⁶ But I am a worm, and no man; A reproach of men, and despised of the people.

⁷ All they that see me laugh me to scorn: They shoot out the lip, they shake the head, saying,

⁶ Thy mercy also shall follow me all the days of my life: and my dwelling shall be in the house of the Lord for a very long time.

⁷ Everyone who sees me HYP makes fun of me. They sneer at me and insult me by shaking their heads at me as though I were an evil man. They say,

⁶ And thy mercy will follow me all the days of my life. And that I may dwell in the house of the Lord unto length of days.

⁶ But I'm a worm, not a man, scorned and despised by everyone.

⁷ People who see me mock me. They laugh at me and shake their heads, saying,

⁶ But I am a worme, and not a man: a shame of men, and the contempt of the people.

⁷ All they that see me, haue me in derision: they make a mowe and nod the head, saying,

⁷ All who see me mock me, with mouths wide open and wagging heads:
