¹¹ But the meek shall inherit the land, And shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.

¹² The wicked plotteth against the just, And gnasheth upon him with his teeth.

¹³ The Lord will laugh at him; For he seeth that his day is coming.

¹⁴ The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, To cast down the poor and needy, To slay such as are upright in the way.

¹⁵ Their sword shall enter into their own heart, And their bows shall be broken.

¹⁶ Better is a little that the righteous hath Than the abundance of many wicked.

¹⁷ For the arms of the wicked shall be broken; But Jehovah upholdeth the righteous.

¹⁸ Jehovah knoweth the days of the perfect; And their inheritance shall be for ever.

¹⁹ They shall not be put to shame in the time of evil; And in the days of famine they shall be satisfied.

²⁰ But the wicked shall perish, And the enemies of Jehovah shall be as the fat of lambs: They shall consume; in smoke shall they consume away.

²¹ The wicked borroweth, and payeth not again; But the righteous dealeth graciously, and giveth.

²² For such as are blessed of him shall inherit the land; And they that are cursed of him shall be cut off.

¹¹ My heart is troubled, my strength has failed me; and the light of mine eyes is not with me.

¹² My friends and my neighbours drew near before me, and stood still; and my nearest of kin stood afar off.

¹³ While they pressed hard upon me that sought my soul: and they that sought my hurt spoke vanities, and devised deceits all the day.

¹⁴ But I, as a deaf man, heard not; and was as a dumb man not opening his mouth.

¹⁵ And I was as a man that hears not, and who has no reproofs in his mouth.

¹⁶ For I hoped in thee, O Lord: thou wilt hear, O Lord my God.

¹⁷ For I said, Lest mine enemies rejoice against me: for when my feet were moved, they spoke boastingly against me.

¹⁸ For I am ready for plagues, and my grief is continually before me.

¹⁹ For I will declare mine iniquity, and be distressed for my sin.

²⁰ But mine enemies live, and are mightier than I: and they that hate me unjustly are multiplied.

²¹ They that reward evil for good slandered me; because I followed righteousness.

²² Forsake me not, O Lord my God: depart not from me.

²² For such as be blessed of him shall inherit the land; and they that be cursed of him shall be cut off.

¹¹ But those who are humble will live safely in their land. They will happily enjoy living peacefully and having the other good things that Yahweh gives them.

¹² Wicked people plan to harm righteous/godly people; they snarl at them MET like wild animals.

¹³ But Yahweh laughs at them because he knows that some day MTY he will judge and punish the wicked people.

¹⁴ Wicked people pull out their swords/daggers and they put strings on their bows, ready to kill people who are poor DOU and to slaughter those who live righteously.

¹⁵ But they will be killed by their own swords/daggers, and their bows will be broken.

¹⁶ It is good to be righteous/godly even if you do not have many possessions, but it is bad to be wicked, even if you are very wealthy,

¹⁷ because Yahweh will completely take away the strength of wicked people, but he will ◄sustain/take care of► people who live righteously.

¹⁸ Every day Yahweh cares about those who have not done any evil things; the things that Yahweh gives them will last forever.

¹⁹ They will survive when calamities occur; when there are famines, they will still have plenty to eat.

²⁰ But wicked people will die; just like the beautiful wild flowers in the fields die under the hot sun and disappear like smoke MET, Yahweh will cause his enemies to suddenly disappear.

²¹ The wicked people borrow money, but they are not able to repay it; righteous/godly people, in contrast, have enough money that they can give generously to others.

²² Those whom Yahweh has blessed will live safely in the land that he has given to them, but he will get rid of those people whom he has cursed.

¹¹ My friends and my neighbours drew near before me, and stood still; and my nearest of kin stood afar off.

¹⁴ The evil-doers have taken out their swords, their bows are bent; for crushing the poor, and to put to death those who are upright in their ways.

¹⁵ But their swords will be turned into their hearts, and their bows will be broken.

¹⁶ The little which the good man has is better than the wealth of evil-doers.

¹⁷ For the arms of the evil-doers will be broken: but the Lord is the support of the good.

¹⁸ The days of the upright are numbered by the Lord, and their heritage will be for ever.

¹⁹ They will not be shamed in the evil time, and in the days when all are in need of food they will have enough.

²⁰ But the wrongdoers will come to destruction, and the haters of the Lord will be like the fat of lambs, they will be burned up; they will go up in smoke, and never again be seen.

²¹ The sinner takes money and does not give it back; but the upright man has mercy, and gives to others.

²² Those who have his blessing will have the earth for their heritage; but those who are cursed by him will be cut off.

¹¹ But the meek shall possess the land, and shall delight themselves in the abundance of prosperity.

¹² The wicked plotteth against the righteous, and gnasheth his teeth against him.

¹³ The Lord laugheth at him; for he seeth that his day is coming.

¹⁴ The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, to cast down the afflicted and needy, to slay those that are upright in the way:

¹⁵ their sword shall enter into their own heart, and their bows shall be broken.

¹⁶ The little that the righteous hath is better than the abundance of many wicked;

¹⁷ for the arms of the wicked shall be broken, but Jehovah upholdeth the righteous.

¹⁵ And I became as a man that heareth not: and that hath no reproofs in his mouth.

¹⁶ For in thee, O Lord, have I hoped: thou wilt hear me, O Lord my God.

¹⁷ For I said: Lest at any time my enemies rejoice over me: and whilst my feet are moved, they speak great things against me.

¹⁸ For I am ready for scourges: and my sorrow is continually before me.

¹⁹ For I will declare my inequity: and I will think for my sin.

²⁰ But my enemies live, and are stronger that I: and they hate me wrongfully are multiplied.

²¹ They that render evil for good, have detracted me, because I followed goodness.

²² Forsake me not, O Lord my God: do not thou depart from me.

¹¹ The humble will own the land; they will live there happily, in peace and prosperity.

¹² The wicked plot evil against those who do good, gnashing their teeth at them.

¹³ But the Lord laughs at them, for he sees their coming day of judgment.

¹⁴ The wicked draw their swords, and bend their bows to destroy the poor and needy, to kill those who live right.

¹⁵ But the swords of the wicked will slice through their own hearts, and their bows will be broken.

¹⁶ It's better to do right and only have a little, than to be wicked and rich.

¹⁷ For the power of the wicked will be broken, but the Lord supports those who do right.

¹⁸ The Lord knows what is happening to the innocent and grants them an eternal inheritance.

¹⁹ They will not be humiliated in bad times; even in days of famine they will have plenty to eat.

²⁰ But the wicked will die. The enemies of the Lord are like the flowers of the field—they will vanish like smoke.

²¹ The wicked borrow, but don't repay; while those who do right give generously.

²² Those who are blessed by God will own the land, but those he curses will die.

¹¹ But meeke men shall possesse the earth, and shall haue their delite in the multitude of peace.

¹² The wicked practiseth against the iust, and gnasheth his teeth against him.

¹³ But the Lord shall laugh him to scorne: for he seeth, that his day is comming.

¹⁴ The wicked haue drawen their sworde, and haue bent their bowe, to cast downe the poore and needie, and to slay such as be of vpright conuersation.

¹⁵ But their sword shall enter into their owne heart, and their bowes shalbe broken.

¹⁶ A small thing vnto the iust man is better, then great riches to the wicked and mightie.

¹⁷ For the armes of the wicked shall be broken: but the Lord vpholdeth the iust men.

¹⁸ The Lord knoweth the dayes of vpright men, and their inheritance shall bee perpetuall.

¹⁹ They shall not be confounded in the perilous time, and in the daies of famine they shall haue ynough.

²⁰ But the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of the Lord shall be consumed as the fatte of lambes: euen with the smoke shall they consume away.

²¹ The wicked boroweth and payeth not againe. but the righteous is mercifull, and giueth.

²² For such as be blessed of God, shall inherite the lande, and they that be cursed of him, shalbe cut off.

²⁰ But the wicked shall perish; Yea, the enemies of the LORD shall be consumed, like the glory of the fields; They shall be consumed into smoke.

²¹ The wicked borroweth, and repayeth not; But the righteous is merciful and bountiful.

²² For they who are blessed by God shall inherit the land, And they who are cursed by him shall be rooted out.

¹¹ But the humble will have the land, and the rapture of peace in abundance.

¹² The wicked plots against the righteous, snarls like a wild animal;

¹³ the Lord laughs, for he sees that his day is coming.

¹⁴ The wicked have drawn the sword, and bent the bow, to fell the poor, to slay those who walk uprightly;

¹⁵ but their sword will pierce their own heart, and their bows will be broken in pieces.

¹⁶ Better is the righteous person's little than the wealth of many wicked.

¹⁷ For the arms of the wicked will be broken, but the Lord upholds the righteous.

¹⁸ The Lord watches over the days of the blameless, their heritage will continue forever.

¹⁹ They will not be shamed in the evil time, in the days of famine they will be satisfied.

²⁰ Because the wicked will perish: but the foes of the Lord, like a brand in the oven, will vanish, like smoke they will vanish.

²¹ The wicked must borrow and cannot pay back, but the righteous is lavish and gives.

²² For those blest by the Lord inherit the land, while those whom he curses will be cut off.

¹¹ But the humble will have the land, and the rapture of peace in abundance.

¹⁵ Their sword shall enter into their own heart. Their bows shall be broken.

¹⁶ Better is a little that the upright has, than the abundance of many wicked.

¹⁷ For the arms of the wicked shall be broken, but Adonai upholds the upright.

¹⁸ Adonai knows the days of the perfect. Their inheritance shall be forever.

¹⁹ They shall not be disappointed in the time of evil. In the days of famine they shall be satisfied.

²⁰ But the wicked shall perish. The enemies of Adonai shall be like the beauty of the fields. They will vanish— vanish like smoke.

²¹ The wicked borrow, and don’t pay back, but the upright give generously.

¹¹ But the meek will inherit the land and will delight in great prosperity.

¹² The wicked man plots against the righteous and he grinds his teeth in rage against him.

¹³ The Lord laughs at him, for he sees that his day is coming.

¹⁴ The wicked have drawn out their swords and have bent their bows to cast down the oppressed and needy, to kill those who are upright.

¹⁵ Their swords will pierce their own hearts, and their bows will be broken.

¹⁶ Better is the little that the righteous has than the abundance of many wicked people.

¹⁷ For the arms of the wicked people will be broken, but Yahweh supports the righteous people.

¹⁸ Yahweh watches over the blameless day by day, and their heritage will be forever.

¹⁹ They will not be ashamed when times are bad. When famine comes, they will have enough to eat.

²⁰ But evil men will perish. Yahweh's enemies will be like the glory of the pastures; they will be consumed and disappear in the smoke.

²¹ The wicked person borrows but does not repay, but the righteous person is generous and gives.

²² For they that bless the Lord shall inherit the land; but they that curse him shall perish.

¹⁴ A sword have the wicked opened, And they have trodden their bow, To cause to fall the poor and needy, To slaughter the upright of the way.

¹⁶ Better is the little of the righteous, Than the store of many wicked.

¹⁷ For the arms of the wicked are shivered, And Jehovah is sustaining the righteous.

¹⁸ Jehovah knoweth the days of the perfect, And their inheritance is — to the age.

¹⁹ They are not ashamed in a time of evil, And in days of famine they are satisfied.

²⁰ But the wicked perish, and the enemies of Jehovah, As the preciousness of lambs, Have been consumed, In smoke they have been consumed.

²¹ The wicked is borrowing and repayeth not, And the righteous is gracious and giving.

²² For His blessed ones do possess the land, And His reviled ones are cut off.
