² Blessed is the man unto whom Jehovah imputeth not iniquity, And in whose spirit there is no guile.

³ When I kept silence, my bones wasted away Through my groaning all the day long.

² Praise the Lord on the harp; play to him on a psaltery of ten strings.

³ Sing to him a new song; play skilfully with a loud noise.

² Some people have done badly, but they told God they were sorry, they did not try to deceive him, and he did not growl at them. Now they are very happy.

³ Previously I did badly and I did not tell God about it. Because of that I kept on crying all day long, I was exhausted by the crying.
