1 Kings 6:15-36 in American Standard Version (1901)

15 And he built the walls of the house within with boards of cedar: from the floor of the house unto the walls of the ceiling, he covered them on the inside with wood; and he covered the floor of the house with boards of fir.
16 And he built twenty cubits on the hinder part of the house with boards of cedar from the floor unto the walls of the ceiling: he built them for it within, for an oracle, even for the most holy place.
17 And the house, that is, the temple before the oracle, was forty cubits long.
18 And there was cedar on the house within, carved with knops and open flowers: all was cedar; there was no stone seen.
19 And he prepared an oracle in the midst of the house within, to set there the ark of the covenant of Jehovah.
20 And within the oracle was a space of twenty cubits in length, and twenty cubits in breadth, and twenty cubits in the height thereof; and he overlaid it with pure gold: and he covered the altar with cedar.
21 So Solomon overlaid the house within with pure gold: and he drew chains of gold across before the oracle; and he overlaid it with gold.
22 And the whole house he overlaid with gold, until all the house was finished: also the whole altar that belonged to the oracle he overlaid with gold.
23 And in the oracle he made two cherubim of olive-wood, each ten cubits high.
24 And five cubits was the one wing of the cherub, and five cubits the other wing of the cherub: from the uttermost part of the one wing unto the uttermost part of the other were ten cubits.
25 And the other cherub was ten cubits: both the cherubim were of one measure and one form.
26 The height of the one cherub was ten cubits, and so was it of the other cherub.
27 And he set the cherubim within the inner house; and the wings of the cherubim were stretched forth, so that the wing of the one touched the one wall, and the wing of the other cherub touched the other wall; and their wings touched one another in the midst of the house.
28 And he overlaid the cherubim with gold.
29 And he carved all the walls of the house round about with carved figures of cherubim and palm-trees and open flowers, within and without.
30 And the floor of the house he overlaid with gold, within and without.
31 And for the entrance of the oracle he made doors of olive-wood: the lintel and door-posts were a fifth part of the wall.
32 So he made two doors of olive-wood; and he carved upon them carvings of cherubim and palm-trees and open flowers, and overlaid them with gold; and he spread the gold upon the cherubim, and upon the palm-trees.
33 So also made he for the entrance of the temple door-posts of olive-wood, out of a fourth part of the wall;
34 and two doors of fir-wood: the two leaves of the one door were folding, and the two leaves of the other door were folding.
35 And he carved thereon cherubim and palm-trees and open flowers; and he overlaid them with gold fitted upon the graven work.
36 And he built the inner court with three courses of hewn stone, and a course of cedar beams.

Kings III 6:15-36 in Brenton Septuagint Translation

15 And he framed the walls of the house within with cedar boards, from the floor of the house and on to the inner walls and to the beams: he lined the parts enclosed with boards within, and compassed the inward parts of the house with planks of fir.
16 And he built the twenty cubits from the top of the wall, one side from the floor to the beams, and he made it from the oracle to the most holy place.
17 And the temple was forty cubits in extent,
19 in front of the oracle in the midst of the house within, in order to put there the ark of the covenant of the Lord.
20 The length was twenty cubits, and the breadth was twenty cubits, and the height of it was twenty cubits. And he covered it with perfect gold, and he made an altar
21 in front of the oracle, and covered it with gold.
22 And he covered the whole house with gold, till he had finished gilding the whole house.
23 And he made in the oracle two cherubs of ten cubits measured size.
24 And the wing of one cherub was five cubits, and his other wing was five cubits; ten cubits from the tip of one wing to the tip of the other wing.
25 Thus it was with the other cherub, both were alike finished with one measure.
26 And the height of the one cherub was ten cubits, and so was it with the second cherub.
27 And both the cherubs were in the midst of the innermost part of the house; and they spread out their wings, and one wing touched the wall, and the wing of the other cherub touched the other wall; and their wings in the midst of the house touched each other.
28 And he covered the cherubs with gold.
29 He graved all the walls of the house round about with the graving of cherubs, and he sculptured palm trees within and without the house.
30 And he covered the floor of the house within and without with gold.
31 And for the door-way of the oracle he made doors of juniper wood, there were porches in a four-fold way.
34 In both the doors were planks of fir; the one door had two leaves and their hinges, and the other door had two leaves and turned on hinges,
35 being carved with cherubs, and there were palm-trees and open flower-leaves, and it was overlaid with gold gilt upon the engraving.
36 And he built the inner court, three rows of hewn stones, and a row of wrought cedar round about,
36a and he made the curtain of the court of the porch of the house that was in front of the temple.

1 Kings 6:15-36 in Translation for Translators

15 On the inside, they lined/covered the walls with cedar boards. They lined/covered them from the floor to the ceiling. They made the floor from cypress boards.
16 Inside the back part of the temple they built an inner room, called the Very Holy Place. It was 30 feet long. All the walls of this room were lined with cedar boards.
17 In front of the Very Holy Place there was a room that was 60 feet long.
18 The cedar boards on the walls inside the temple were decorated with carvings of gourds and flowers. The walls were completely covered with cedar boards, with the result that the stones of the walls behind them could not be seen.
19 At the back of the temple they made the Very Holy Place, where the Sacred Chest would be put.
20 That room was 30 feet long, 30 feet wide, and 30 feet high. They covered the walls with very thin sheets of pure gold. For burning incense they also made an altar of cedar boards.
21 Solomon told them to cover the other walls inside the temple with very thin sheets of pure gold and to fasten gold chains across the entrance to the Very Holy Place.
22 They covered all the walls of the temple and the altar that was outside the Very Holy Place with very thin sheets of gold.
23 Inside the Very Holy Place, they made from olive tree wood large statues of two creatures with wings. Each one was 15 feet tall.
24 They each were the same size and had the same shape. They each had two wings which were spread out. Each wing was 7-1/2 feet long, with the result that the distance between the outer ends of the two wings was 15 feet.
27 They put those statues next to each other in the Very Holy Place so that the wing of the one touched the one wing of the other in the center of the room, and the outer wings touched the walls.
28 They covered the statues with very thin sheets of gold.
29 Solomon told them to decorate the walls of the main room and the Very Holy Place by carving representations of winged creatures and palm trees and flowers.
30 They also covered the floor of both rooms with very thin sheets of gold.
31 They made a set of doors from olive tree wood, and placed them at the entrance to the Very Holy Place. The doorposts joined at the top to form a pointed arch.
32 The doors were decorated by carving on them representations of winged creatures, palm trees, and flowers. All of these things were covered with very thin sheets of gold.
33 They made a rectangular door frame from olive tree wood, and put it between the entrance room and the main room.
34 They made two folding doors from cypress wood and fastened them to the door frame.
35 The doors were also decorated with wood carvings of winged creatures, palm trees, and flowers, and they were also covered evenly with very thin sheets of gold.
36 They built a courtyard in front of the temple. The walls around the courtyard were made of cedar and stone; to make the walls, between each layer of cedar beams they put down two layers of stone.

1 Kings 6:15-36 in Bible in Basic English

15 The walls of the house were covered inside with cedar-wood boards; from the floor to the roof of the house they were covered inside with wood; and the floor was covered with boards of cypress-wood.
16 And at the back of the house a further space of twenty cubits was shut in with boards of cedar-wood, for the inmost room.
17 And the house, that is, the Temple, in front of the holy place was forty cubits long.
18 (All the inside of the house was cedar-wood, ornamented with designs of buds and flowers; no stonework was to be seen inside.)
19 And he made ready an inmost room in the middle of the house, in which to put the ark of the agreement of the Lord.
20 And the inmost room was twenty cubits square and twenty cubits high, plated over with clear gold, and he made an altar of cedar-wood, plating it with gold.
21 Solomon had all the inside of the house covered with gold, and he put chains of gold across in front of the inmost room, which itself was covered with gold.
22 Plates of gold were put all through the house till it was covered completely (and the altar in the inmost room was all covered with gold).
23 In the inmost room he made two winged beings of olive-wood, ten cubits high;
24 With outstretched wings five cubits wide; the distance from the edge of one wing to the edge of the other was ten cubits.
25 The two winged ones were ten cubits high, of the same size and form.
26 The two of them were ten cubits high.
27 These were placed inside the inner house, their outstretched wings touching the walls of the house, one touching one wall and one the other, while their other wings were touching in the middle.
28 These winged ones were plated over with gold.
29 And all the walls of the house inside and out were ornamented with forms of winged ones and palm-trees and open flowers.
30 And the floor of the house was covered with gold, inside and out.
31 For the way into the inmost room he made doors of olive-wood, the arch and the door supports forming a five-sided opening.
32 On the olive-wood doors were cut designs of winged ones and palm-trees and open flowers, all of them, with the doors, plated with gold.
33 Then he made pillars of olive-wood for the way into the Temple; the pillars were square:
34 And two folding doors of cypress-wood, with two leaves.
35 These were ornamented with designs of winged ones and palm-trees and open flowers, plated over with gold.
36 And the inner space was walled with three lines of squared stones and a line of cedar-wood boards.

15 And he built the walls of the house within with boards of cedar, from the floor of the house to the walls of the roof; he overlaid them on the inside with wood, and overlaid the floor of the house with boards of cypress.
16 And he built twenty cubits of the innermost part of the house, both floor and walls, with boards of cedar; and he built them for it within, to be the oracle, the most holy place.
17 And the house, that is, the temple before it, was forty cubits long.
18 And the cedar of the house within was carved with colocynths and half-open flowers: all was cedar; there was no stone seen.
19 And he prepared the oracle in the midst of the house within, to set there the ark of the covenant of Jehovah.

25 and the other cherub was ten cubits: both the cherubim were of one measure and one form.
26 The height of the one cherub was ten cubits, and so of the other cherub.
27 And he set the cherubim in the midst of the inner house; and the wings of the cherubim were stretched forth, so that the wing of the one touched the wall, and the wing of the other cherub touched the other wall; and their wings touched, wing to wing, in the midst of the house.

17 And the temple itself before the doors of the oracle was forty cubits long.
18 And all the house was covered within with cedar, having the turnings, and the joints thereof artfully wrought and carvings projecting out: all was covered with boards of cedar: and no stone could be seen in the wall at all.
19 And he made the oracle in the midst of the house, in the inner part, to set there the ark of the covenant of the Lord.
20 Now the oracle was twenty cubits in length, and twenty cubits in breadth, and twenty cubits in height. And he covered and overlaid it with most pure gold. And the altar also he covered with cedar.
21 And the house before the oracle he overlaid with most pure gold, and fastened on the plates with nails of gold.
22 And there was nothing in the temple that was not covered with gold: the whole altar of the oracle he covered also with gold.
23 And he made in the oracle two cherubims of olive tree, of ten cubits in height.
24 One wing of the cherub was five cubits, and the other wing of the cherub was five cubits: that is, in all ten cubits, from the extremity of one wing to the extremity of the other wing.

33 And he made in the entrance of the temple posts of olive tree foursquare:
34 And two doors of fir tree, one of each side: and each door was double, and so opened with folding leaves.
35 And he carved cherubims, and palm trees, and carved work standing very much out: and he overlaid all with golden plates in square work by rule.
36 And he built the inner court with three rows of polished stones, and one row of beams of cedar.

1 Kings 6:15-36 in Free Bible Version

15 He lined the walls with cedar panels from floor to ceiling and he covered the floor of the Temple with cypress boards.
16 He sectioned off twenty cubits at the rear of the Temple with boards of cedar from floor to ceiling, making an inner sanctuary as the Most Holy Place.
17 The main Temple in front of this room measured forty cubits long.
18 The cedar panels inside the Temple were decorated with carvings of gourds and open flowers. Everything was lined with cedar—none of the stone was visible.
19 He also had the inner sanctuary made within the Temple where the Ark of the Lord's Agreement would be placed.
20 The inner sanctuary measured twenty cubits long, twenty cubits wide, and twenty cubits high. He had the interior covered with a coating with pure gold, as well as the altar of cedar.
21 Solomon had the whole of the inside of the Temple covered with pure gold, He had gold chains stretched across the front of the inner sanctuary, which was also covered with gold.
22 He covered the whole inside of the Temple with a coating of gold until it was all finished. He also covered with gold the entire altar for the inner sanctuary.
23 He had two cherubim made out of olive wood for the inner sanctuary, each one ten cubits tall.
24 Both wings of the cherub measured five cubits, making a total wingspan of ten cubits.
25 The other cherub was also ten cubits tall, since they were identical both in size and shape.
26 Both cherubs were ten cubits tall.
27 He had the cherubim placed inside the inner sanctuary of the Temple. Since their wings were fully spread, a wing of the first cherub touched one wall, a wing of the second cherub touched the other wall, and in the middle of the Temple their wings touched.
28 The cherubim were also covered with a gold coating.
29 He had all the Temple walls, both the inner and outer sanctuaries, carved with designs of cherubim, palm trees, and open flowers.

First Kings 6:15-36 in Unlocked Literal Bible

15 Then he built the interior walls of the house with boards of cedar. From the floor of the house to the ceiling, he covered them on the inside with wood, and he covered the floor of the house with cypress boards.
16 He built twenty cubits onto the rear of the house with boards of cedar from the floor to the ceiling. He built this room to be the inner room, the most holy place.
17 The main hall, that is, the holy place that was in front of the most holy place, was forty cubits long.
18 There was cedar inside the house, carved in the shape of gourds and open flowers. All was cedar inside. No stonework was visible on the inside.
19 Solomon prepared the inner room inside the house in order to place the ark of the covenant of Yahweh there.
20 The inner room was twenty cubits in length, twenty cubits in width, and twenty cubits in height. Solomon overlaid the walls with pure gold and covered the altar with cedar wood.
21 Solomon overlaid the inside of the temple with pure gold, and he placed chains of gold across the front of the inner room, and overlaid the front with gold.
22 He overlaid the entire interior with gold until all the temple was finished. He also overlaid with gold the whole altar that belonged to the inner room.
23 Solomon made two cherubim of olivewood, each ten cubits high, for the inner room.
24 One wing of the first cherub was five cubits long and its other wing was also five cubits long. So from the tip of one wing to the tip of the other there was a distance of ten cubits.
25 The other cherub also had a wingspan ten cubits. Both the cherubim were of the same dimensions and shape.
26 The height of one cherub was ten cubits and the other cherub was the same.
27 Solomon placed the cherubim in the innermost room. The wings of the cherubim were stretched out so that the wing of one touched one wall and the wing of the other cherub touched the other wall. Their wings touched one another in the middle of the most holy place.
28 Solomon overlaid the cherubim with gold.
29 He carved all the walls of the house around about with figures of cherubim, palm trees, and open flowers, in the outer and inner rooms.
30 Solomon overlaid the floor of the house with gold, in both the outer and inner rooms.
31 Solomon made doors of olivewood for the entrance to the inner room. The lintel and doorposts had five indented sections.
32 So he made two doors of olivewood, and he made on them carvings of cherubim, palm trees, and open flowers. He overlaid them with gold and he spread the gold on the cherubim and palm trees.
33 In this way, Solomon also made for the temple entrance doorposts of olive wood having four indented sections
34 and two doors of cypress wood. The two leaves of the one door were folding and the two leaves of the other door were folding.
35 He carved on them cherubim, palm trees, and open flowers, and he evenly overlaid gold on the carved work.
36 He built the inner courtyard with three rows of cut stone and a row of cedar beams.
First Kings 6 in Unlocked Literal Bible

1 Kings 6:15-36 in World English Bible

15 He built the walls of the house within with boards of cedar; from the floor of the house to the walls of the ceiling, he covered them on the inside with wood. He covered the floor of the house with cypress boards.
16 He built twenty cubits of the back part of the house with boards of cedar from the floor to the ceiling. He built this within, for an inner sanctuary, even for the most holy place.
17 In front of the temple sanctuary was forty cubits long.
18 There was cedar on the house within, carved with buds and open flowers. All was cedar. No stone was visible.
19 He prepared an inner sanctuary in the middle of the house within, to set the ark of Yahweh’s covenant there.
20 Within the inner sanctuary was twenty cubits in length, and twenty cubits in width, and twenty cubits in its height. He overlaid it with pure gold. He covered the altar with cedar.
21 So Solomon overlaid the house within with pure gold. He drew chains of gold across before the inner sanctuary, and he overlaid it with gold.
22 He overlaid the whole house with gold, until all the house was finished. He also overlaid the whole altar that belonged to the inner sanctuary with gold.
23 In the inner sanctuary he made two cherubim of olive wood, each ten cubits high.
24 Five cubits was the length of one wing of the cherub, and five cubits was the length of the other wing of the cherub. From the tip of one wing to the tip of the other was ten cubits.
25 The other cherub was ten cubits. Both the cherubim were of one measure and one form.
26 One cherub was ten cubits high, and so was the other cherub.
27 He set the cherubim within the inner house. The wings of the cherubim were stretched out, so that the wing of the one touched the one wall and the wing of the other cherub touched the other wall; and their wings touched one another in the middle of the house.
28 He overlaid the cherubim with gold.
29 He carved all the walls of the house around with carved figures of cherubim, palm trees, and open flowers, inside and outside.
30 He overlaid the floor of the house with gold, inside and outside.
31 For the entrance of the inner sanctuary, he made doors of olive wood. The lintel and door posts were a fifth part of the wall.
32 So he made two doors of olive wood; and he carved on them carvings of cherubim, palm trees, and open flowers, and overlaid them with gold. He spread the gold on the cherubim and on the palm trees.
33 He also made the entrance of the temple door posts of olive wood, out of a fourth part of the wall,
34 and two doors of cypress wood. The two leaves of the one door were folding, and the two leaves of the other door were folding.
35 He carved cherubim, palm trees, and open flowers; and he overlaid them with gold fitted on the engraved work.
36 He built the inner court with three courses of cut stone and a course of cedar beams.

1 Kings 6:15-36 in Noah Webster Bible

15 And he built the walls of the house within with boards of cedar, both the floor of the house, and the walls of the ceiling: and he covered them on the inside with wood, and covered the floor of the house with planks of fir.
16 And he built twenty cubits on the sides of the house, both the floor and the walls with boards of cedar: he even built them for it within, even for the oracle, even for the most holy place .
17 And the house, that is , the temple before it, was forty cubits long .
18 And the cedar of the house within was carved with knobs and open flowers: all was cedar; there was no stone seen.
19 And the oracle he prepared in the house within, to set there the ark of the covenant of the LORD.
20 And the oracle in the forepart was twenty cubits in length, and twenty cubits in breadth, and twenty cubits in the hight of it, and he overlaid it with pure gold; and so covered the altar which was of cedar.
21 So Solomon overlaid the house within with pure gold: and he made a partition by the chains of gold before the oracle; and he overlaid it with gold.
22 And the whole house he overlaid with gold, until he had finished all the house: also the whole altar that was by the oracle he overlaid with gold.
23 And within the oracle he made two cherubim of olive tree, each ten cubits high.
24 And five cubits was the one wing of the cherub, and five cubits the other wing of the cherub: from the uttermost part of the one wing to the uttermost part of the other were ten cubits.
25 And the other cherub was ten cubits: both the cherubim were of one measure and one size.
26 The hight of the one cherub was ten cubits, and so was it of the other cherub.
27 And he set the cherubim within the inner house: and they stretched forth the wings of the cherubim, so that the wing of the one touched the one wall, and the wing of the other cherub touched the other wall; and their wings touched one another in the midst of the house.
28 And he overlaid the cherubim with gold.
29 And he carved all the walls of the house around with carved figures of cherubim, and palm trees, and open flowers, within and without.

33 So also he made for the door of the temple posts of olive tree a fourth part of the wall .
34 And the two doors were of fir tree: the two leaves of the one door were folding, and the two leaves of the other door were folding.
35 And he carved thereon cherubim, and palm trees, and open flowers; and covered them with gold, fitted upon the carved work.
36 And he built the inner court with three rows of hewn stone, and a row of cedar beams.

1st Kings 6:15-36 in Wycliffe's Bible with Modern Spelling

15 and he builded the walls of the house within with boards of cedar, from the pavement of the house unto the highness of the wall, and unto the couples; and he covered them with wood of cedar within; and he covered the pavement of the house with boards of box wood.
16 And he builded a wall of boards of cedar of twenty cubits at the hinder part of the temple, from the pavement unto the higher parts; and he made the inner house of God’s answering place into the holy of holy things.
17 And that temple before the doors of God’s answering place was of forty cubits.
18 And all the house within was clothed with cedar, and had his smoothnesses, and his joinings made subtly, and engravings appearing above; all things were clothed with boards of cedar, and utterly a stone might not appear in the wall.
19 And Solomon made God’s answering place in the midst of the house, in the inner part, that he should set or put there the ark of bond of peace of the Lord.
20 And God’s answering place had twenty cubits of length, and twenty cubits of breadth, and twenty cubits of height; and he covered, and clothed it with purest gold; but also he clothed the altar with cedar.
21 Also he covered with purest gold the house before God’s answering place, or the oracle, and he fastened the plates with golden nails.
22 Nothing was in the temple that was not covered with gold; but also he covered with gold all the altar of God’s answering place.
23 And he made in God’s answering place two cherubims or cherubim of the trees of olives, of ten cubits of height;
24 one wing of cherub was of five cubits, and the tother wing of cherub was of five cubits, that is, having ten cubits, from the highness of the one wing till to the highness of the tother wing.
25 And the second cherub was of ten cubits in even measure; and one work was in the two cherubims,
26 that is, one cherub had the height of ten cubits, and in like manner the tother cherub.
27 And he set the cherubims or cherubim in the midst of the inner temple; and the cherubims or cher-ubim held forth their wings, and one wing touched the one wall, and the wing of the second cherub touched the tother wall; and the other wings in the middle part of the temple touched themselves together.
28 And he covered the cherubims or cherubim with gold, and all the walls of the temple by compass/about;
29 and he engraved them with di-verse engravings and smoothness; and he made in those walls cherubims or cherubim, and palms, and diverse paintures, as standing forth and going out of the wall.
30 But also he covered with gold the pavement of the house, within and withoutforth.
31 And in the entering of God’s answering place he made two little doors of the trees of olives; and he made doorposts of five corners,
32 and the two doors of the trees of olives; and he engraved in those or them the painture of cherubims or cherubim, and the likenesses of palms, and engravings above standing forth greatly; and he covered those or them with gold; and he covered as well the cherubims or cherubim, as the palms, and other things, with gold.
33 And in the entering of the temple he made doorposts four-cornered of trees of olives;
34 and he made the two doors of the trees of box, each against other; and ever either door was double, and it was opened holding itself together.
35 And he engraved cherubims or cherubim, and palms, and engravings appearing greatly; and he covered all things with golden plates, by square work at rule.
36 And he builded a large street, or an alley, within, by three orders of stones made fair, and by one order of wood of cedar.

1 Kings 6:15-36 in Young's Literal Translation

15 and he buildeth the walls of the house within with beams of cedar, from the floor of the house unto the walls of the ceiling; he hath overlaid with wood the inside, and covereth the floor of the house with ribs of fir.
16 And he buildeth the twenty cubits on the sides of the house with ribs of cedar, from the floor unto the walls; and he buildeth for it within, for the oracle, for the holy of holies.
17 And forty by the cubit was the house, it is the temple before it.
18 And the cedar for the house within is carvings of knobs and openings of flowers; the whole is cedar, there is not a stone seen.
19 And the oracle in the midst of the house within he hath prepared, to put there the ark of the covenant of Jehovah.
20 And before the oracle is twenty cubits in length, and twenty cubits in breadth, and twenty cubits is its height; and he overlayeth it with gold refined, and overlayeth the altar with cedar.
21 And Solomon overlayeth the house within with gold refined, and causeth it to pass over in chains of gold before the oracle, and overlayeth it with gold.
22 And the whole of the house he hath overlaid with gold, till the completion of all the house; and the whole of the altar that the oracle hath, he hath overlaid with gold.
23 And he maketh within the oracle two cherubs, of the oil-tree, ten cubits is their height;
24 and five cubits is the one wing of the cherub, and five cubits the second wing of the cherub, ten cubits from the ends of its wings even unto the ends of its wings;
25 and ten by the cubit is the second cherub, one measure and one form are to the two cherubs,
26 the height of the one cherub is ten by the cubit, and so is the second cherub;
27 and he setteth the cherubs in the midst of the inner house, and they spread out the wings of the cherubs, and a wing of the one cometh against the wall, and a wing of the second cherub is coming against the second wall, and their wings are unto the midst of the house, coming wing against wing;
28 and he overlayeth the cherubs with gold,
29 and all the walls of the house round about he hath carved with openings of carvings, cherubs, and palm trees, and openings of flowers, within and without.
30 And the floor of the house he hath overlaid with gold, within and without;
31 as to the opening of the oracle, he made doors of the oil-tree; the lintel, side-posts, a fifth.
32 And the two doors are of the oil-tree, and he hath carved upon them carvings of cherubs, and palm-trees, and openings of flowers, and overlaid with gold, and he causeth the gold to go down on the cherubs and on the palm-trees.
33 And so he hath made for the opening of the temple, side-posts of the oil-tree, from the fourth.
34 And the two doors are of fir-tree, the two sides of the one door are revolving, and the two hangings of the second door are revolving.
35 And he hath carved cherubs, and palms, and openings of flowers, and overlaid with straightened gold the graved work.
36 And he buildeth the inner court, three rows of hewn work, and a row of beams of cedar.
