⁵ The arrogant shall not stand in thy sight: Thou hatest all workers of iniquity.

⁶ Thou wilt destroy them that speak lies: Jehovah abhorreth the blood-thirsty and deceitful man.

⁷ But as for me, in the abundance of thy lovingkindness will I come into thy house: In thy fear will I worship toward thy holy temple.

⁸ Lead me, O Jehovah, in thy righteousness because of mine enemies; Make thy way straight before my face.

⁹ For there is no faithfulness in their mouth; Their inward part is very wickedness; Their throat is an open sepulchre; They flatter with their tongue.

¹⁰ Hold them guilty, O God; Let them fall by their own counsels; Thrust them out in the multitude of their transgressions; For they have rebelled against thee.

⁵ For thou art not a God that desires iniquity; neither shall the worker of wickedness dwell with thee.

⁶ Neither shall the transgressors continue in thy sight: thou hatest, O Lord, all them that work iniquity.

⁵ You do not allow those who are very proud to come to you to worship you. You hate all those who do evil things.

⁶ You get rid of liars, and you despise those who murder others and those who deceive others.

⁷ Yahweh, because you love me so much and so faithfully, I come into your temple. I revere you greatly, and I bow down to worship you at your sacred temple.

⁸ Yahweh, because you act righteously toward me, show me what is right for me to do. Because I have many enemies, show me clearly what you want me to do.

⁹ My enemies never say what is true; they just want to destroy others. The things that they say MTY are as foul as an open grave where a corpse is decaying. They use their tongues to tell lies.

¹⁰ O God, declare that they are guilty MTY and punish them. Cause them to experience the same disasters/troubles that they plan to cause to happen to others. Get rid of them because they have committed many sins, and they have rebelled against you.

⁷ But as for me, I will come into your house, in the full measure of your mercy; and in your fear I will give worship, turning my eyes to your holy Temple.

⁸ Be my guide, O Lord, in the ways of your righteousness, because of those who are against me; make your way straight before my face.

⁹ For no faith may be put in their words; their inner part is nothing but evil; their throat is like an open place for the dead; smooth are the words of their tongues.

¹⁰ Send them to destruction, O Lord; let their evil designs be the cause of their fall; let them be forced out by all their sins; because they have gone against your authority.

⁵ Insolent fools shall not stand before thine eyes; thou hatest all workers of iniquity.

⁷ But as for me, in the greatness of thy loving-kindness will I enter thy house; I will bow down toward the temple of thy holiness in thy fear.

⁸ Lead me, Jehovah, in thy righteousness, because of my foes; make thy way plain before me.

⁹ For there is no certainty in their mouth; their inward part is perversion, their throat is an open sepulchre; they flatter with their tongue.

¹⁰ Bring guilt upon them, O God; let them fall by their own counsels: drive them out in the multitude of their transgressions, for they have rebelled against thee.

⁵ In the morning I will stand before thee, and will see: because thou art not a God that willest iniquity.

⁶ Neither shall the wicked dwell near thee: nor shall the unjust abide before thy eyes.

⁷ Thou hatest all the workers of iniquity: Thou wilt destroy all that speak a lie. The bloody and the deceitful man the Lord will abhor.

⁸ But as for me in the multitude of thy mercy, I will come into thy house; I will worship towards thy holy temple, in thy fear.

⁹ Conduct me, O Lord, in thy justice: because of my enemies, direct my way in thy sight.

¹⁰ For there is no truth in their mouth; their heart is vain.

⁵ The proud cannot come into your presence; you hate everyone who does evil.

⁶ You destroy those who tell lies. The Lord loathes bloodthirsty and deceptive people.

⁷ But because of the greatness of your trustworthy love, I can come into your house; in awe of you I bow down towards your holy Temple.

⁸ Lead me, Lord, you who always does what is right, save me from my enemies. Make your way clear to me.

⁹ Nothing they say can be trusted; their main desire is to destroy. Their throat is like an open grave; their tongues are full of flattery.

¹⁰ God, condemn them as guilty! Make them fall because of their evil plans. Throw them out because of all their sins, for they have rebelled against you.

⁷ (5-8) But as for me, in the abundance of Thy lovingkindness will I come into Thy house; I will bow down toward Thy holy temple in the fear of Thee.

⁸ (5-9) O LORD, lead me in Thy righteousness because of them that lie in wait for me; make Thy way straight before my face.

⁹ (5-10) For there is no sincerity in their mouth; their inward part is a yawning gulf, their throat is an open sepulchre; they make smooth their tongue.

¹⁰ (5-11) Hold them guilty, O God, let them fall by their own counsels; cast them down in the multitude of their transgressions; for they have rebelled against Thee.

¹⁰ Requite them, O God! Let them be confounded in their devices; Cast them out for the multitude of their transgressions; For against thee have they rebelled!

⁷ But I, through your kindness abundant, may enter your house, and towards the shrine of your temple may reverently bow.

¹⁰ Condemn them, God; let their schemes bring them down to the ground. For their numberless crimes thrust them down for playing the rebel against you.

¹⁰ God, deem thou them. Fall they down from their thoughts; after the multitude of their wickednesses, or un-piousnesses, cast thou them down; for, Lord, they have stirred thee to wrath.

⁵ neither unjust men shall dwell before thine eyes. Thou hatest all them that work wickedness; (nor shall the unrighteous stand before thine eyes. Thou hatest all those who do evil;)

⁶ thou shalt lose them that speak leasing. The Lord shall hold abominable a man-queller, and a guileful man. (thou shalt destroy those who tell lies. And the Lord shall hold as abominable man-killers, that is, murderers, and liars.)

⁷ But Lord, in the multitude of thy mercy, I shall enter into thine house; I shall worship to(ward) thine holy temple in thy dread. (But Lord, because of thy great love, I shall enter into thy House; I shall bow toward thy holy Temple in reverence for thee.)

⁸ Lord, lead thou forth me in thy rightwiseness for mine enemies; (ad)dress thou my way in thy sight. (Lord, lead thou me forth in thy righteousness, because my enemies be all around me; direct thou my way before thee or direct thou me along thy way.)

⁹ For truth is not in their mouth; their heart is vain. Their throat is an open sepulchre, they did guilefully with their tongues; (For truth is not in their mouths; their hearts be empty. Their throats be an open tomb, or an open grave, and everything they say is deceitful, or corrupt;)

¹⁰ God, deem thou them. Fall they down from their thoughts; after the multitude of their wickednesses, or unpiousnesses, cast thou them down; for, Lord, they have stirred thee to wrath. (God, judge thou them. Let them fall by their own thoughts; throw thou them down after all their wickednesses; for, Lord, they have rebelled against thee.)
