mire, that I may not stick fast: deliver me from them that hate me, and out of the deep waters.

¹⁶ Let not the tempest of water drown me, nor the deep swallow me up: and let not the pit shut her mouth upon me.

¹⁷ Hear me, O Lord, for thy mercy is kind; look upon me according to the multitude of thy tender mercies.

¹⁸ And turn not away thy face from thy servant: for I am in trouble, hear me speedily.

¹⁹ Attend to my soul, and deliver it: save me because of my enemies.

²⁰ Thou knowest my reproach, and my confusion, and my shame.

²¹ In thy sight are all they that afflict me; my heart hath expected reproach and misery. And I looked for one that would grieve together with me, but there was none: and for one that would comfort me, and I found none.

¹¹ The Lord gives the command, and a great army of women spread the good news.

¹² The kings of the foreign armies are quick to run away, and the women who stayed at home divide the plunder!

¹³ Why are you staying at home? There are ornaments in the shape of a dove with wings of silver and feathers of fine gold to be taken.

¹⁴ The Almighty scattered the foreign kings like a snowstorm on Mount Zalmon.

¹⁵ “Mountain of God,” Mount Bashan, with your many high peaks, Mount Bashan,

¹⁶ why do you look enviously, mountain with many peaks, at the mountain God chose as his home, where the Lord will live forever?

¹⁷ God's chariots can't be counted; there are thousands and thousands of them. He comes among them from Sinai into his Temple.

¹⁸ As you ascended to your high throne you led a procession of prisoners. You received gifts from the people, even from those who had rebelled against the home of the Lord God.

¹⁹ May the Lord be blessed, for every day he carries our burdens. God is our salvation. Selah.

²⁰ For us, God is a God who saves. The Lord God provides our escape from death.

²¹ But God will crush the heads of his enemies, the hairy heads of those who continue to sin.

¹¹ The Lord gaue matter to the women to tell of the great armie.

¹² Kings of the armies did flee: they did flee, and she that remained in the house, deuided the spoyle.

¹³ Though ye haue lien among pots, yet shall ye be as the winges of a doue that is couered with siluer, and whose fethers are like yelowe golde.

¹⁴ When the Almightie scattered Kings in it, it was white as the snowe in Zalmon.

¹⁵ The mountaine of God is like the mountaine of Bashan: it is an high Mountaine, as mount Bashan.

¹⁶ Why leape ye, ye high mountaines? as for this Mountaine, God deliteth to dwell in it: yea, the Lord will dwell in it for euer.

¹⁷ The charets of God are twentie thousande thousand Angels, and the Lord is among them, as in the Sanctuarie of Sinai.

¹⁸ Thou art gone vp on high: thou hast led captiuitie captiue, and receiued giftes for men: yea, euen the rebellious hast thou led, that the Lord God might dwell there.

¹⁹ Praysed be the Lord, euen the God of our saluation, which ladeth vs dayly with benefites. Selah.

²⁰ This is our God, euen the God that saueth vs: and to the Lord God belong the issues of death.

²¹ Surely God will wound the head of his enemies, and the hearie pate of him that walketh in his sinnes.

¹⁴ (68:15) When the Almighty scattered kings in the midst of her, then even in darkness shone light as pure as snow.

¹⁵ (68:16) A mountain of God is the mount of Bashan; many peaks hath the mount of Bashan.

¹⁶ (68:17) Why watch ye enviously, ye many-peaked mountains, yonder mountain which God hath chosen for his residence? yea, the Lord will also dwell there for ever.

¹⁷ (68:18) The chariots of God are two myriads; thousands of angels follow him: the Lord is among them: so is Sinai holy among mountains.

¹⁸ (68:19) Thou didst ascend on high, lead away captives, receive gifts among men, yea, even the rebellious, to dwell among them. O Lord God.

¹⁹ (68:20) Blessed be the Lord; day by day he loadeth us with benefits; our God is our salvation. Selah.

²⁰ (68:21) Our God is to us the God of salvation: and by the Eternal the Lord are the escapes from death.

²¹ (68:22) But God will crush the head of his enemies, the hairy skull of him who walketh in his guiltiness.

¹² “The kings with their armies have fled, —have fled! And the matron at home divideth the spoil.

¹³ Truly ye may repose yourselves in the stalls, Like the wings of a dove covered with silver, And her feathers with shining gold.”

¹⁴ When the Most High destroyed the kings in the land, It was white with their bones like Salmon.

¹⁵ Ye lofty hills, ye hills of Bashan, Ye many-topped hills, ye hills of Bashan,

¹⁶ Why frown ye, ye many-topped hills, At the hill in which God is pleased to dwell, In which Jehovah will dwell for ever?

¹⁷ The chariots of God are myriads, yea, thousands of thousands; The Lord is in the midst of them, as upon Sinai, in the sanctuary.

¹⁸ Thou hast ascended on high, Thou hast led captive the vanquished, Thou hast received gifts among men, Even the rebellious, that here thou mightst dwell, O LORD God!

¹⁹ Praised be the Lord daily! When we are heavy-laden, the Mighty One is our help.

²⁰ Our God is a God of salvation; From the Lord Jehovah cometh deliverance from death.

²¹ But God smiteth the head of his enemies, Even the hairy crowns of those who go on in their iniquity.

¹¹ The Lord spoke the glad tidings of victory, a great army of women proclaim it:

¹² “Kings of armies they flee, they flee, and the housewife divides the spoil:

¹³ dove's wings covered with silver and pinions with shimmer of gold,

¹⁴ set with stones, like snow upon Zalmon.”

¹⁵ A mountain of God is the mountain of Bashan, a mountain of peaks is the mountain of Bashan.

¹⁶ whereto believe ye falsely, (ye) crudded hills? The hill in which it pleaseth well God to dwell therein; for the Lord shall dwell (there) into the end. (But why, ye curdled hills, gaze ye with envy at the hill where it well pleaseth God to live? for the Lord shall live there forever!)
