18And with these words, they hardly restrained the multitudes from sacrificing to them.
19But there came thither Jews from Antioch and Iconium; who, having persuaded the multitudes, and stoned Paul, dragged him out of the city, supposing him to be dead.
20But the disciples having gathered around him, he rose up, and came into the city. And the next day he departed with Barnabas to Derbe.
21And when they had published the glad tidings to that city, and had made many disciples, they went back to Lystra, and to Iconium, and to Antioch;
22confirming the souls of the disciples, exhorting them to continue in the faith, and saying that it is through many afflictions that we mast enter into the kingdom of God.
23And having appointed for them elders in every church, they prayed with fasting, and commended them to the Lord, in whom they believed.
