³ Praise ye Jehovah; for Jehovah is good: Sing praises unto his name; for it is pleasant.

⁴ For Jehovah hath chosen Jacob unto himself, And Israel for his own possession.

⁵ For I know that Jehovah is great, And that our Lord is above all gods.

⁶ Whatsoever Jehovah pleased, that hath he done, In heaven and in earth, in the seas and in all deeps;

³ Give thanks to the Lord of lords: for his mercy endures for ever.

⁴ To him who alone has wrought great wonders: for his mercy endures for ever.

⁵ To him who made the heavens by understanding; for his mercy endures for ever.

⁶ To him who established the earth on the waters; for his mercy endures for ever.

³ Praise the LORD; for the LORD is good: sing praises unto his name; for it is pleasant.

⁴ For the LORD hath chosen Jacob unto himself, and Israel for his peculiar treasure.

⁶ Yahweh does whatever he desires to do, in heaven and on the earth and in the seas/oceans, down to the bottom of the seas.

³ Give thanks to the Lord of lords: for his mercy endures for ever.

⁶ The Lord has done whatever was pleasing to him, in heaven, and on the earth, in the seas and in all the deep waters.

³ Praise the Lord, for the Lord is good; sing praises to his character because it is wonderful!

⁵ I know how great the Lord is—our Lord is greater than all gods.

⁶ The Lord does whatever he wants throughout heaven and earth, on the seas and in the ocean depths.

³ Praise ye the Lord, for the Lord is good; sing ye to his name, for it is sweet (or for it is pleasant to do so).

⁴ For the Lord chose Jacob to himself; and Israel into possession to himself. (For the Lord chose Jacob for himself; yea, he chose Israel as his special possession.)

⁵ For I have known, that the Lord is great; and our God (is) before all gods. (For I know that the Lord is great; and that our God is above all gods.)

⁶ The Lord made all things, whatever things he would, in heaven and in earth; in the sea, and in all depths of waters. (The Lord made everything, whatever he desired, in heaven and on earth; in the sea, and in all the depths of the waters.)

⁴ For Jacob hath Jah chosen for Himself, Israel for His peculiar treasure.

⁵ For I have known that great is Jehovah, Yea, our Lord is above all gods.

⁶ All that Jehovah pleased He hath done, In the heavens and in earth, In the seas and all deep places,
