Isaiah 11:7-9 in English

⁷ And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together; and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.

⁸ And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the adder’s den.

⁹ They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain; for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of Jehovah, as the waters cover the sea.

⁷ And the ox and bear shall feed together; and their young shall be together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.

⁸ And an infant shall put his hand on the holes of asps, and on the nest of young asps.

⁹ And they shall not hurt, nor shall they at all be able to destroy any one on my holy mountain: for the whole world is filled with the knowledge of the Lord, as much water covers the seas.

⁸ Babies will play safely near the holes where cobra snakes live; small children will even put their hands into nests of poisonous snakes, and the snakes will not harm them.

⁹ No creatures will harm or kill other creatures on Zion Hill, my holy hill; and the earth will be filled with people who know Yahweh like SIM the seas are full of water.

⁷ And the ox and bear shall feed together; and their young shall be together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.

⁸ And an infant shall put his hand on the holes of asps, and on the nest of young asps.

⁹ They shall not hurt, nor shall they kill in all my holy mountain, for the earth is filled with the knowledge of the Lord, as the covering waters of the sea.

⁷ Cows and bears will graze side by side; young lions will eat straw like cattle.

⁸ Babies will be able to play safely near snake holes, little children will be able to put their hands into a vipers' den.

⁹ Nothing will cause any harm or damage anywhere on my holy mountain, for the earth will be full of the knowledge of the Lord in the same way that water fills the sea.

⁷ And the kow and the beare shall feede: their yong ones shall lie together: and the lyon shall eate strawe like the bullocke.

⁸ And the sucking childe shall play vpon the hole of the aspe, and the wained childe shall put his hand vpon the cockatrice hole.

⁹ Then shall none hurt nor destroy in all the mountaine of mine holines: for the earth shalbe full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the waters that couer the sea.

⁹ They shall not annoy, and shall not slay, in all mine holy hill or holy mountain; for why the earth is filled with the knowing of the Lord, as the waters of the sea covering.

⁷ A calf and a bear shall be pastured together; the whelps of them shall rest (together), and a lion as an ox shall eat straw (or and a lion shall eat straw like an ox).

⁸ And a young sucking child from the teat shall delight on the hole of a snake, and he that is weaned shall put his hand in the cave of the cockatrice.

⁹ They shall not annoy, and shall not slay, in all mine holy hill; for why the earth is filled with the knowing of the Lord, as the waters of the sea covering. (They shall not harm, and shall not kill, on all my holy hill; for the land shall be filled with the knowledge of the Lord, like the waters fill the sea.)

⁷ And cow and bear do feed, Together lie down their young ones, And a lion as an ox eateth straw.

⁸ And played hath a suckling by the hole of an asp, And on the den of a cockatrice Hath the weaned one put his hand.

⁹ Evil they do not, nor destroy in all My holy mountain, For full hath been the earth with the knowledge of Jehovah, As the waters are covering the sea.
