³ But thou, O Jehovah, art a shield about me; My glory, and the lifter up of my head.

⁴ I cry unto Jehovah with my voice, And he answereth me out of his holy hill. Selah

⁵ I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for Jehovah sustaineth me.

³ Many say concerning my soul, There is no deliverance for him in his God. Pause.

⁴ But thou, O Lord, art my helper: my glory, and the one that lifts up my head.

⁵ I cried to the Lord with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy mountain. Pause.

³ But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.

⁴ I cry out to you, Yahweh, and you answer me from Zion, your sacred hill.

⁵ At night I lie down and sleep, and I awake in the morning feeling good/refreshed because you, Yahweh, ◄take care of/protect► me all during the night.
