Kings III 4:1-7

¹And King Solomon reigned over Israel.

²And these are the princes which he had; Azariah son of Zadok.

³Elihoreph, and Ahijah son of Shisha, scribes; and Jehoshaphat son of Ahilud, recorder.

⁴And Benaiah son of Jehoiada over the host; and Zadok and Abiathar were priests.

⁵And Ornia the son of Nathan was over the officers; and Zabud son of Nathan was the king’s friend.

⁶And Ahishar was steward, and Eliac the chief steward; and Eliab the son of Saph was over the family: and Adoniram the son of Abda over the tribute.

⁷And Solomon had twelve officers over all Israel, to provide for the king and his household; each one’s turn came to supply for a month in the year.
