Psalms 22:26-31 in English

²⁶ The meek shall eat and be satisfied; They shall praise Jehovah that seek after him: Let your heart live for ever.

²⁷ All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn unto Jehovah; And all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.

²⁸ For the kingdom is Jehovah’s; And he is the ruler over the nations.

²⁹ All the fat ones of the earth shall eat and worship: All they that go down to the dust shall bow before him, Even he that cannot keep his soul alive.

³⁰ A seed shall serve him; It shall be told of the Lord unto the next generation.

³¹ They shall come and shall declare his righteousness Unto a people that shall be born, that he hath done it.

²⁶ The poor people whom I have invited to the meal will eat as much as they want. All who come worship Yahweh will praise him. I pray that God will enable you all to live a long and happy life!

²⁷ I pray that people in all nations, even in the remote areas, will think about Yahweh and turn to him, and that people from all the clans in the world will bow down before him.

²⁸ Because Yahweh is the king! He rules all the nations.

²⁹ I desire that all the rich people on the earth will bow before him. Some day they will die, but I want them to prostrate themselves on the ground in his presence before they die.

³⁰ People ◄in the future generations/who have not been born yet► will also serve Yahweh. Our descendants will be told about what Yahweh has done.

³¹ People who are not yet born, who will live in future years, will be told how Yahweh rescued his people. People will tell them, “Yahweh did it!”

²⁹ All the fat ones of the earth will give him worship; all those who go down to the dust will make themselves low before him, even he who has not enough for the life of his soul.

³⁰ A seed will be his servant; the doings of the Lord will be made clear to the generation which comes after.

³¹ They will come and make his righteousness clear to a people of the future because he has done this.

²⁹ All who prosper come to feast and worship. Bow down before him, all those destined for the grave—for none can keep themselves alive.

³⁰ Our descendants will serve him; they will tell the next generation about the Lord.

³¹ They will come and tell those yet to be born how good the Lord is, and all that he has done!

³⁰ (22:31) Distant ages shall serve him; there shall be related of the Lord unto future generations.

³¹ (22:32) They will come, and will tell his righteousness unto a people yet unborn, that he hath done this.

²⁶ The afflicted shall eat, and be satisfied; They that seek the LORD shall praise him; Your hearts shall be glad for ever and ever!

²⁷ All the ends of the earth shall remember, and turn to Jehovah; All the families of the nations shall worship before thee!

²⁸ For the kingdom is Jehovah's; He is the governor of the nations.

²⁹ All the rich of the earth shall eat and worship; Before him shall they also bow, who are going down to the dust, Who cannot keep themselves alive.

³⁰ The future generation shall serve him; The race which is to come shall hear of Jehovah.

³¹ They shall come, and declare his righteousness; His mighty deeds to the people that shall be born.

²⁶ The afflicted will eat to their heart's desire, and those who seek after the Lord will praise him. Lift up your hearts forever.

²⁷ All will call it to mind, to the ends of the earth, and turn to the Lord; and all tribes of the nations will bow down before you.

²⁸ For the kingdom belongs to the Lord: he is the Lord of the nations.

²⁹ To him will bow down all who sleep in the earth, and before him bend all who go down to the dust, and those who could not preserve their lives.

³⁰ My descendants will tell of the Lord to the next generation;

³¹ they will declare his righteousness to people yet to be born: He has done it.

²⁹ All the prosperous people of the earth will feast and will worship; all those who are descending into the dust will bow before him, those who cannot preserve their own lives.

³⁰ A generation to come will serve him; they will tell the next generation of the Lord.

³¹ They will come and tell of his righteousness; they will tell to a people not yet born what he has done!

²⁹ All the fat men of earth ate and worshipped; all men, that go down into earth, shall fall down in his sight. And my soul shall live to him;

³⁰ and my seed shall serve him. A generation to coming shall be told to the Lord;

³¹ and heavens shall tell his rightful-ness or rightwiseness to the people that shall be born, whom the Lord made.

²⁶ Poor men shall eat, and shall be ful filled, and they shall praise the Lord, that seek him; the hearts of them shall live into the world of world. (The poor shall eat, and shall be satisfied; and they who seek the Lord shall praise him, and their hearts shall live forever and ever.)

²⁷ All the ends of earth shall bethink; and shall be converted to the Lord. And all the families of heathen men, shall worship in his sight. (All the ends of the earth shall remember the Lord; and shall turn to him. And all the families of the heathen, shall worship before him.)

²⁸ For the realm is the Lord’s; and he shall be Lord of heathen men. (For the Lord is the King; and he is the Lord of the heathen, yea, of all the nations.)

²⁹ All the fat men of earth ate and worshipped; all men, that go down into earth, shall fall down in his sight. And my soul shall live to him; (All the proud people of the earth shall eat at his feasts, and they shall worship him; all those, who go down into the earth, yea, who go down into the grave, shall bow down before him. And my soul shall live for him;)

³⁰ and my seed shall serve him. A generation to coming shall be told to the Lord; (and my children, or my descendants, shall serve him. The generations to come shall be told about the Lord;)

³¹ and heavens shall tell his rightfulness to the people that shall be born, whom the Lord made. (they shall tell of his righteousness to the people yet to be born, yea, what the Lord hath done, or that the Lord hath done this.)

²⁶ The humble do eat and are satisfied, Praise Jehovah do those seeking Him, Your heart doth live for ever.

²⁷ Remember and return unto Jehovah, Do all ends of the earth, And before Thee bow themselves, Do all families of the nations,

²⁸ For to Jehovah is the kingdom, And He is ruling among nations.

²⁹ And the fat ones of earth have eaten, And they bow themselves, Before Him bow do all going down to dust, And he who hath not revived his soul.

³⁰ A seed doth serve Him, It is declared of the Lord to the generation.

³¹ They come and declare His righteousness, To a people that is borne, that He hath made!
