³ Yea, none that wait for thee shall be put to shame: They shall be put to shame that deal treacherously without cause.

⁴ Show me thy ways, O Jehovah; Teach me thy paths.

⁵ Guide me in thy truth, and teach me; For thou art the God of my salvation; For thee do I wait all the day.

⁶ Remember, O Jehovah, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindness; For they have been ever of old.

⁷ Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: According to thy lovingkindness remember thou me, For thy goodness’ sake, O Jehovah.

⁸ Good and upright is Jehovah: Therefore will he instruct sinners in the way.

⁹ The meek will he guide in justice; And the meek will he teach his way.

¹⁰ All the paths of Jehovah are lovingkindness and truth Unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.

¹¹ For thy name’s sake, O Jehovah, Pardon mine iniquity, for it is great.

¹² What man is he that feareth Jehovah? Him shall he instruct in the way that he shall choose.

¹³ His soul shall dwell at ease; And his seed shall inherit the land.

¹⁴ The friendship of Jehovah is with them that fear him; And he will show them his covenant.

¹⁵ Mine eyes are ever toward Jehovah; For he will pluck my feet out of the net.

¹⁶ Turn thee unto me, and have mercy upon me; For I am desolate and afflicted.

¹⁷ The troubles of my heart are enlarged: Oh bring thou me out of my distresses.

¹⁸ Consider mine affliction and my travail; And forgive all my sins.

¹⁹ Consider mine enemies, for they are many; And they hate me with cruel hatred.

²⁰ Oh keep my soul, and deliver me: Let me not be put to shame, for I take refuge in thee.

²¹ Let integrity and uprightness preserve me, For I wait for thee.

³ For thy mercy is before mine eyes: and I am well pleased with thy truth.

⁴ I have not sat with the council of vanity, and will in nowise enter in with transgressors.

⁵ I have hated the assembly of wicked doers; and will not sit with ungodly men.

⁶ I will wash my hands in innocency, and compass thine altar, O Lord:

⁷ to hear the voice of praise, and to declare all thy wonderful works.

⁸ O Lord, I have loved the beauty of thy house, and the place of the tabernacle of thy glory.

⁹ Destroy not my soul together with the ungodly, nor my life with bloody men:

¹⁰ in whose hands are iniquities, and their right hand is filled with bribes.

¹¹ But I have walked in my innocence: redeem me, and have mercy upon me.

¹² My foot stands in an even place: in the congregations will I bless thee, O Lord.

³ Yea, let none that wait on thee be ashamed: let them be ashamed which transgress without cause.

⁴ Yahweh, show me the way that I should ◄conduct my life/live as you want me to►, teach me how to act in the manner that you want me to act/behave.

⁵ Teach me to conduct my life by obeying your truth because you are my God, the one who saves me. All the time I trust in you.

⁶ Yahweh, do not forget how you have acted mercifully to me and have faithfully loved me; that is the way that you have acted toward me from long ago.

⁷ Forgive me for all the sinful things I did and the ways that I rebelled against you when I was young; I ask this because you faithfully love your people and do good things for them, Yahweh, do not forget me!

⁸ Yahweh is good and fair/just; therefore he shows sinners ◄how they should conduct their lives/how to live as you want them to►.

⁹ He shows humble people what is right for them to do and teaches them what he wants them to do.

¹⁰ He always faithfully loves and does what he has promised to those who keep his agreement with them and who do what he requires.

¹¹ Yahweh, forgive me for all my sins, which are many, in order that I may honor you MTY.

¹² To all those who revere you RHQ, you show them the ◄right way to conduct their lives/things that they should do►.

¹³ They will always be prosperous, and their descendants will continue to live in this land.

¹⁴ Yahweh is a friend of those who have an awesome respect for him, and he teaches them the agreement that he made with them.

¹⁵ I always ask MTY Yahweh to help me, and he rescues me from danger MET.

¹⁶ Yahweh, pay attention to me and be merciful to me, because I am alone, and I am very distressed because I am suffering/oppressed.

¹⁷ Help me to not worry, and rescue me from my troubles.

¹⁸ Note that I am distressed and troubled DOU, and forgive me for all my sins.

¹⁹ Also note that I have many enemies, see that they hate me very much.

²⁰ Protect me, and rescue me from them; do not allow them to defeat me, with the result that I would be ashamed/disgraced; I have come to you to ◄get refuge/be safe►.

²¹ Protect me because I do what is good and honest/just PRS, and because I trust in you.

³ For your mercy is before my eyes: and I am well pleased with your truth.

⁹ He will be an upright guide to the poor in spirit: he will make his way clear to them.

¹⁰ All the ways of the Lord are mercy and good faith for those who keep his agreement and his witness.

¹¹ Because of your name, O Lord, let me have forgiveness for my sin, which is very great.

¹² If a man has the fear of the Lord, the Lord will be his teacher in the way of his pleasure.

¹³ His soul will be full of good things, and his seed will have the earth for its heritage.

¹⁴ The secret of the Lord is with those in whose hearts is the fear of him; he will make his agreement clear to them.

¹⁵ My eyes are turned to the Lord at all times; for he will take my feet out of the net.

¹⁶ Be turned to me, and have mercy on me; for I am troubled and have no helper.

¹⁷ The troubles of my heart are increased: O take me out of my sorrows.

¹⁸ Give thought to my grief and my pain; and take away all my sins.

¹⁹ See how those who are against me are increased, for bitter is their hate of me.

²⁰ O keep my soul, and take me out of danger: let me not be shamed, for I have put my faith in you.

⁸ I have loved, O Lord, the beauty of thy house; and the place where thy glory dwelleth.

⁹ Take not away my soul, O God, with the wicked: nor my life with bloody men:

¹⁰ In whose hands are iniquities: their right hand is filled with gifts.

¹¹ But as for me, I have walked in my innocence: redeem me, and have mercy on me.

¹² My foot hath stood in the direct way: in the churches I will bless thee, O Lord.

³ No one who trusts in you will be humiliated, but humiliation comes to those who are deliberately dishonest.

⁴ Show me your ways, Lord; teach me to follow your paths.

⁵ Lead me in your truth and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation. All day long I put my trust in you.

⁶ Remember, Lord, your compassion and trustworthy love—they are eternal!

⁷ Please don't remember the sins of my youth when I rebelled against you. Instead, remember me according to your trustworthy love, remember me because of your goodness, Lord.

⁸ The Lord is good and he is right; that is why he shows the way to those who are lost.

⁹ He leads those who are humble in doing what's right, teaching them his way.

¹⁰ The Lord's paths are those of trustworthy love and truth for those who keep his agreement and do as he says.

¹¹ Lord, because of your nature, forgive my many sins.

¹² Who are those who respect the Lord? He will show them the path to choose.

¹³ They will continue to be prosperous, and their descendants will inherit the land.

¹⁴ The Lord is friends with those who respect him, explaining to them his agreement.

¹⁵ I always look to the Lord, for he rescues me when I'm trapped.

¹⁶ Watch over me and be good to me, because I am all alone and suffering.

¹⁷ My problems get bigger and bigger. Please save me from all I'm going through.

¹⁸ See all my troubles and trials. Please forgive my sins.

¹⁹ Look at how many enemies I have, and how they really hate me!

²⁰ Please look after me and save me! Don't let me be humiliated, for you are the one who protects me.

²¹ May integrity and honesty defend me because I place my confidence in you.

³ So all that hope in thee, shall not be ashamed: but let them be confounded, that transgresse without cause.

⁷ Sins of my youth, and my transgressions, Do not Thou remember. According to Thy kindness be mindful of me, For Thy goodness' sake, O Jehovah.

⁸ Good and upright is Jehovah, Therefore He directeth sinners in the way.

⁹ He causeth the humble to tread in judgment, And teacheth the humble His way.

¹⁰ All the paths of Jehovah are kindness and truth, To those keeping His covenant, And His testimonies.

¹¹ For Thy name's sake, O Jehovah, Thou hast pardoned mine iniquity, for it is great.

¹² Who is this — the man fearing Jehovah? He directeth him in the way He doth choose.

¹³ His soul in good doth remain, And his seed doth possess the land.

¹⁴ The secret of Jehovah is for those fearing Him, And His covenant — to cause them to know.

¹⁵ Mine eyes are continually unto Jehovah, For He bringeth out from a net my feet.

¹⁶ Turn Thou unto me, and favour me, For lonely and afflicted am I.

¹⁷ The distresses of my heart have enlarged themselves, From my distresses bring me out.

¹⁸ See mine affliction and my misery, And bear with all my sins.

¹⁹ See my enemies, for they have been many, And with violent hatred they have hated me.

²⁰ Keep my soul, and deliver me, Let me not be ashamed, for I trusted in Thee.

²¹ Integrity and uprightness do keep me, For I have waited on Thee.
