¹⁰ Who smote many nations, And slew mighty kings,

¹¹ Sihon king of the Amorites, And Og king of Bashan, And all the kingdoms of Canaan,

¹² And gave their land for a heritage, A heritage unto Israel his people.

¹³ Thy name, O Jehovah, endureth for ever; Thy memorial name, O Jehovah, throughout all generations.

¹⁴ For Jehovah will judge his people, And repent himself concerning his servants.

¹⁰ To him who smote Egypt with their first-born; for his mercy endures for ever.

¹¹ And brought Israel out of the midst of them; for his mercy endures for ever:

¹² with a strong hand, and a high arm: for his mercy endures for ever.

¹³ To him who divided the Red Sea into parts: for his mercy endures for ever:

¹⁴ and brought Israel through the midst of it: for his mercy endures for ever:

¹² Then he gave their land to us Israeli people to belong to us forever.

¹³ Yahweh your name will endure forever, and people who are not yet born will remember the great things that you have done.

¹⁰ He struck down many nations, he killed powerful kings, such as

¹¹ Sihon, king of the Amorites, Og, king of Bashan, and all the kings who ruled in Canaan.

¹² He handed over their lands to Israel, his special people, for them to possess.

¹³ Your reputation, Lord, stands forever; you, Lord, are remembered for all generations.

¹⁴ The Lord will vindicate his people; he will show compassion to those who follow him.

¹² And gaue their lande for an inheritance, euen an inheritance vnto Israel his people.
