⁷ Peace be within thy walls, And prosperity within thy palaces.

⁸ For my brethren and companions’ sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee.

⁸ For the sake of my relatives and friends, I say, “My desire is that that inside Jerusalem people will live peacefully.”

⁸ On behalf of my family and friends, I will now say, “May you be at peace.”
