¹⁰ For thou, O God, hast proved us: Thou hast tried us, as silver is tried.

¹¹ Thou broughtest us into the net; Thou layedst a sore burden upon our loins.

¹² Thou didst cause men to ride over our heads; We went through fire and through water; But thou broughtest us out into a wealthy place.

¹³ I will come into thy house with burnt-offerings; I will pay thee my vows,

¹⁴ Which my lips uttered, And my mouth spake, when I was in distress.

¹⁵ I will offer unto thee burnt-offerings of fatlings, With the incense of rams; I will offer bullocks with goats. Selah

¹⁶ Come, and hear, all ye that fear God, And I will declare what he hath done for my soul.

¹⁷ I cried unto him with my mouth, And he was extolled with my tongue.

¹⁰ God, you have tested us; you have allowed us to experience great difficulties to make our lives become pure as people put precious metals in a hot fire to burn out what is impure MET.

¹¹ It is as if you allowed us to fall into traps MET, and you forced us to endure difficult things which were like putting heavy loads on our backs MET.

¹² You allowed our enemies to trample on us; we experienced difficulties/troubles that were like MET walking through fires and floods, but now you have brought us into a place where we have plenty.

¹³ Yahweh, I will bring to your temple offerings that are to be completely burned on the altar; I will offer to you what I promised.

¹⁴ When I was experiencing much trouble, I said that I would bring offerings to you if you rescued me; and you did rescue me, so I will bring to you what I promised.

¹⁵ I will bring sheep to be burned on the altar, and I will also sacrifice bulls and goats, and when they are burning, you will be pleased when the smoke rises up ◄ to you/to the sky►.

¹⁶ All you people who revere God, come and listen, and I will tell you what he has done for me.

¹⁷ I called out to him to help me, and I praised him while I was speaking to him MTY.

¹⁰ For you, God, have tested us. You have refined us, as silver is refined.

¹¹ You brought us into prison. You laid a burden on our backs.

¹² You allowed men to ride over our heads. We went through fire and through water, but you brought us to the place of abundance.

¹² You let men go driving over our heads; we went through fire and through water; but you took us out into a wide place.

¹³ I will come into your house with burned offerings, I will make payment of my debt to you,

¹⁴ Keeping the word which came from my lips, and which my mouth said, when I was in trouble.

¹⁵ I will give you burned offerings of fat beasts, and the smoke of sheep; I will make offerings of oxen and goats. (Selah.)

¹⁶ Come, give ear to me, all you God-fearing men, so that I may make clear to you what he has done for my soul.

¹⁷ My voice went up to him, and I was lifted up from the underworld.

¹² Thou didst cause men to ride over our head; we went through fire and through water: but thou hast brought us out into abundance.

¹² You let people ride roughshod over us; we suffered through fire and flooding, but you brought us to a safe place.

¹³ I will come to your Temple with burnt offerings; I will fulfill my promises to you,

¹⁴ the promises I made when I was in trouble.

¹⁵ I will sacrifice burnt offerings to you of fattened livestock—the smoke of the sacrifice of rams, offerings of bulls and goats. Selah.

¹⁶ Come and listen, everyone who honors God, and I will tell you all he has done for me.

¹⁷ I called out to him, and praised him with my voice.

¹⁰ For thou, O God, hast proued vs, thou hast tryed vs as siluer is tryed.

¹¹ Thou hast brought vs into the snare, and layed a strait chaine vpon our loynes.

¹² Thou hast caused men to ryde ouer our heads: we went into fire and into water, but thou broughtest vs out into a welthie place.

¹³ I will go into thine House with burnt offrings, and will pay thee my vowes,

¹⁴ Which my lippes haue promised, and my mouth hath spoken in mine affliction.

¹⁵ I will offer vnto thee the burnt offerings of fat rammes with incense: I will prepare bullocks and goates. Selah.

¹⁶ Come and hearken, all ye that feare God, and I will tell you what he hath done to my soule.

¹⁷ I called vnto him with my mouth, and he was exalted with my tongue.

¹² Thou hast caused men to ride over our heads; we went through fire and through water; but Thou didst bring us out unto abundance.

¹³ I will come into Thy house with burnt-offerings, I will perform unto Thee my vows,

¹⁴ Which my lips have uttered, and my mouth hath spoken, when I was in distress.

¹⁵ I will offer unto Thee burnt-offerings of fatlings, with the sweet smoke of rams; I will offer bullocks with goats. Selah

¹⁴ Which my lips have uttered, and my mouth hath spoken, when I was in distress.

¹⁵ Burnt-offerings of fatlings will I offer up unto thee, with the incense of rams; I will prepare steers with he-goats. Selah.

¹⁶ Come, hear, and I will relate, all ye that fear God, what he hath done for my soul.

¹⁷ Unto him I cried with my mouth, and a song of extolling was on my tongue.

¹⁰ Thou hast, indeed, proved us, O God! Thou hast tried us as silver is tried.

¹¹ Thou broughtest us into a snare, And didst lay a heavy burden upon our backs;

¹² Thou didst cause men to ride upon our heads, And we have gone through fire and water: But thou hast brought us to a place of abundance.

¹³ I will go into thy house with burnt-offerings! I will pay thee my vows,—

¹⁴ The vows which my lips uttered. Which my mouth promised in my trouble.

¹⁵ Burnt sacrifices of fatlings will I offer to thee with the fat of rams; Bullocks, with he-goats, will I sacrifice to thee. Pause.

¹⁶ Come and hear, all ye who fear God, And I will relate what he hath done for me!

¹⁷ I called upon him with my mouth, And praise is now upon my tongue.

¹⁰ For you, God, have tested us, have tried us, as silver is tried.

¹¹ You did bring us into prison, and put chains upon us,

¹² you did let people ride over our head. We went through fire and through water, but you led us out to a spacious place.

¹³ I will enter your house with burnt-offerings, I will pay to you my vows,

¹⁴ which my open lips have uttered, arid my mouth has declared in my straits.

¹⁵ I will offer you offerings of fatlings, with the odour of burning rams, I will sacrifice bullocks with goats. Selah

¹² thou settedest or puttest men on our heads. We passed by or through fire and water; and thou leddest us out into refreshing.

¹³ I shall enter into thine house in burnt sacrifices; I shall yield to thee my vows,

¹⁴ which my lips spake distinctly. And my mouth spake in my tribulation;

¹⁵ I shall offer to thee burnt sacrifices full of marrow, with the burning of rams; I shall offer to thee oxes or oxen with bucks of goats.

¹⁶ All ye that dread God, come and hear, and I shall tell; how great things he hath done to my soul.

¹⁷ I cried to him with my mouth; and I joyed fully or full out joyed under my tongue.

¹⁰ For thou, God, hast proved us; thou hast examined us by fire, as silver is examined, (or thou hast assayed us by fire, like silver is proved, or assayed).

¹¹ Thou leddest us into a snare, thou puttedest tribulations in our back; (Thou hast led us into a trap, thou hast put troubles upon our backs;)

¹² thou settedest men on our heads. We passed by fire and water; and thou leddest us out into refreshing. (thou settedest men to ride upon our heads. We passed through fire and water; and then thou leddest us out into refreshing.)

¹³ I shall enter into thine house in burnt sacrifices; I shall yield to thee my vows, (I shall enter into thy House with burnt sacrifices; I shall pay my vows to thee,)

¹⁴ which my lips spake distinctly. And my mouth spake in my tribulation; (which my lips shall speak clearly, or distinctly. Yea, what I said I would do, when I was in trouble, and you helped me.)

¹⁵ I shall offer to thee burnt sacrifices full of marrow, with the burning of rams; I shall offer to thee oxes with bucks of goats.

¹⁶ All ye that dread God, come and hear, and I shall tell; how great things he hath done to my soul. (All ye who fear God, come and listen; and I shall tell you what great things he hath done for my soul./All ye who revere God, come and listen; and I shall tell you what great things he hath done for me.)

¹⁷ I cried to him with my mouth; and I joyed fully under my tongue. (I cried to him with my mouth; and I praised him with my tongue.)

¹⁰ For Thou hast tried us, O God, Thou hast refined us as the refining of silver.

¹¹ Thou hast brought us into a net, Thou hast placed pressure on our loins.

¹² Thou hast caused man to ride at our head. We have entered into fire and into water, And Thou bringest us out to a watered place.

¹³ I enter Thy house with burnt-offerings, I complete to Thee my vows,

¹⁴ For opened were my lips, And my mouth spake in my distress:

¹⁵ 'Burnt-offerings of fatlings I offer to Thee, With perfume of rams, I prepare a bullock with he-goats.' Selah.

¹⁶ Come, hear, all ye who fear God, And I recount what he did for my soul.

¹⁷ Unto Him with my mouth I have called, And exaltation is under my tongue.
