Matthew 26:36-38

³⁶Then Jesus went with his disciples to a place called Gethsemane. He told them, “Sit down here while I go over there and pray.”

³⁷He took Peter and the two sons of Zebedee with him, and he began to suffer agonizing sorrow and distress.

³⁸Then he said to them, “I am so overwhelmed with sadness that it's killing me. Wait here and keep watch with me.”
