1 Kings 21:17-18 in English

¹⁷ And the word of Jehovah came to Elijah the Tishbite, saying,

¹⁸ Arise, go down to meet Ahab king of Israel, who dwelleth in Samaria: behold, he is in the vineyard of Naboth, whither he is gone down to take possession of it.

¹⁷ And the young men the heads of the districts went forth first; and they send and report to the king of Syria, saying, There are men come forth out of Samaria.

¹⁸ And he said to them, If they come forth peaceably, take them alive; and if they come forth to war, take them alive:

¹⁷ And the word of the LORD came to Elijah the Tishbite, saying,

¹⁸ Arise, go down to meet Ahab king of Israel, which is in Samaria: behold, he is in the vineyard of Naboth, whither he is gone down to possess it.

¹⁸ “Go to Samaria and talk to Ahab, the king of Israel. He is in the vineyard of a man named Naboth. He has gone there to claim that he now owns it.

¹⁷ And the young men the heads of the districts went forth first; and they send and report to the king of Syria, saying, There are men come forth out of Samaria.

¹⁸ And he said to them, If they come forth peaceably, take them alive; and if they come forth to war, take them alive:

¹⁷ Yahweh’s word came to Elijah the Tishbite, saying,

¹⁸ “Arise, go down to meet Ahab king of Israel, who dwells in Samaria. Behold, he is in the vineyard of Naboth, where he has gone down to take possession of it.

¹⁸ Go down to Ahab, king of Israel, in Samaria; see, he is in the vine-garden of Naboth the Jezreelite, where he has gone to take it as his heritage.

¹⁷ And the word of Jehovah came to Elijah the Tishbite, saying,

¹⁸ Arise, go down to meet Ahab king of Israel, who is in Samaria: behold, he is in the vineyard of Naboth, whither he is gone down to take possession of it.

¹⁷ And the word of the Lord came to Elias the Thesbite, saying:

¹⁸ Arise, and go down to meet Achab king of Israel, who is in Samaria: behold he is going down to the vineyard of Naboth, to take possession of it:

¹⁷ Then the Lord sent a message to Elijah the Tishbite:

¹⁸ “Go and meet Ahab, king of Israel, in Samaria. He is right now in Naboth's vineyard, where he has gone to claim ownership of it.

¹⁷ And the word of the Lord came vnto Eliiah the Tishbite, saying,

¹⁸ Arise, goe downe to meete Ahab King of Israel, which is in Samaria. loe, he is in the vineyarde of Naboth, whither he is gone downe to take possession of it.

¹⁷ And the word of the LORD came to Elijah the Tishbite, saying:

¹⁸ 'Arise, go down to meet Ahab king of Israel, who dwelleth in Samaria; behold, he is in the vineyard of Naboth, whither he is gone down to take possession of it.

¹⁷ Therefore the word of the Lord was made to Elijah of Tishbe, and said,

¹⁸ Rise thou, go down into the coming of Ahab, king of Israel, which is in Samaria; lo! he goeth down to the vinery or vineyard of Naboth, that he have it in possession.

¹⁷ Therefore the word of the Lord was made to Elijah of Tishbe, and said,

¹⁸ Rise thou, go down into the coming of Ahab, king of Israel, which is in Samaria; lo! he goeth down to the vinery of Naboth, that he have it in possession. (Rise thou up, and go down to meet with Ahab, the king of Israel, who is in Samaria; behold! he goeth down to the vineyard of Naboth, to take possession of it.)

¹⁷ And the word of Jehovah is unto Elijah the Tishbite, saying,

¹⁸ 'Rise, go down to meet Ahab king of Israel, who is in Samaria, — lo, in the vineyard of Naboth, whither he hath gone down to possess it,
