² All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes; But Jehovah weigheth the spirits.

³ Commit thy works unto Jehovah, And thy purposes shall be established.

⁴ Jehovah hath made everything for its own end; Yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.

⁵ Every one that is proud in heart is an abomination to Jehovah: Though hand join in hand, he shall not be unpunished.

⁶ By mercy and truth iniquity is atoned for; And by the fear of Jehovah men depart from evil.

⁷ When a man’s ways please Jehovah, He maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him.

⁸ Better is a little, with righteousness, Than great revenues with injustice.

² People may think that their actions are right, but Yahweh really knows why people do what they do.

³ ◄Request/Rely on► Yahweh to direct what you plan to do; if you do that, you will succeed in what you plan.

⁴ Yahweh knows why he does everything that he does; he has even prepared the wicked for the time that he will punish them.

⁵ Yahweh hates/detests everyone who is proud IDM; you can be certain IDM that they will be punished LIT.

⁶ Be loyal to Yahweh and faithfully obey him; if you do that, he will forgive you for having sinned. If we revere him, nothing evil will happen to us (OR, he will prevent evil things from happening to us).

⁷ When our behavior pleases Yahweh, he even causes our enemies to act peacefully toward us.

⁸ It is better to have a small amount of money that is earned honestly than to have a lot of money that is acquired dishonestly.

⁹ People plan what they want to do, but Yahweh directs/determines what they will really be able to do.

¹⁰ If God directs what a king says, what he decides is always right/fair.

¹¹ Yahweh wants us to use scales that are correct; the weights in his bag are correct, because he made them.

⁵ The Lord hates the arrogant. You can be certain of this: the wicked won't go unpunished.

⁶ Sin is forgiven through trustworthy love and faithfulness; by honoring the Lord people are saved from evil.

⁷ When the way that people live pleases the Lord, he makes even their enemies be at peace with them.

⁸ Better to have just a little and be honest than to have a lot and be dishonest.

⁹ You can plan in your mind what to do, but the Lord will guide you.

¹⁰ The king is inspired in what he says; he is not unreliable in his decisions.

¹¹ Accurate scales and balances are important to the Lord. He has determined all the weights in the bag.

⁶ Wickedness is again-bought by mercy and truth; and men boweth away from evil by the dread of the Lord. (Wickedness is redeemed by love and faithfulness; and people can turn away from evil by the fear of the Lord or through reverence for the Lord.)

⁹ The heart of a man shall dispose his way; but it pertaineth to the Lord to (ad)dress his steps. (A person’s heart shall ordain his way; but it pertaineth to the Lord to direct his steps.)

¹⁰ Divining is in the lips of a king; his mouth shall not err in doom. (The king speaketh with divine authority; his mouth shall not err in any judgement.)

¹¹ The dooms of the Lord be weight and balance; and his works be all the stones of the world. (The Lord’s justice be equal weights and an honest balance; yea, each of the stones in the worldis his own work.)

² All the ways of a man are pure in his own eyes, And Jehovah is pondering the spirits.

³ Roll unto Jehovah thy works, And established are thy purposes,

⁴ All things hath Jehovah wrought for Himself, And also the wicked worketh for a day of evil.

⁵ An abomination to Jehovah is every proud one of heart, Hand to hand he is not acquitted.

⁶ In kindness and truth pardoned is iniquity, And in the fear of Jehovah Turn thou aside from evil.

⁷ When a man's ways please Jehovah, even his enemies, He causeth to be at peace with him.

⁸ Better is a little with righteousness, Than abundance of increase without justice.

⁹ The heart of man deviseth his way, And Jehovah establisheth his step.

¹⁰ An oath is on the lips of a king, In judgment his mouth trespasseth not.

¹¹ A just beam and balances are Jehovah's, His work are all the stones of the bag.
