⁶ They search out iniquities; We have accomplished, say they, a diligent search: And the inward thought and the heart of every one is deep.

⁷ But God will shoot at them; With an arrow suddenly shall they be wounded.

⁸ So they shall be made to stumble, their own tongue being against them: All that see them shall wag the head.

⁹ And all men shall fear; And they shall declare the work of God, And shall wisely consider of his doing.

¹⁰ The righteous shall be glad in Jehovah, and shall take refuge in him; And all the upright in heart shall glory.

⁶ Thou art wonderful in righteousness. Hearken to us, O God our Saviour; the hope of all the ends of the earth, and of them that are on the sea afar off:

⁷ who dost establish the mountains in thy strength, being girded about with power;

⁸ who troublest the depth of the sea, the sounds of its waves.

⁹ The nations shall be troubled, and they that inhabit the ends of the earth shall be afraid of thy signs; thou wilt cause the outgoings of morning and evening to rejoice.

¹⁰ Thou hast visited the earth, and saturated it; thou hast abundantly enriched it. The river of God is filled with water; thou hast prepared their food, for thus is the preparation of it.

⁸ Because of what they say MTY, he will get rid of them, and then everyone who sees what has happened to them will shake their heads to ridicule them.

⁹ And then everyone will be afraid to sin because of what might happen to them, also; they will tell others what God has done, and they themselves will think much about it.

¹⁰ Righteous people should rejoice because of what Yahweh has done; they should go to him to ◄find protection/be safe►; and all those who are godly will praise him.

⁸ The evil of their tongues is the cause of their fall; all those who see them are shaking their heads at them.

⁹ And in fear men make public the works of God; and giving thought to his acts they get wisdom.

¹⁰ The upright will be glad in the Lord and have hope in him; and all the lovers of righteousness will give him glory.

⁶ They devise iniquities: We have it ready, the plan is diligently sought out. And each one's inward thought and heart is deep.

⁸ By their own tongue they are made to fall over one another: all that see them shall flee away.

⁶ Wonderful in justice. Hear us, O God our saviour, who art the hope of all the ends of the earth, and in the sea afar off.

⁷ Thou who preparest the mountains by thy strength, being girded with power:

⁸ Who troublest the depth of the sea, the noise of its waves. The Gentiles shall be troubled,

⁹ And they that dwell in the uttermost borders shall be afraid at thy signs: thou shalt make the outgoings of the morning and of the evening to be joyful.

¹⁰ Thou hast visited the earth, and hast plentifully watered it; thou hast many ways enriched it. The river of God is filled with water, thou hast prepared their food: for so is its preparation.

⁶ They plot wicked things. “What a great plan we've created!” they say. There are no limits to the depths to which human minds and thoughts can sink.

⁷ But God will shoot them with arrows; all of a sudden they will be wounded.

⁸ What they themselves say will trip them up; people who see them will mock them, shaking their heads at them.

⁹ Then everyone will be frightened. They will say that this is the work of God, and they will think about what he has done.

¹⁰ Those who are right with the Lord will be happy in him, they will go to him for protection. Those who live right will praise him.

⁶ They haue sought out iniquities, and haue accomplished that which they sought out, euen euery one his secret thoughtes, and the depth of his heart.

⁷ But God will shoote an arrowe at them suddenly: their strokes shalbe at once.

⁸ They shall cause their owne tongue to fall vpon them: and whosoeuer shall see them, shall flee away.

⁹ And all men shall see it, and declare the worke of God, and they shall vnderstand, what he hath wrought.

¹⁰ But the righteous shall be glad in the Lord, and trust in him: and all that are vpright of heart, shall reioyce.

⁹ (64:10) All men shall fear, and shall declare the deeds of God, and understand his works.

⁸ For their tongue he will bring them to ruin, all will shudder with horror at the sight of them.

⁹ Then every person, touched to awe, as they ponder what God has wrought, will tell the tale of his deeds.

¹⁰ In the Lord shall the righteous rejoice, in him shall they take refuge; and all the true-hearted shall glory.

⁸ and the tongues of them be made sick against them. All men be troubled, that saw them;

⁹ and each man dreaded. And they told the works of God; and they understood the deeds of him.

¹⁰ The just or rightwise man shall be glad in the Lord, and shall hope in him; and all men of rightful heart shall be praised.

⁶ They sought wickednesses; they sought, and failed (not) in seeking. A man nighed to a deep heart; (They sought out wickednesses; yea, they sought them out, and failed not in finding them, for their hearts be dark and deep.)

⁷ and God shall be enhanced. The arrows of little men, that is, (of) envious men, be made the wounds of them; (But God shall shoot his arrows at them; and then suddenly they shall be the ones who be wounded.)

⁸ and the tongues of them be made sick against them. All men be troubled, that saw them; (And their tongues, that is, their own evil words, shall be their own undoing. And all who see them shall shake their heads;)

⁹ and each man dreaded. And they told the works of God; and they understood the deeds of him. (and every person shall be afraid. And they shall tell about the works of God; for they shall understand his deeds, that is, why he hath done all this.)

¹⁰ The just man shall be glad in the Lord, and shall hope in him; and all men of rightful heart shall be praised. (The righteous shall be glad in the Lord, and shall trust him; and all who have upright hearts shall praise him.)

⁶ They search out perverse things, 'We perfected a searching search,' And the inward part of man, and the heart are deep.

⁷ And God doth shoot them with an arrow, Sudden have been their wounds,

⁸ And they cause him to stumble, Against them is their own tongue, Every looker on them fleeth away.

⁹ And all men fear, and declare the work of God, And His deed they have considered wisely.

¹⁰ The righteous doth rejoice in Jehovah, And hath trusted in Him, And boast themselves do all the upright of heart!
