²⁴ She maketh linen garments and selleth them, And delivereth girdles unto the merchant.

²⁵ Strength and dignity are her clothing; And she laugheth at the time to come.

²⁶ She openeth her mouth with wisdom; And the law of kindness is on her tongue.

²⁷ She looketh well to the ways of her household, And eateth not the bread of idleness.

²⁸ Her children rise up, and call her blessed; Her husband also, and he praiseth her, saying:

²⁹ Many daughters have done worthily, But thou excellest them all.

³⁰ Grace is deceitful, and beauty is vain; But a woman that feareth Jehovah, she shall be praised.

²⁴ She makes fine linens, and sells girdles to the Chananites: she opens her mouth heedfully and with propriety, and controls her tongue.

²⁵ She puts on strength and honour; and rejoices in the last days.

²⁶ The ways of her household are careful, and she eats not the bread of idleness.

²⁷ But she opens her mouth wisely, and according to law.

²⁸ And her kindness to them sets up her children for them, and they grow rich, and her husband praises her.

²⁹ Many daughters have obtained wealth, many have wrought valiantly; but thou hast exceeded, thou hast surpassed all.

³⁰ Charms are false, and woman's beauty is vain: for it is a wise woman that is blessed, and let her praise the fear of the Lord.

²⁷ She watches over everything that is done in her household, and she IDM is never lazy.

²⁸ Her children all together speak highly of her, and her husband also praises her.

²⁹ He says to her, “There are many women who do admirable things, but you surpass them all!”

³⁰ Some women who are attractive are not really good women, but they can deceive us regarding what they are really like. Furthermore, women's beauty does not last; but women who revere Yahweh should be honored.

³⁰ Fair looks are a deceit, and a beautiful form is of no value; but a woman who has the fear of the Lord is to be praised.

²⁴ She maketh body linen and selleth it, and delivereth girdles unto the merchant.

²⁷ She ouerseeth the wayes of her housholde, and eateth not the bread of ydlenes.

²⁹ Many daughters haue done vertuously: but thou surmountest them all.

³⁰ Fauour is deceitfull, and beautie is vanitie: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praysed.

²⁷ She beheld the paths of her house; and she ate not bread idly (or and she did not eat the bread of idleness).

²⁸ Her sons rose up, and preached her most blessed; her husband rose (up), and praised her.

²⁹ Many daughters gathered riches; thou passedest all. (Many women have gathered in riches; but thou hast surpassed them all.)

³⁰ Fairness is deceivable grace, and vain; that woman, that dreadeth the Lord, she shall be praised. (Beauty is deceptive, and will not last; but that woman, who feareth the Lord or who revereth the Lord, yea, she shall be praised.)

²⁴ Linen garments she hath made, and selleth, And a girdle she hath given to the merchant.

²⁸ Her sons have risen up, and pronounce her happy, Her husband, and he praiseth her,

²⁹ 'Many are the daughters who have done worthily, Thou hast gone up above them all.'
