³² And out of the tribe of Naphtali, Kedesh in Galilee with its suburbs, the city of refuge for the manslayer, and Hammoth-dor with its suburbs, and Kartan with its suburbs; three cities.

³³ All the cities of the Gershonites according to their families were thirteen cities with their suburbs.

³⁴ And unto the families of the children of Merari, the rest of the Levites, out of the tribe of Zebulun, Jokneam with its suburbs, and Kartah with its suburbs,

³⁵ Dimnah with its suburbs, Nahalal with its suburbs; four cities.

³⁶ And out of the tribe of Reuben, Bezer with its suburbs, and Jahaz with its suburbs,

³¹ and Chelcat and its suburbs; and Raab and its suburbs; four cities.

³² And of the tribe of Nephthali, the city set apart for the slayer, Cades in Galilee, and its suburbs; and Nemmath, and its suburbs; and Themmon and its suburbs; three cities.

³³ All the cities of Gedson according to their families were thirteen cities.

³⁴ And to the family of the sons of Merari the Levites that remained, he gave out of the tribe of Zabulon, Maan and its suburbs; and Cades and its suburbs,

³⁵ and Sella and its suburbs: three cities.

³⁶ And beyond Jordan over against Jericho, out of the tribe of Ruben, the city of refuge for the slayer, Bosor in the wilderness; Miso and its suburbs; and Jazer and its suburbs;

³² From the area that had been allotted to the tribe of Naphtali they were allotted three cities. Those cities were Kedesh in the Galilee region (it was one of the cities to which people could run/escape to be safe/protected,) Hammoth-Dor, and Kartan.

³³ So altogether the Gershon clans were allotted 13 cities and the surrounding pasturelands.

³⁴ The other descendants of Levi, the ones who belonged to the Merari clans, were also allotted towns and their surrounding pasturelands. From the area that had been allotted to the tribe of Zebulun they were allotted four cities. They were Jokneam, Kartah,

³⁵ Dimnah, and Nahalal.

³⁶ From the area that had been allotted to the tribe of Reuben they were allotted four cities. They were Bezer, Jahaz,

³³ All the towns of the Gershonites with their families were thirteen with their grass-lands.

³⁴ And to the rest of the Levites, that is, the families of the children of Merari, they gave from the tribe of Zebulun, Jokneam and Kartah with their grass-lands;

³⁵ Dimnah and Nahalal with their grass-lands, four towns.

³⁶ And from the tribe of Reuben, Bezer and Jahaz with their grass-lands;

³¹ Helkath and its suburbs, and Rehob and its suburbs: four cities;

³⁴ And to the children of Merari, Levites of the inferior degree, by their families were given of the tribe of Zabulon, Jecnam and Cartha,

³⁵ And Damna and Naalol, four cities with their suburbs;

³⁶ Of the tribe of Ruben beyond the Jordan over against Jericho, Bosor in the wilderness, one of the cities of refuge, Miser and Jaser and Jethson and Mephaath, four cities with their suburbs.

³¹ Helkath, and Rehob.

³² From the tribe of Naphtali the following three towns and their pastures: Kedesh in Galilee (a sanctuary town for those who accidentally committed murder), Hammoth-dor, and Kartan.

³³ So in total thirteen towns and their pastures were allotted to the families of Gershon.

³⁴ The families of the descendants of Merari, those remaining from the tribe of Levi, received the following four towns and their pastures from the tribe of Zebulun: Jokneam, Kartah,

³⁵ Dimnah, and Nahalal.

³⁶ From the tribe of Reuben the following four towns and their pastures: Bezer, Jahaz,

³¹ Helkah with her suburbs, and Rehob with her suburbes: foure cities.

³² And out of the tribe of Naphtali, the citie of refuge for the slaier, Kedesh in Galil with her suburbes, and Hammoth-dor with her suburbes, and Kartan with her suburbes: three cities.

³³ Al the cities of the Gershonites according to their families, were thirteene cities with their suburbes.

³⁴ Also vnto the families of the children of Merari the rest of the Leuites, they gaue out of the tribe of Zebulun, Iokneam with her suburbs, and Kartah with her suburbes,

³⁵ Dimnah with her suburbes, Nahalal, with her suburbes: foure cities.

³⁶ And out of the tribe of Reuben, Bezer with her suburbs, and Iahazah with her suburbs,

³¹ Helkath with the open land about it, and Rehob with the open land about it; four cities.

³⁴ And unto the families of the children of Merari, the remainder of the Levites, they gave from the tribe of Zebulun, Yokne'am with its open spaces, and Karthah with its open spaces,

³⁵ Dimnah with its open spaces, Nahalal with its open spaces: four cities.

³² From the tribe of Naphtali, they gave the clans of Gershon Kedesh in Galilee with its pasturelands—a city of refuge for anyone who killed another unintentionally; Hammoth Dor with its pasturelands, and Kartan with its pasturelands—three cities in all.

³³ There were thirteen cities in all, out of the clans of Gershon, including their pasturelands.

³⁴ To the rest of the Levites—the clans of Merari—were given out of the tribe of Zebulun: Jokneam with its pasturelands, Kartah with its pasturelands,

³⁵ Dimnah with its pasturelands, and Nahalal with its pasturelands—four cities in all.

³⁶ To the clans of Merari were given from the tribe of Reuben: Bezer with its pasturelands, Jahaz with its pasturelands,
