Psalms 68:31-34

³¹(68-32) Nobles shall come out of Egypt; Ethiopia shall hasten to stretch out her hands unto God.

³²(68-33) Sing unto God, ye kingdoms of the earth; O sing praises unto the Lord; Selah

³³(68-34) To Him that rideth upon the heavens of heavens, which are of old; lo, He uttereth His voice, a mighty voice.

³⁴(68-35) Ascribe ye strength unto God; His majesty is over Israel, and His strength is in the skies.
