Romans 2:27-28

²⁷And will not the physically uncircumcised who fulfills the law judge you, complete with written code and circumcision, who are a transgressor of the Law?

²⁸Because a person is not a true Jew who is only one outwardly, nor is true circumcision something outward in the flesh;
