³⁷ Mark the perfect man, and behold the upright; For there is a happy end to the man of peace.

³⁸ As for transgressors, they shall be destroyed together: The end of the wicked shall be cut off.

³⁹ But the salvation of the righteous is of Jehovah: He is their stronghold in the time of trouble.

⁴⁰ And Jehovah helpeth them, and rescueth them: He rescueth them from the wicked, and saveth them, Because they have taken refuge in him.

³⁷ Mark the perfect man, and behold the upright: for the end of that man is peace.

³⁸ But Yahweh will get rid of the wicked; he will also get rid of their descendants (OR, as a result, they will not have any descendants).

³⁹ Yahweh rescues righteous people; in times of trouble he protects them MET.

⁴⁰ Yahweh helps them and saves them; he rescues them from being attacked/harmed by wicked people because they go to him to be protected MET.

³⁷ Marke the vpright man, and beholde the iust: for the end of that man is peace.

³⁹ But the saluation of the righteous men shalbe of the Lord: he shalbe their strength in the time of trouble.

⁴⁰ For the Lord shall helpe them, and deliuer them: he shall deliuer them from the wicked, and shall saue them, because they trust in him.

³⁹ But the health of just or rightwise men is of the Lord; and he is their defender in the time of tribulation.

⁴⁰ And the Lord shall help them, and shall make them free, and he shall deliver them from sinners; and he shall save them, for they hoped in him.

³⁷ Keep thou innocence, and see equity; for those be relics to a peaceable man. (Mark thou the innocent, and look upon the righteous; for they be the progeny of peaceful people.)

³⁸ Forsooth unjust men shall perish; the remnants/the relics of wicked men shall perish (al)together. (But the unjust, or the unrighteous, shall perish; yea, the progeny of the wicked shall altogether perish.)

³⁹ But the health of just men is of the Lord; and he is their defender in the time of tribulation. (But the salvation, or the deliverance, of the righteous is from the Lord; and he is their defender in their time of trouble.)

⁴⁰ And the Lord shall help them, and shall make them free, and he shall deliver them from sinners; and he shall save them, for they hoped in him, (or and he shall save them, for they trusted in him).

³⁷ Observe the perfect, and see the upright, For the latter end of each is peace.

³⁹ And the salvation of the righteous is from Jehovah, Their strong place in a time of adversity.

⁴⁰ And Jehovah doth help them and deliver them, He delivereth them from the wicked, And saveth them, Because they trusted in Him!
